Localized

“Therefore, from the standpoint of an incarnation, the personality is very important. It is your handpicked choice of your talents, your limitations, and those relationships you hold dear, and it is designed to function well to place you in the fire of catalyst. You will recall the biblical story of the children in the middle of the fire who were not burned. [1] The fire of incarnation is just such a fire. It is not intended to consume and destroy you. It is intended to refine you; to help you with the process of removing the slag from your ore and mining the gold and precious jewels that are within you.” Q’uo, October 20, 2010

This footnote goes with this quote: [1] This reference is to the story of Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego in the Book of Daniel, Chapter Three, in The Holy Bible. Refusing King Nebuchadnezzar, the three men would not bow down to another man’s God. So the King threw them into a fiery furnace. However they remained unscathed and eventually the King called them out of the furnace and promoted them. And he made a decree that protected their right to worship their God.

In the above quote Q’uo talked about our “localized” or incarnational self, our personality shell, that we utilize to attempt to learn our pre-incarnative lessons. These lessons have the purpose of helping us to learn how to open our hearts in unconditional love within this third-density illusion and make the Harvest into the fourth density of love and understanding.

Before our incarnations begin we assess our upcoming lives, often with the help of guides and our Higher Self. We determine the various people who would also play a role with us to help us along our way as we would help them along their way. Usually these people would become members of our immediate family or circle of friends within a business, social, or spiritual community. Our shared catalyst is designed help us to refine the nature of our soul as it is able to be expressed within the third-density illusion through our personality shell. Some of the refinements may come by way of difficult catalyst that Q’uo likened unto a refining fire. It can make us stronger, wiser, and more loving, and such difficulties that produce it can be seen as blessings in the long run of our lives. So, the personality shell is a primary tool of the Player as the Player comes to know the personality shell’s qualities and purposes for the incarnation. Then the work will be to accept the self and eventually to open the gateway to becoming the Creator.

In the following quote Q’uo went into more detail about the nature and functioning of the personality shell:

Many of those among your peoples in incarnation at this time have placed certain stoppages or limitations that will keep them from moving too far along an extreme towards an end that is not desired by the soul or spirit. An example of this is this instrument’s lifelong dynamic of frail and fragile health. This instrument carefully placed in its personality shell before incarnation a limitation that would come forward whenever this instrument chose, of her own free will, to move into a physical activity to the extent that she was unable to pursue a daily, inner, meditative and contemplative side. When this instrument has in the past developed such an aggressive and ambitious program of physical activity that it has found itself unable to feed its deeper needs in terms of contemplation and meditation, the physical body has simply broken down.

There are entities who have not placed this stoppage in their personality shell because they do not have the personality setup that this instrument created for herself before incarnation. For each entity, there will be a completely different dynamic, undoubtedly a different incarnational balance that needs to be followed and therefore a completely unique way of limiting unwanted activity within the spiritual process. Q’uo, February 6, 2006.

Q’uo began their comments on the nature of the personality shell by suggesting that before incarnation into the third density many seekers will use the personality shell to keep the incarnational behavior within certain limits so that the goals of the seeker will be more likely to be realized. Q’uo used Carla as an example by Carla’s having made the choice of desiring to focus her life pattern on the inner work of meditation and contemplation as her life goal. When she would choose to become more physically active in a manner which threatened to remove this inner focus, her body would break down in pain due to Carla’s choice of rheumatoid arthritis as the limiting factor for her personality shell.

Q’uo continued to describe the nature of the personality shell for others by saying that each entity is unique in their desires for the incarnation, and each would choose a different way utilize the personality shell to achieve the goals of the incarnation. In my case, for example, I believe that I pre-incarnatively chose tinnitus, a ringing in my ears, as a means of causing me to focus more intently on the single point in meditation. The tinnitus set in by the time I was twelve years old, with plenty of time to spare before I began any type of meditation in my early twenties. The tinnitus has been helpful in that I am able to ignore it—as well as the rest of the outside world—and concentrate on the one-pointed focus. I am sure that most seekers have some kind of ailment or condition that appears difficult to deal with, and which has not yielded to healing, that could also be a means by which their personality shell would aid them in their spiritual journeys.

