Holy Spirit

The Holy Spirit is also an inspiring helper that can aid us in our spiritual journey of learning our pre-incarnative lessons and of being of service to others. Carla had a special relationship to the Holy Spirit from an early age. Her name for the Holy Spirit was Holly, and she was able to channel over 480 short messages from the Holy Spirit. We selected the best 366 channelings from the Holy Spirit and published them in 2007 as A Book of Days: Channelings From The Holy Spirit. This is what Carla had to say about these channelings in the Introduction to A Book of Days:

Come, Holy Spirit! Fill the hearts of your faithful, and kindle in us the fire of Your love. Send forth Your Spirit and we shall be created, and You shall renew the face of the earth! O God, who by the light of the Holy Spirit did instruct the hearts of the faithful, grant that by the same Holy Spirit we may ever be wise and enjoy Its consolation. Amen.

This prayer, which I learned at an Episcopal Cursillo weekend in 1983, inspires me still, every time I offer it. It helps me to remember that we do not have to depend entirely upon ourselves and our “street smarts” to live a life of faith, hope and peace. We can turn, each and every day, to the Holy Spirit and ask for Its guidance and consolation. And we can watch our lives become ever more meaningful and beautiful as the Holy Spirit enkindles our hearts and firms our intentions.

We all live in two worlds at once. The outside world is noisy and restless. We hear the engines on the road, the voices on the telephone and at the door, and the din of our own unsettled thoughts. And although I do see the beauty and the blessing of that outer life, I constantly yearn for my Redeemer and Its voice. I cannot rest until I rest in the Lord.

Daily, in utmost thankfulness, I turn to the inner world, and here I hear no sound except that “still small voice” which radically and daily transforms my life, tosses me into my service and learning moment by moment and serenely guides me through every circumstance I encounter.

In offering to you these daily thoughts which I have collected, I offer you some of the fruits of my inner life. I make no claims for them whatsoever. I do not claim that this material is from the one and only Holy Spirit and therefore must be believed by all. I do not claim that this material is sacred or divinely inspired. I wish only to share these thoughts with those who may find them comforting and enlivening in their own lives.

A word about the format of these readings. The opening and closing greetings are artefacts of my channeling process. When I converse with the Holy Spirit, as I do sometimes using pencil and paper and writing down my questions, the responses are offered to me with less formality.

The readings as you see them begin after I have finished the challenging process and have accepted the contact with the Holy Spirit, who opens by greeting me. Because the channeling is being offered aloud, there is also a closing greeting when the reading is done.

Generally speaking, the meat of the reading lies between the opening greeting and the closing greeting. If you find these greetings repetitive, you can move directly to the thought for the day.”

These channelings are the most inspirational information that I have ever read, and I believe that simply reading one each day as a part of your spiritual practice can be most helpful, especially if you also take the time to consider each concept that is shared in the day’s message. I have found over the years that often the message from the Holy Spirit is synchronistically in tune with thoughts and experiences I have had that day, and I always include each day’s message from the Holy Spirit in my Camelot Journal entries. When Q’uo was asked about the Holy Spirit, this is what they had to say:

The Holy Spirit is not a comfortable comforter. It can create in the seeking soul a divine discomfort. It can help to sharpen and hone your particular vision of what it is to be yourself, what it is to be a part of the one infinite Creator, and what it is to face the world and look at that world, not for solace or for riches but for the opportunity to serve the light.

The one known as R was asking if the Holy Spirit could be considered an inner-planes or an outer-planes entity. We may say to the one known as R that you may consider this energy source to be both. In its function as guidance it is inner-planes. The calling is within the inner planes of your planet and in the inner bodies of your self. The connection is from the unseen realms directly into the heart, coming through the crown chakra, the gateway to intelligent infinity, down through indigo and blue, to rest in the heart itself.

When you have prayed to the Holy Spirit for a long period of time, you have created the connection that is instantaneous and strongly comforting, a never-failing source of wisdom, compassion and good advice.

The outer-planes portion of the Holy Spirit is that portion that has nothing to do with planet Earth or with your perceived notions of who you are or what the Creator is, for the Creator Itself is transcendent to Its creation. It is not an actor caught within the play of creation. It is uncreated, inorganic, infinite and eternal. Q’uo, March 19, 2006.

Today I stayed inside and worked on keeping warm as the temperature to begin the day was -3 degrees. I put a space heater in my bedroom and spent most of my time there as I have a heat vent in my bedroom and also another heat vent in the bathroom that is connected by a door to my bedroom. I decided not to take a speed walk today because of the frigid temperature, but I was able to do a load of laundry and vacuum the first floor of the house.

To Smile Or To Frown

I am of the principle of divine love. I greet you in the consciousness of Jesus the Christ.

What have we to say about the world as you gaze at it this day? Perhaps today we would wish you to see that which is behind the daily matters which shall parade this day before your eyes.

Many things shall occur within this day and you shall have many opportunities to smile or to frown; to speak the kind word or the harsh one; to react impulsively or to take it easy and gaze at a situation long enough to gauge its total nature.

Perhaps, this day of all rushing Christmas days, we would suggest to each to take the time to slow down and to consider, in all the hustle and bustle, in all the choices that are made, that the great choice is always for merriment and for the expressions of love and sharing. All other considerations of preparation and business have not the priority of offering and manifesting the love of Christ in God.

May you stop and sense that abiding, deep, magical and peaceful presence. And in each choice that you make this day, may that feeling of peace empower and strengthen your ability to choose well your manifestation to the outer world.

You are children of the Most High. May you experience your birthright this day.

Comforter

During the Ra contact I was told that those of Latwii were my primary Comforter from the Confederation of Planets in the Service of the One Infinite Creator. Apparently, each wanderer has a Comforter from the Confederation that is assigned to it according to the “vibratory complex level of our seeking”. I found this out, oddly enough, in response to having our friend of negative polarity try to channel through me as Ra said in 89.7:

Questioner: Question two: Jim has also felt very strong conditioning which was unbidden while channeling Latwii recently and in his personal meditations. Would you also tell us what occurred in these cases?