“Each of you is part of that Creator and the deepest portion of you that there is, is made entirely of love. It is a love that waits for you beyond the reaches of personality. It is a consciousness that resides within you but which is entirely silent. It is almost as though you had within you the character of the Sleeping Beauty that is awakened by the kiss of the Prince. [2] Your inner nature can sleep for a hundred years or you can kiss it awake at any time by paying attention to that inner nature, by seeking it and wooing it as you would a maiden. And when you penetrate into your own open heart, and you experience the love of the Creator that lies therein, it is indeed the Balm of Gilead. It is a healing, strengthening presence, one that it is possible to experience and that it is very helpful to experience. When you have moved through the gateway to larger life, you, as a soul stream, become aware again of the entire soul stream. Your awareness opens up and expands and as a natural concomitant of that the personality shell drops away. Q’uo, 20, 2010

This footnote goes with this quote: [2] The classic fairy tale of the Sleeping Beauty was first written down by Charles Perrault in his book, Contes de ma Mère l’Oye—in English, Tales of Mother Goose. It is perhaps best known to Americans from the Walt Disney film of the same name. After being cast under a spell for a hundred years, Sleeping Beauty is rescued by the handsome Prince with a kiss of love. They of course live happily ever after, even according to the well-named Brothers Grimm.

Of course, the non-localized nature of ourselves is the One Creator which resides within our heart of hearts and is reflected as pure love. This is the truest nature of our being and, for the most part, is silent during our lives although in mystical moments of realization it is possible for this love to come alive within us as a result of our courting it and seeking it as the truest nature of our selves that we can ever know. Then the healing and renewing powers of this all-embracing love can result in our becoming a new being, risen from the ashes of the refining fires of earthly catalyst and able to share this power of love with everyone around us. If this mystical union with our own deep consciousness of love does not happen during our incarnations, we can be assured that when we pass through death’s door, and realize larger life, our personality shell will drop away, and we will once again reunite with our “entire soul stream”and this deep consciousness of love.

In the following quote Q’uo shares another means of how our personality shells utilize our soul streams to learn third-density lessons.

Each of you chose, in coming into incarnation, to leave the stream of the soul, shall we call it, and choose certain relatively unbalanced portions of that soul stream, both in terms of limitations and in terms of gifts and resources to furnish the personality shell that each of you brought into incarnation. Each of you chose this veil of solitude that flesh represents, not just at the level of being unable to merge physically with another third-density entity but in terms of metaphysically finding many divisive factors in relating to other selves. When we decide to incarnate into the third density illusion we are leaving the wholeness of our soul stream, our connection to the one infinite Creator, so that we may utilize distortions of our soul stream that become our personality shell in the third density. These distortions allow us to learn lessons that seem to reveal many “divisive factors” as we interact with other selves who have gone through this same process of entering the “solitude that flesh represents”. Thusly do we all create a unique personality shell that becomes our vehicle for spiritual growth within the third density illusion. (add to Chapter 7)

This afternoon I made my errand run with the first stop being at Feeder’s Supply where I bought food for my three cats. Then I stopped in at PetSmart to buy greenie pouches to put meds in for Boscoe and Mr. Mush. My last stop was at Walgreen’s to pick up some non-food items for myself and some strawberry ice cream for when I go to see Connie next Saturday in the care home in southern Indiana.

The Doorway To Freedom

I am of the principle of Jesus Christ, the love of almighty God, the Creator and preserver of all things. I greet you in that self-same consciousness of love which enlivens the dead and causes the still to dance with joy.

You cling very tenaciously to your ideas of right and wrong and assume that your perceptions operate not only on your own behalf but also on behalf of all. Yet you have not the authority to make that assumption. It is only in the desires and biases of those who contend with you that you may find the doorway to a more gracious concept of rightness which allows the freedom of others to find their own rightness in their own way and at their own time.