Ra: I am Ra. The entity which has been your companion has a vibratory frequency but a small amount lesser than that of the social memory complex known as Latwii. Also, Latwii is the primary comforter of the Confederation for entities seeking at the vibratory complex level of the one known as Jim. Therefore, this same companion has been attempting the contact of this instrument also, although this instrument would have great difficulty in distinguishing the actual contact due to the lack of experience of your companion at this type of service. Nevertheless, it is well that this instrument also choose some manner of the challenging of contacts.

I am not exactly sure what seeking at the vibratory complex level of the one known as Jim means, but it might have to do with our seeking at the level of the open heart and expressing unconditional love which is the lesson of this density. It might also have to do with the journey of the adept into the blue-ray of clear communication and wisdom. And, finally, the Comforter may be available to aid us in work in consciousness associated with the indigo-ray chakra, or third eye. It is also my guess that the Confederation Comforter would not be directly associated with our density of origin but with how we have been able to manifest our beingness in this third-density illusion. I believe that it is also the case that any conscious seeker of truth would have such a Confederation Comforter. The Comforter would provide the wise and loving overview to any seeker in need of feeling it could learn and grow from any situation, no matter how difficult the situation. I also believe that it is also helpful to ask for our Comforter to provide guidance in situations where we don’t feel that we have any clear idea of the most effective thoughts or actions to take. Here Latwii elaborated on how Carla said that she perceived the Comforter:

Yes. The bias which I follow is that each of us has a Comforter, another word for the Holy Spirit, and the action of this force, whatever it is called, I don’t think you have to be Christian to have an awareness of the force itself, it sustains you one way or another. Could you comment on my guess that whereas I tend to get very articulate messages from this force, nevertheless the mechanism basically works for everybody, it’s just that in some people’s lives the working of this force, or this source of information, this comfort, might be dreams, might be coincidence, or many other ways in which the Comforter or the Holy Spirit or whatever you could call it, the higher self, might work. But it’s one, no matter what your bias, the force itself that occurs is one very substantial force which is the true one. Would you comment on that or is that clear enough?

I am Latwii, and am aware of your query, my sister. We believe that we have the gist clear enough to be able to respond in this matter. Indeed, there is a force which protects and guides each entity as it seeks its source, for all entities are part of this one force. You are additionally correct in your supposition that there is what many on your planet have called a Comforter which lends assistance in a more specific manner than the all-encompassing force of the one Creator.

An entity serving as a comforter responds to the seeker’s special call at those instances within the incarnation which may be described as sacred, shall we say. In such moments the seeker’s intense desire for the revelation of truth in the incarnation is such that the comforter is that which is called and that which responds by the feeding of a certain kind of spiritual food, a certain manna, as you would call it, which enters first the unconscious realms of the mind complex, and then, shall we say, rises so that in some way the entity perceives this assistance. The entity perceives in whatever manner the entity is able to perceive according to the system of beliefs which it has constructed during its incarnation.

Thus, each entity perceives in a slightly variant and unique fashion. Latwii, October 2, 1983.

This morning I had a Belgian Waffle for brunch at The First Watch restaurant and then stopped by Paul’s Fruit Market to pick up some more food for myself. It looks like today is the last day with temperatures above freezing, and I think I have enough food for myself and my kitties for the next few days when temperatures are going to be in the single digits. Our governor has declared a state of emergency for Kentucky beginning tonight and suggests that no travel be attempted because rain will turn to snow and there will probably be ice and high winds as well. It will be a good time to stay home and keep warm.

Celebrate The Mass Of Christ

I am that inflow of divine love which is called the spirit of Christ. I greet you in the full consciousness of Christ’s love.

The days grow short and because of the season you scurry about, arranging and rearranging the symbols of joy and peace so that you may come to the celebration day, the birthday, of Jesus the Christ. You move about, make and carry out many plans, and before the season itself is upon you, already you are foot-weary, heart-sore, and feeling that the true spirit of Christ’s mass has disappeared.

Yet have you asked for the spirit to move within your thoughts of consciousness to show a different panoramic view of this season?

May you do so more and more frequently, turning always to the infinite love that is consciousness in Christ. Then all feet shall no longer be weary. Hearts shall no longer burn with anxiety, and those candles which are lit shall be lit with limitless love.

Bow your heads, my children, so that when next you look up you may see the grace of infinite love and you shall be comforted.

Long Distance helpers

As we make our way through the third-density illusion, with the veil of forgetting firmly in place to make our journey all the more mysterious, we are blessed to have unseen hands to help us on our way. The sources of these invisible helpers are many, and they are with us always.

Guidance System

Over the many years of Confederation contact we have been given information that suggests that each of us has a personal guidance system that stands ready to help us when we ask for aid. One way of communicating with our guidance system is what may be called automatic writing. You can use either a pen and paper or a computer. In the meditative or contemplative state set your intention to ask for assistance with a specific problem or question. Then take up your pen or your computer and write down the first thoughts that come to you regarding this matter. Read what you have written and then, without judging it or questioning it, write down your next question. Then write down the next question that comes to you. Do this for as long as questions come to you, and when you are done read the entire message and give its direction the first place in your plan of action. This type of communication is protected from any outside influences because it exists within your own electrical or energetic body. Latwii expanded on this practice of automatic writing:

This area of seeking is one which requires a great deal of the, shall we say, purity of seeking, and that which this group has come to call the tuning. The area of seeking information from levels of being which are not your ordinary conscious levels of experience is a type of seeking which can be most helpful to the sincere seeker. Yet to one whose desires are tainted with less than the highest desire to serve others, this type of experience can be difficult and, shall we say, misleading.