How can you know the perceptions of another? How do you dare to assume that you have the perception of Christ? We rebuke you not to break your love of right into little pieces but rather to scatter your presumption in living an unexamined life. Ask for the grace to be given a wider view and I shall be there.

May the peace that you seek be with you always. Amen.

Passive transmission of love—Gaia Meditations

I mentioned in Chapter Six that the Gaia Meditation is done each evening at 7 pm here at L/L Research to aid in the healing of our Mother Earth. We invite anyone who wishes to participate with us in these Gaia Meditations to do so whenever you can. In the question below Q’uo was asked if when we sleep and when we meditate are we helping Gaia to balance her physical and metaphysical natures to help in the birthing of fourth density for her.

“Question from F: Does our sleep and meditation also help Gaia’s balance of her physical and metaphysical aspects and perhaps help manifest fourth-density physical?

Q’uo: I am Q’uo and am aware of your query, my sister. This is an interesting query, in that the answer is both a yes and a perhaps. The yes is given to those entities who are able to use the meditative state in a more specific sense. That is, in the ability to create visualizations of various portions of Gaia that are in need of healing, and to see them with clarity for a number of what you would call your minutes. These visions, held in the conscious mind, then in the meditative state, may provide an ability for the forces of light to send to Gaia those imaged experiences of healing and wholeness that she so desperately needs.

The perhaps is given to those entities who are able to utilize their catalyst in the sense by which we just spoke in the previous query, to enhance their own process of seeking so that they are able to open their hearts more and more in the love vibration, and this vibration is that which then adds its healing energy to that of Gaia and her needs, for as you grow, so does she grow. As more and more seek the love and the light of the One Creator within their own hearts and experiences, so then is further healing offered to your Mother Earth.” Q’uo, September 15, 2018

In the first part of Q’uo’s answer they said that visualizations could be created in the conscious mind and then utilized within the meditative state to heal those areas of Mother Earth that need healing. Ra suggested that using the technique of visualization was an advanced practice of the adept. It is a type of meditation that requires that you can hold the image of the meditation within your inner field of vision for a number of minutes. Ra never specified the specific number of minutes, but it would be my guess that between five and ten minutes would be sufficient.

What I believe is occurring here, and this is my opinion only, is that such a visualization creates a thought-form that may do work in consciousness according to the intention of the visualization. There is also aid from “forces of light”, as they may be called, that energize your visualization for the purpose you created it. If you see an area of the planet that is suffering from devastating storms, or drought, or hunger or any type of malady, you can create a visualization that sends love, light, and healing energies to that location. Then energies will be set in motion to bring that visualization to life. There will be some degree of alleviation of the difficulty as a result of your visualization. Ra suggested a similar process in 74.12:

There are sound vibratory complexes which act much like the dialing of your telephone. When they are appropriately vibrated with accompanying will and concentration, it is as though many upon your metaphysical or inner planes received a telephone call. This call they answer by their attention to your working.

In the second part of Q’uo’s answer they mentioned that there was another means by which seekers of truth could aid in healing Gaia. This would be by their personal processing of catalyst on a daily basis which would not only heal the seeker but would also have a healing effect for Mother Earth. This type of healing would see our efforts to use our daily catalyst as the process of generating love for ourselves and others in response to having experienced any catalyst that we shared with them. This is the basic process of balancing of catalyst that Ra gave us, and Q’uo suggested that we go further than feeling the love for ourselves and others by extending it to Mother Earth in healing any portion of her body that was in need of such. Both of these techniques are assisted by the “forces of light” that are everywhere present and are willing to use our visualizations and balancing procedures as healing energies for the purposes we have chosen.

Ra also had more information to share regarding the healing of Mother Earth:

“26.30 Questioner: And then, can you describe the mechanism of the planetary healing?