We suggest when the desire is for this type of experience that the one with such desire find some form of what we have described as tuning mechanism to begin the session. We suggest that any song, prayer, chant or visualization which has a personally inspiring connotation to the seeker be utilized in order to focus as finely as possible that desire to seek truth in order to be of service to others. Then, that some form of meditation be entered into in order to open the channels between the conscious and unconscious minds, that any impression which is felt be allowed to find expression. Then, with the, in this particular case, automatic writing, that all judgment be set aside for the moment, the moment during which this experience occurs. Do not analyze that which comes through these channels while it is attempting to come through. Allow it to flow freely, and when the experience is over, then utilize the powers of conscious analysis in order to discern as to the nature of that which was received. Latwii, July 8, 1984.

This morning I ran some errands with my first stop to get some gas for my car at Speedway. Seeds Of Light

I am of the consciousness of the love of Jesus Christ. I greet you in that love and wish you the joy of the Feast of the Nativity.

Feast it is, as light comes into the world, ever-darkened, ever-pregnant with that which is to be. For darkness is the perfect home of future things. So the inside of your heart’s nature lies, black and fecund, awaiting the insertion of seeds of light that only you may acknowledge and nurture through the grace of your own calling upon the consciousness of love. By that call, great things have been accomplished.

Yet we are not bearers of the seed, but you. Therefore, carry your darkness proudly and bewail it not. But rather be ye perfect farmers of the seeds of the full consciousness of the love of Christ.

Valuing others (living The Choice in working with others)

Living The Choice in working with others is another way of saying that we will constantly be making this Choice for the rest of our lives. Every time that we interact with others we will, in some degree, be making The Choice again and again in how we relate to others with a kind thought, word, or deed that registers in our minds, our emotions, and our actions as we travel the path of service to others. Here is a detailed overview of this choice:

Your illusion has everything to do with learning not only who and what and why you are as you are but also in learning how to interact with those about you. Upon graduation from this density the next series of lessons starts with learning to be a complex of entities which have all memories in common. In the next density this veil of mystery and forgetting which you now experience is gradually lifted, and, once again, you know that you are all One.

Only in third density is the unity hidden. This is in order that each may make an all-important choice of how to proceed with the evolution of the spirit, for there are two paths to the one infinite Creator in general. One path is radiant, giving, loving and unifying, and is called service-to-others path or the positive path of seeking. The other path to the one infinite Creator is magnetic, attractive, charismatic, and may be called the path of service to self or the negative path. Each of these two paths is a valid path to follow and will bring the seeker to the growing awareness of the nature of the mystery of Creator and self. We are those of the positive path, as we find it to be the more efficient path, and in our opinion the more agreeable one to follow.

Therefore, as you approach the choice of which path to follow, nothing can be known for sure, for it is all important that this choice be made in faith and not because of any proof or fact, for only in faith, only in the mid-air of that leap of faith is the choice truly made to love. Once the pilgrim’s soul has made the choice to learn to love by attempting the positive path of service to others then there shall be the unfolding of the destiny which you co-created. This does not mean that free will is abridged thereby; it is as though you have furnished yourself with a place to begin a journey and a place where that journey ends. Q’uo, December 13, 1992.

Our service to others may be great or small or anywhere in between. The size of the service does not matter. What matters is the desire to be of service and how much we want to serve the One who is in all people that we will ever meet. I think that is why the balancing exercises that Ra gave us are so important. Our interactions with others produce the great variety of catalyst that we can process in the balancing exercises that will allow us to see and accept others as we are able to accept ourselves. In 5.2, Ra shared the basics of the use of catalyst with others that leads to acceptance of ourselves and of others:

To begin to master the concept of mental discipline it is necessary to examine the self. The polarity of your dimension must be internalized. Where you find patience within your mind you must consciously find the corresponding impatience and vice versa. Each thought that a being has, has in its turn an antithesis. The disciplines of the mind involve, first of all, identifying both those things of which you approve and those things of which you disapprove within yourself, and then balancing each and every positive and negative charge with its equal. The mind contains all things. Therefore, you must discover this completeness within yourself.

The second mental discipline is acceptance of the completeness within your consciousness. It is not for a being of polarity in the physical consciousness to pick and choose among attributes, thus building the roles that cause blockages and confusions in the already-distorted mind complex. Each acceptance smoothes part of the many distortions that the faculty you call judgment engenders.

The third discipline of the mind is a repetition of the first but with the gaze outward towards the fellow entities that it meets. In each entity there exists completeness. Thus, the ability to understand each balance is necessary. When you view patience, you are responsible for mirroring in your mental understanding, patience/impatience. When you view impatience, it is necessary for your mental configuration of understanding to be impatience/patience. We use this as a simple example. Most configurations of mind have many facets, and understanding of either self polarities, or what you would call other-self polarities, can and must be understood as subtle work.

The next step is the acceptance of the other-self polarities, which mirrors the second step.

When we can use this interactive catalyst on a life-long basis we eventually see and accept that we and all other people are 360-degree beings, the one infinite Creator.

This morning I ran some errands to stock up on supplies that would not be as easy to get towards the end of the week when the forecast is for temperatures in the single digits with strong wind and heavy snow. My first stop was at Feeder’s Supply where I bought cat food and bird seed. Then I stopped at Paul’s Fruit Market to get some food for myself. My last stop was at Walgreen’s Drug Store where I bought a couple more food items.

Today I also began work on a book shelf located in the hallway outside of my bedroom and under an existing bookshelf containing L/L Research books. This new bookshelf will contain eight boxes of books donated to L/L Research by Hal Price, the fellow who got Don started in the channeling of ET messages back in 1961 when he gave Don the Brown Notebook, a compilation of ET messages channeled in Detroit, Michigan by Walt Rogers and his meditation group.

Hollow A Place For Love

We are those of the full principle of the love of Jesus the Christ and we greet you in that divine consciousness.

This instrument, like so many, has over-concern for the events of the day, not seeing the magic, the ambience and the comfort of every passing moment. For did not the spirit of love come into the things unseen, unformed and unknown, to create patterns of love and power and wisdom, not by moving to those who are over-concerned but by flowing through channels which love has been allowed to hollow within the breast of humankind?

Thus we ask you to be unconcerned on a deep level, regardless of the busyness and the difficulty of the day ahead. Rest, rather, in the extraordinary comfort offered by universal, all-powerful and all-present love. Rest. Be comforted. And know that if you but hollow out the space and time within you, love shall do its perfect work through you, not as you imagine it should be done in every case, but as love itself requires.

We leave you in the peace of the knowledge of divine love. It is a peace which, though unpredictable in its mechanisms, is infinitely predictable in the standard of love which it bears proudly. May peace and love ride into your life and fill that hollow place where trouble dwelt, now and always. Amen.

Self-worth (living The Choice in working with yourself)

In the orange-ray chakra we have our first opportunity to accept ourselves for having a variety of eccentricities which we express when we are in relation to people one person at a time. By the time we get to the indigo-ray chakra we are faced with accepting ourselves as beings of great worth—as the Creator. When it comes to making The Choice, we need to have the lower three chakras open and clear so the love/light of the Logos can flow through, and we can make that Choice consciously. However, this Choice is one which is most effective when we can, as Jesus recommended, love our neighbor as we love ourselves. Unless we truly love and accept ourselves it will be very difficult to truly love an other self. Laitos speaks to this point:

I am Laitos, and we might comment by suggesting the perception which you have shared is in its own way relatively accurate, although there is another way of perceiving the lack of love for self which we would suggest at this time as a method, or portion of a method, for finding greater and greater love for, and by so loving the self becoming more and more able to love other selves about one which reflect to one the nature of self. And that perception is that the lack of love for self may be seen as a means of preparing the self for greater service. As one becomes aware of the lack of love and acceptance of the self, and turns to work upon that quality, one begins to build a stronger framework of the heart of self, and through the strengthening of the core perceptions of and feelings for the self, so is laid a firmer foundation for services that may then be offered to others.

Thus, one may see various imitations, obstacles and blockages not just as hindrances to one’s progress, but means by which one’s progress may be accelerated, for these areas are what you may call the food for growth, the catalyst, which, when processed, will allow the constant transformation of the inner being and its radiance into the entity and those about it.

Thus, a concentrated effort at working upon one’s perception of self can allow one not only to achieve the broader point of view of the self by the self, but also allow one to then move the point of viewing further into the environment about one, and, indeed, to the smallest portion of the daily round of activities, until the creation about one begins to take on the feel and appearance of that which is sacred, unified and full of joy and perfect motion. As I mentioned in 102, many who seek to be of service to others have personal lessons that involve being able to love the self. When we are eventually able to love our selves, then our Choice as Players becomes far more effective because we know more fully what love really is: forgiveness and acceptance of our selves. When we give that gift to ourselves, then it is available for us to give to others as well. It makes me wonder if all of the anger and separation that we see in the world around us today might be that many people do not love themselves, so they reflect that lack of love in easily getting angry with other selves. That was basically the message that Peace Pilgrim had on her spiritual journey that she shared with others while walking across the United States five times: there can only be world peace when people have found inner peace within themselves. This is what Peace Pilgrim had to say about inner peace and its effect on world peace:

There is within the hearts of people deep desire for peace on earth, and they would speak for peace if they were not bound by apathy, by ignorance, by fear. It is the job of the peacemakers to inspire them from their apathy, to dispel their ignorance with truth, to allay their fear with faith that God’s laws work—and work for good.

Knowing that all things contrary to God’s laws are transient, let us avoid despair and radiate hope for a warless world. Peace is possible, for thoughts have tremendous power.

A few really dedicated people can offset the ill effects of masses of out-of-harmony people, so we who work for peace must not falter. We must continue to pray for peace and to act for peace in whatever way we can; we must continue to speak for peace and to live the way of peace; to inspire others, we must continue to think of peace and to know that peace is possible. What we dwell upon we help to bring into manifestation. One little person, giving all of her time to peace, makes news. Many people, giving some of their time, can make history. This afternoon I decided to clean the filter for the fountain in the fish pond because the fountain was getting lower and I thought it might be well to do that now before the frigid weather gets here later this week and the pond would be all ice. Then I used my backpack blower to blow the few leaves behind the house into the leave the leaves area in the southwest corner of the yard and then do the same behind the garage by blowing any remaining leaves into the leave the leaves section in the northwest corner of the yard.

Open To The Spirit

I am of the principle of unconditional love and I greet you in the name and the peace of Jesus Christ.

“Without Me you can do nothing.” You have heard these words many times. They are not words to be taken literally. Think of the sentence, “Without love one can do nothing,” and realize that you are here at this blessed time of darkness, pregnant with your soul just as the earth, so bleak and bare seemingly, is pregnant within with all the blossoms and fruits of the harvest to come.

Whatever your spirit is, this is the time for its renewal. This is the time for its swaddling, its nurturing, the keeping of it quietly, confidently and with no need for outer expression.

Allow this young, new sense of self to be open to the Spirit which you call Holy, that you may be renewed and that the face of the earth may, one person at a time, be changed.

Ethics

In general, we can look at ethics as a set of general rules that would define acceptable behavior. Philosophy is the area of study which deals most with ethics as different people can have differing ideas as to what appropriate behavior is. A variety of philosophies can evolve out of these different ideas. On our spiritual journeys we could see both of the service-to-others and service-to-self paths of polarity being ethical choices. They are so general as to include many unique interpretations of what might or might not be ethical behavior within these two polarities. It is very likely that each polarity would look at the other polarity as being totally unethical. In the following quote Q’uo discusses the ethics of the positive and negative polarities:

To define this choice is a deceptively simple thing, for the choice is that either/or of morality and ethics that seems straightforward. We have called it service to self as opposed to service to others, negative as opposed to positive, following the way of attraction and control over others as opposed to following the way of radiation and the releasing to all others of that which flows through. The creation of third density gives evidence, again and again and again as one observes the natural world about one, that this is a world of duality—of light and dark, heat and cold, and so forth.