Ra: I am Ra. Healing is a process of acceptance, forgiveness, and, if possible, restitution. The restitution not being available in time/space, there are many among your peoples now attempting restitution while in the physical.

26.31 Questioner: How do these people attempt this restitution in the physical?

Ra: I am Ra. These attempt feelings of love towards the planetary sphere, and comfort and healing of the scars, and the imbalances of these actions.”

Ra suggested that the first part of the planetary healing process involved acceptance. I take this to mean that each of us who lives upon Gaia must take some degree of responsibility for the various degradations that have accumulated over thousands of years of human disharmony towards each other and, therefore, Gaia as well whether we were directly involved in this disharmony or not. We are all Gaia’s children in a potential social memory complex and are one with the populations of all times. So we accept the responsibility for the harm done to Gaia by our brothers and sisters of other times and incarnations.

The second part of Ra’s recommendation was to seek forgiveness from Gaia for the harm that we have caused her. Gaia is an immensely loving and compassionate being that is only too happy to forgive our misdeeds if we but ask her to. We must also forgive ourselves and all other selves in order to stop the wheel of karma which has turned throughout all previous times on Earth. This process of forgiveness also allows our hearts to open in unconditional love so that a metaphysical restitution is achieved that heals the scars of previous actions.

This morning we got our first snowfall of the season. In the afternoon I used my trimmer to trim the flowers along the parking area in front of the house so that when the lawn service I have hired to blow the leaves in the front yard out to the street and pick them up comes to do so these dead flowers will also be picked up as well. Then I used my backpack blower to clear the snow and leaves off of the sidewalk leading from the house to the street so people can walk safely on the sidewalk.

The Man, Jesus

I am of the principle of Jesus the Christ and I greet you in the full consciousness of divine love.

Gaze you now within upon a man of love; a man of compassion; a man of sorrows, acquainted with grief; a man who stands your personal friend; a man whom you already love as a personal friend. For such has been his character in all that you have heard about him.

We speak to you of a man, Jesus. The Christ you may worship, but we bring you the man today that you may gaze upon Him and that you may reach out for His hand.

For He is the brother of all humankind and, as you, true son of the Father of all. Think the name, “Jesus,” and the spirit of love shall be with you, for such is the power of that name.

We do not expect each to worship in the same way, to adore in the same fashion, or to offer praise and thanksgiving in the same place. We simply say to you, “Here is one way of gazing upon love. Here is one way of reaching out a hand and becoming one with that comfort.”

For you must have no doubt that this man who is eternal is, in His whole being, shot through with love of all that His Father has made.

May you feel the peace and security of being loved and loving, whether you are alone or in a family. All seekers spend spiritual time alone. Yet, seeker, you need never be alone completely if you may say the name, Jesus.

We leave you in that holy friendship, in that gentle brotherhood, in the ineffable peace of the consciousness of love, now and ever. Amen.

Strengthening our response to the principles of individual liberty

Your third-density Earth experience could be said to be of a certain nature or kind. Basic to that nature is duality. Your illusion is rich and redundant in its dualities and opposites. This two-sidedness is the result of the very kind of illusion which has been prepared for you. It was prepared thusly for a purpose. That purpose is the using of individual free will to make choices concerning how each wishes to progress along the lines of spiritual evolution. Q’uo, November 5, 1995

Q’uo described our incarnative experiences on Earth as having the nature of duality and opposites, one after another. This is not a random occurrence but has been planned for each of us to be able to exercise our free will choices, our basic nature as having individual liberty in expressing ourselves in thoughts, words, and actions as we travel our spiritual journeys. In the third density we have the basic choice of service to others or service to self as the path we shall take to make the harvest into the fourth density of love and understanding as well as continuing on this path through the fifth density and until the mid-sixth density where the concept of polarization of consciousness is no longer used as a means of fueling our spiritual journeys into union with the One Infinite Creator. In the following quote Q’uo elaborates how we may amplify our seeking of unity with the Creator.