When entities consciously choose the service-to-others option in a difficult situation because of pure awareness of the purity of self within the heart, this takes the clay of flesh and shoves it aside until the light begins to shine through. The more deeply the entity knows his own heart, the more pure that choice can be made; and in the world of time/space, this movement of light is an energy flow that automatically triggers the attention of what this instrument has often called the loyal opposition, for there are those forces within the dualism of third, fourth, and fifth densities that appeal to entities who wish to take the path of service to self. And they hunger for the light that they may use that light for their own purposes. Attracted by this light, entities move, looking interestedly to see what they might see: Where is this light coming from? What is this entity’s weak points? How can we put this light out? Various political beliefs would also fall into such categories as being acceptable or unacceptable depending on one’s party affiliation. Economics and one’s political beliefs would also blend into the soup of ethical choices and further confuse people’s ethical choices. As we dip further and further into the social/political/economic realms of daily life it becomes more and more of a challenge to maintain the purity of one’s spiritual journey. For the Player on the Enhanced Gameboard of Life it may eventually come down to loving everyone equally and not be concerned about how to “rearrange people and political structures.” In 34.9, Ra gives us an overview of how the “social/political/economic realms of daily life” may take the back seat to the concept of how to “rearrange people and political structures:”

Questioner: Thank you. Would you give me the same type of information about the self in relation to the societal self?

Ra: I am Ra. The unmanifested self may find its lessons those which develop any of the energy influx centers of the mind/body/spirit complex. The societal and self interactions most often concentrate upon the second and third energy centers. Thus those most active in attempting to remake or alter the society are those working from feelings of being correct personally or of having answers which will put power in a more correct configuration. This may be seen to be of a full travel from negative to positive in orientation. Either will activate these energy ray centers.

There are some few whose desires to aid society are of a green-ray nature or above. These entities, however, are few due to the understanding, may we say, of fourth ray that universal love freely given is more to be desired than principalities or even the rearrangement of peoples or political structures.

Ra said many times that “this is not the density of understanding,” so in many cases we are left on our own to make decisions as to what may or may not be of service to others. Ra said that one way we could solve that problem is to become the other self whom we wish to serve and then do that which it, itself, would wish to have done for it. So as seekers of truth many times our own interpretation of ethics will need to be that standard of excellence that we express in our thoughts and actions that we have gleaned from our experiences with others throughout the years as Ra said in 17.30:

Questioner: Well, if an entity wants to learn ways of it, wants to be of service to others rather than service to self while he is in this third density, are there best ways of being of service to others, or is any way just as good as any other way?

Ra: I am Ra. The best way to be of service to others has been explicitly covered in previous material. We will iterate briefly.

The best way of service to others is the constant attempt to seek to share the love of the Creator as it is known to the inner self. This involves self knowledge and the ability to open the self to the other-self without hesitation. This involves, shall we say, radiating that which is the essence or the heart of the mind/body/spirit complex.

Speaking to the intention of your question, the best way for each seeker in third density to be of service to others is unique to that mind/body/spirit complex. This means that the mind/body/spirit complex must then seek within itself the intelligence of its own discernment as to the way it may best serve other-selves. This will be different for each. There is no best. There is no generalization. Nothing is known.

This afternoon I ran a couple of errands with my first stop being at AT&T where I upgraded my current iPhone 8 to an iPhone 14 because the screen and protective case on my old phone were both damaged. I was amazed at how the contents of my old phone were automatically transmitted to the new phone simply by setting them close together. Then I stopped in at Kroeger’s to pick up a couple food items.

The Weather Of Your Journey

I am the spirit of the living Christ and I greet you in the full consciousness of that love.

How easy it is to gaze upon the face of your existence and find difficulties and disharmonies. What is not generally known is that it is just as satisfactory to appreciate the beauty around one. The deeper point that we are trying to make is that daily bread is a modest request, yet of the most deeply intuitive and magical substance that can be given to humankind.

With the mind centered and resting in a place of peace and power, confidence and trust, that person need not experience traumas in the same way as an excitable person. Look at the day outside. Some skies are sunny and some a beautiful pearl gray of winter days without storms.

Whatever your environment, you are there as a kind of pilgrim or missionary, ready to help those around you and of a substance entirely your own, as you have begun to find your authentic self. We wish you a persistent and strong heart and a will that does not stop to move ahead with this pilgrimage of the learnings of the spirit.

Values-how we estimate situations

If we feel that values like peace, love, and service are the ways we would like to live our lives, then through the lens of each value we can evaluate any situation that we might be part of. When we speak of peace I think that it is important to realize that we are not talking about the absence of strife. We are talking about the inner peace that we feel when we realize our unity with all people, the creation, and the Creator. Q’uo had some inspiring words to share regarding the value of gaining and experiencing inner peace:

You have these pure, truthful, truth-filled emotions within and simply need to see them, all of them, as valuable precious, priceless objects which hold clear and crystalline truth. Even the deepest notes of terror, pain and all of those ways of suffering that flesh is err to, as this instrument would say, these notes too contain enormous beauty, earth-shattering intensity, and in the melody of your existence you may see yourself attempting to purify those notes. This is indeed an effort worth maintaining, for to the one who persists shall come that tremendous inner peace that spreads over the consciousness of one who has stopped judging on appearances and is willing to listen to the most distorted feeling complex with the steady and sure faith of one who knows that beneath the distortions that hide the crystal there does lie the virtue of perfect emotion. When we speak of love we are talking about the kind of unconditional love that opens our hearts to everyone and everything around us. Q’uo shared the concept of each of us having unconditional love within us when they said:

We can share that in every civilization, wherever hearts beat and hopes are high, there lives the personification of unconditional love in one savior or another, one hero or another, one saint or another. And those Christs and heroes and saints are you and I and everyone. Each shall have his moments throughout the long journey back to the one infinite Creator of realizing the self as the Christ, not in any egoistical way but in the sense of giving over the life completely to unconditional love and finding at last the source of all hunger and thirst being filled by embracing the consciousness of unconditional love.

Each of you is on a journey toward that identity and that nature. And you shall not find that identity and that nature by tossing away that which you are at this very moment for something better. Nay, my friends, you are, now, all that you need to be. You are perfect. You may not see as of yet that you are the Christ child, that you are spirit, that you are unconditional love. Yet we say to you that you may trust and rely upon the fact that this is the essence of all of you and each of you, every single one of you.

You may be in prison and have done terrible things. You may be on the road hungry and in despair. You may be angry or hurting or separated from that feeling of love by one thing or another. And yet we say to you that you are the Christ. You are, in your essence, unconditional love. And your journey as a spirit within incarnation may be described as a journey towards that realization and then towards the expressing of that realization when it has become your gift to yourself. Then from these basic states of spiritual being we are able to be of more profound service to others in the way we live our lives and relate to other selves. These values also give us a standard of excellence which we can use to affect any situation that we might find ourselves involved in. I think that the Prayer of St. Francis says it well:

“Lord make Me an instrument of Your peace
Where there is hatred let me sow love.
Where there is injury, pardon.
Where there is doubt, faith.
Where there is despair, hope.
Where there is darkness, light.
Where there is sadness joy.
O Divine master grant that I may
Not so much seek to be consoled as to console
To be understood, as to understand.
To be loved. as to love
For it’s in giving that we receive
And it’s in pardoning that we are pardoned
And it’s in dying that we are born…
To eternal life.

This afternoon I went to visit my friend, Connie, who has been in a care home in Southern Indiana for the last three and one-half years. While there we talked about how we were doing, and Connie has had some improvement in being able to move her right leg and right arm which have been paralyzed since her two strokes back in the summer 2019. That is really good news! Then I read Connie’s favorite book, Archangels and Ascended Masters by Doreen Virtue. We finished the book and then decided that the next book we want to read is Carla’s A Wanderer’s Handbook. Connie was always a big fan of Carla’s and was one of three women who came to visit Carla regularly when Carla was confined to her hospital bed for the last four years of her life due to a lumbar surgical wound that would not heal.

Nothing But Darkness

I am the spirit of the full consciousness of the love of Jesus Christ. I greet you in the power of that love.

May all be well with you this day as you realize that only in the spirit can any meaning be made clear to you, the nature of any obstacle revealed or the depth of misunderstanding repaired.

The greatest illusion of your illusion is the apparent difference in vision betwixt day and night, for it would seem to suggest that there is as much clear and lucid sunlight to illumine understanding as there is darkness to cover it. Yet there is nothing but darkness in the illusion. The shining light of truth and peace enter in your inner eyesight only upon request.

Request, then, that Christ be with you, that the spirit of Christ remain with you always. For how else shall you see into matters too deep for your earthly sun to reach?

Morals-religion

When we talk about concepts like opening our hearts in unconditional love, about clear and honest communication that opens our eyes to a new world, and about contacting intelligent infinity and experiencing the sacramental joy of communing with the One Infinite Creator, many people would say that we are also speaking of a certain kind of moral behavior or religion. In some ways that can be true as we do utilize our spiritual journeys to provide us the most service-to-others type of behavior, and as we seek to do the Creator’s will, and as we love the Creator in all people. In the following quote Q’uo describes how we may do the Creator’s will:

When considering the milieu in which you live, move, and have your being, the third density is where you make the great choice as to how you shall extend your energies for the rest of this density, and the rest of the octaves of densities, that will lead you home to the One Infinite Creator.

And yet, that home is also firmly embedded within your own vehicle. For the Creator has made you, every entity on the planet, the planet itself, and all of the creation out of itself in order that it might know itself better, with more variety, or vividness, or power, or purity. This is your great journey as one who is the Creator in miniature, shall we say, seeking the Creator of all that is within all.

Your will, as you exercise more and more effectively, becomes as though a muscle in your physical body. It becomes stronger. It can become more focused. It is that which is the fuel of your journey of seeking. It is the most important tool that you have in your spiritual toolkit, shall we say. It is that which you may exercise as often as you wish, as often as you can, in order to continue to move forward in your positive polarization of service to all, and to others, to the One.

These choices that you make, however small or large, in every moment that you exist, can offer you a perpetual path of power, of the will to travel for the rest of your incarnations upon this earth, within the third density, the fourth and so forth so that you continue to ride the power of the will. As you move in harmony with the One, this movement is likened to a path, a conduit whereas, the energy of choice, the power of purpose, moves you in a rhythmic manner, a dance, shall we say, that brings you more and more in harmony with the Creator in all about you, the Creator within yourself, within the universe itself, so that you begin to blend your desire, your will to seek the Creator, to become the Creator with the Creator’s will, so that eventually you do the Creator’s will. For you have become the Creator having discovered who you are through all your choices and exercise of the will to seek the positive path of polarity in union with all. This exercise on a moment-by-moment basis is that which makes it possible for you to move into harmony with the One which is within you, without you with everyone, everywhere at all times. June 8, 2022.

However, I believe that there is a salient omission in our spiritual journeys that would keep us from being classically religious in that most Players on the Enhanced Gameboard do not have dogmatic beliefs that would separate them from any other person. In the following quote Q’uo described the problem with dogma:

For many people, the only way that they have found to approach their love of the one infinite Creator is to buy, as this instrument would say, hook, line and sinker, the dogma of a particular sect of a particular religion. For those entities who wish to do this, we may say that it is a valid path to the one infinite Creator. We would point out, however, that it is trammeled and slowed by the dogma which it carries and by those entities which are excluded from the love and the light of their Creator, in their story of the Creator, by judgment. June 24, 2005.

Rather, the spiritual concepts contained in the Law of One, by definition, bring us all together—unique as we all are—as one being as Hatonn said:

My friends, we are one being. We are not two, we are not several. Whatever the difference is in our condition, those differences are an illusion. For we are all one being formed in love. Like rays of an infinite and everlasting light, we have shot out through the prisms of our hopes and our dreams, and we are each in a unique vibratory position, relative to that great central sun of being which we call the Creator.

In meditation, my friends, you can begin to take the prism effect away. When a prism is removed from a light source, the many, many colors and shades of your rainbow become one white light. And so it is with each of you, my friends. It is as though as if you sat in love and contemplation together. Your vibrations shoot off into infinite space as a collection of harmonizing colors and yet, remove that understanding one dimension closer to the Creator, and one sees only the white light of all embracing love. This afternoon I went outside and used my big mower to mulch the rest of the leaves in the back yard into fertilizer for the trees that they came from. Then I used the hose and sprayer to clean my mower as I don’t plan to be using it again until the spring. My last job was to go into the house and vacuum the first floor.

Must You Deserve The Word?

I am the spirit of the full consciousness of love, and I greet you in the name of the Christ.

We pause to await this instrument’s perfect readiness and surrender to the voice of love which speaks to those who need not deserve such a gift. It is written that Jesus Christ came to save sinners, as if there were within humanity a pristine and spotless category of those who do not sin. We, too, who are of the principle of the love of Jesus Christ, come only to those who do not deserve to hear our words, for by no means can one earn love or the consciousness of love.

Whatever your confusions or distresses, know, each of my children, that the Father has sent a living Redeemer, a living love and a living spirit among you, one that does not gauge what each soul has earned, but, rather, observes the place which each soul has made within the heart to grasp and yearn for our words and thoughts.

The concepts of holiness can never be bought with any price except that of surrender to faith, the faith that love, by means of love, shall bring each iota of consciousness at last into love.

The Spirit

Our spirit complex is the least distorted of our mind/body/spirit complex natures. Through intuition the mind may be infused with the energies of the unconscious mind, the racial mind, the planetary mind, and the cosmic mind. At this point the spirit may be utilized as a shuttle to connect the roots of consciousness with intelligent infinity after the indigo ray has been activated through the balanced energies of our body and our mind. This process serves as a good example of how our mind, body, and spirit work together in close cooperation in advancing our spiritual journeys as Ra described in 30.2:

Questioner: Thank you. Would you define mind, body, and spirit separately?

Ra: I am Ra. These terms are all simplistic descriptive terms which equal a complex of energy focuses; the body, as you call it, being the material of the density which you experience at a given space/time or time/space; this complex of materials being available for distortions of what you would call physical manifestation.

The mind is a complex which reflects the inpourings of the spirit and the up-pourings of the body complex. It contains what you know as feelings, emotions, and intellectual thoughts in its more conscious complexities. Moving further down the tree of mind we see the intuition which is of the nature of the mind more in contact or in tune with the total beingness complex. Moving down to the roots of mind we find the progression of consciousness which gradually turns from the personal to the racial memory, to the cosmic influxes, and thus becomes a direct contactor of that shuttle which we call the spirit complex.

This spirit complex is the channel whereby the inpourings from all of the various universal, planetary, and personal inpourings may be funneled into the roots of consciousness and whereby consciousness may be funneled to the gateway of intelligent infinity through the balanced intelligent energy of body and mind.

You will see by this series of definitive statements that mind, body, and spirit are inextricably intertwined and cannot continue, one without the other. Thus we refer to the mind/body/spirit complex rather than attempting to deal with them separately, for the work, shall we say, that you do during your experiences is done through the interaction of these three components, not through any one.

In the following quote Q’uo gives a very broad and deep overview of how our spirit complex enlivens our spiritual journeys, which usually begin in the mundane limitations of consensus reality where most people begin their incarnational experiences:

The mind, in and of itself, instinctually cannot move into the area of choice with any realization. It will, left to itself, continue any patterns that have been begun in the early days of the incarnation of that entity. Thusly, the unawakened life path is one of distraction, avoidance and aggression. By these means, the mind controls the environment, and considers itself safe. Fears, and lack of fear, move into the body complex, if there is no intervention either by dealing mentally with outside catalyst or invoking faith. Thusly, the body slowly sickens and dies, because the nature of the illusion is that of steady loss.

However, into this closed and incomplete consciousness moves the voice of that which may be called the spirit complex, although indeed the spirit complex itself is a gateway, or opening, or channel, which is able to transmit into the deep mind, through itself, higher principles and ideals that do not have to do with the illusion, but are, in fact, fixed. Like yourselves, certain principles are imperishable. Thusly, the simplest way, perhaps, to express the nature of the spirit complex is that used by the one known as Ra, the spirit complex as a shuttle, a means of taking the thread through woof and warp to create the tapestry of solidified beingness as experienced subjectively by each entity, each weaver, of the tapestry of an incarnation.

How can one access the spirit? One desires. All entities desire. This is the process of choosing. But what an entity desires is as various as the four winds until faith is invoked by will. We do not speak of beliefs, for beliefs limit, define and solidify into illusory distortions the imperishable truths of which they are the sons and daughters. There are many, many entities among those of your people making this choice at this time who are comfortable in not thinking, in unthinkingness. They wish the structure told to them that they may learn it by rote, and spend their time in devotion. Mistakenly, however, because of the nature of the mind complex, it is felt that one particular story about the Creator is the story about the Creator, and all others are not acceptable stories about the Creator. This is incorrect. However, each story appeals to those of a certain temperament. This entity has a temperament which finds the story of Jesus the Christ most helpful. Thus, it has become this entity’s way to objectify the shuttle of spirit, and to open within the heart and within the consciousness the gateway to Intelligent Infinity. Q’uo, January 6, 1991

The Nature Of Love

I am the Holy Spirit of the full consciousness of the principle of love. I greet this child in the vibration which comforts it. Greetings in peace in the name of Jesus Christ, who came to be God in man that men could better know how to love.

It is in loving the God of all things that the first lessons must abide. Whether the object be men or God, it is only God that can be loved fully.

Thus to some it is well that time be given in which the Father is focused upon to the exclusion of all human things. For unless love is bound up in love of the Father it shall sputter and die, as all earthly things do. Confused and sad is the man who attempts to love others without understanding the nature of love.

To others it is more helpful that the face of God be seen among men and that the hand be outstretched among all. To these who are not abstract in mind, the face of God will always wear the face of a human.

Whatsoever your inclination, perceive love in its rightful nature as the love in which the Father created you.

Feelings

Our feelings and emotions are contained within our mind complex and are valuable indicators of where we may have opportunities to learn more about ourselves. Feelings and emotions pop up in our minds without our having to think about them. They are usually reactions, either positive or negative, to experiences that we have in our daily round of activities. When we become aware of any feeling or emotion we are entering the classroom of our self. If we mentally examine these feelings during our evening meditation period we may find areas of distortions in our minds that we can balance in order to process whatever catalyst has brought about the feelings. In 42.11, Ra suggested that our feelings can give us important information about catalyst that we can use for spiritual growth:

Questioner: How can an individual assess what energy centers within its being are activated and in no immediate need of further attention and which energy centers are not activated and are in need of immediate attention?

Ra: I am Ra. The thoughts of an entity, its feelings or emotions, and least of all its behavior are the signposts for the teaching/learning of self by self. In the analysis of one’s experiences of a diurnal cycle an entity may assess what it considers to be inappropriate thoughts, behaviors, feelings, and emotions.

In examining these inappropriate activities of mind, body, and spirit complexes the entity may then place these distortions in the proper vibrational ray and thus see where work is needed.

If we do not use the opportunity to analyze, balance, and accept our feelings there is a good chance that they will migrate to our body complexes and show up in the form of some disease. This disease will symbolically represent the catalyst that we have not yet processed. This is especially true if the catalyst falls in the area of any of our pre-incarnative choices. When we become aware of a physical problem that lingers for a significant period of time, we would do well to link it to whatever is the closest chakra in symbolism to determine the general nature of the problem. Then we can continue with our analysis of the potential catalyst that could have triggered the problem. In 61.7, Ra used Carla, Don, and me as examples of how the catalyst of feelings that was not well used was given to our bodies:

Questioner: Second question: could you give an example of how feelings affect portions of the body and the sensations of the body?

Ra: I am Ra. It is nearly impossible to speak generally of these mechanisms, for each entity of proper seniority has its own programming. Of the less aware entities we may say that the connection will often seem random as the higher self continues producing catalyst until a bias occurs. In each programmed individual the sensitivities are far more active and, as we have said, that catalyst not used fully by the mind and spirit is given to the body.

Thus you may see in this entity the numbing of the arms and the hands signifying this entity’s failure to surrender to the loss of control over the life. Thus this drama is enacted in the physical distortion complex.

In the questioner we may see the desire not to be carrying the load it carries given as physical manifestation of the soreness of those muscles for carrying used. That which is truly needed to be carried is a pre-incarnative responsibility which seems highly inconvenient.

In the case of the scribe we see a weariness and numbness of feelings ensuing from lack of using catalyst designed to sensitize this entity to quite significant influxes of unfamiliar distortion complexes of the mental/emotional and spiritual level. As the numbness removes itself from the higher or more responsive complexes the bodily complex distortions will vanish. This is true also of the other examples.

We would note at this time that the totally efficient use of catalyst upon your plane is extremely rare.

And from a talk that Carla gave at our Homecoming on September 5, 2020, she uses our feelings as a means of balancing our being in the manner that Ra suggested:

To increase our polarity we work with our energy bodies. We observe our feelings, thoughts, and impulsive actions and we balance those impulses and those actions day by day so that we are more and more cohesive. We become laser-light instead of incoherent light. And you do that at the end of every day, by asking yourself, “What triggered me?” and then allowing [the] remembering [of] that anger, that road rage, that jealously or whatever, letting it just take you over and just express until it’s glorious, and then letting that die down and asking for its antithesis and then allowing that antithesis.

This morning it rained until we had an inch and a half by mid-morning, so my plans to finishing mulching the leaves in the back yard had to be put on hold until the leaves have dried out. So most of my work today has been inside working on my Camelot Journal entries and then in the afternoon getting ready for our channeling circle that starts at 5 pm where each of our five channels will get a chance to practice more of the art of channeling.

The Inner Snow

I am of the principle of divine love. I greet you in the full consciousness of Jesus the Christ.

We gaze upon your first snow of the winter and the emotional response from each to such a wonderful spectacle of nature. Within you, too, in many, many layers, are the light snows, the slight drifting, or even the avalanche.

This is especially true at a time when that light which generates prana is at its least effective within your culture. And so you must be light, power and comfort to those who seek out your information, not weighing your own merits in any way but merely asking that you may do the work which was created for you before the world was and certainly, specifically, before the incarnation that you now enjoy.

Look out the window and enjoy the snow. It is a spontaneous, gentle gift from one whose peace passeth all understanding, now and ever. Amen.

We come in the name of Love and open our hearts, our minds, and our souls to send love, light, and healing energies to Mother Earth as she brings forth a New Earth in fourth density. We ask that the infinite love, light, and healing energies of the One Infinite Creator heal the heart of each soul in pain on Earth tonight.