“The human will, the individual will, is very powerful. Each of you is a magical entity, an entity capable potentially of creating changes in your own consciousness by thought. It is seductive and tempting to use one’s individual will, pushing against perceived reality, for a desired goal. It is easy to think that one is doing one’s part by willing that this perceived responsibility be completed or that service be rendered. And all of those energies are excellent. The expressing of one’s desires and the setting of one’s intentions are ways of experiencing the self as powerful. And this is a helpful experience.

Yet the most powerful choice, in our humble opinion, for any entity is the choice of doing the will of that agent which created all that there is and which is aware of all of those elements which shall constitute the balance point in any situation. It takes courage, in fact, to turn over the will to the infinite One, for the outcome is unknown. Those personal desires which one has may or may not be part of that balance and rhythm of the dance that is appropriate. There is the element of perceived sacrifice. We cannot even say that such decisions create peace within the self, for the Creator’s choices do not come with explanations.” Q’uo, January 22, 2011

In the first part of the above quote, Q’uo affirmed the rightness of each person to exercise their free will to accomplish certain goals and offer services. I believe that it is also helpful to utilize the concept of faith that our intentions to serve others is the path that we wish to follow all of our lives. This is what makes us magical beings who are able to enhance our consciousness by the choices that we make. The magic comes from our continuing choice to be of service to others. This increases our polarity and changes our consciousness in a way that allows more of the love and light of the Creator to shine through us, and we become transformed again and again into more conscious seekers of truth.

In the second part of Q’uo’s quote Q’uo described an even higher realm of exercising our personal choices and liberty: to give over our free will to the will of the One Creator of us all. Q’uo suggested that this is a courageous act because the outcome of it is unknown. Because we have the liberty and the free will to do anything we wish, this choice to give over our free will to the will of the One Creator could be seen as a sacrifice of other choices that we could make. Once again we need to have the faith that such a choice is the best choice that we can make—and reflects our heart’s deepest desire to let the will of the Creator flow through us so that our thoughts and actions become a river of unconditional love flowing through us at all times. In this way our lives become a continuous prayer to serve the One who is in all.

This morning I used my backpack blower to blow the deep layers of leaves off of my garden hose so that I could roll it up and put it in the basement. We are about to have a number of nights with the temperatures in the 20s, and I wouldn’t want to have the water in the hose freeze as I may need it from time to time to clean the filters on the fish pond.

Great Companies Within

I am the Holy Spirit of our Lord, Jesus Christ, in the vibration which comforts this instrument. I offer you greetings in the consciousness of love.

You who are in distress are urged not to turn to those who would extend and amplify that distress by disharmony or even by sympathy which has as its unconscious purpose the deepening of misery.

Turn instead to the companionship of those who rejoice. Within the depths of the interior of your consciousness lie gateways to great companies of those whose songs are always of praise and thanksgiving. And within your conscious life, the careful ear may hear the steadfast encouragement of those whose minds and hearts are fixed on the love of Christ. For Jesus was a master not of indecision but decision; not of despair but of hope. And even in His moments of trial, He, acknowledging the certainty of human despair, trusted in a greater will than His own and an infinite and ultimately good disposition of all things by and for the Creator.

May you find peace in ultimate things, now and always. Amen.

Proactive Service-to-others work

Open communication

“If there is the expectation, and it is not owned, if there is the prejudice and it is not owned, if it is not brought out into the open, how can the other entity do anything but respond to the feeling that lies behind the statement, which is seemingly innocent and harmless. So when there is a blockage that is inexplicable, it does not have to do with vocabulary or amount of information given. Then it is that one begins anew at another level of communication: a telling of the story of the self, a speaking of the legend of the moment. “This is what I have created. Respect this, but tell me what you have created, and I shall respect that.” And from this exchange, all differences in perception may be communicated back and forth, back and forth, until the two creations have a consensus reality, special to those two entities at that moment in the combined myth of two entities upon a journey of seeking together, thus unifying what was broken, and healing that which was sore and painful.” Q’uo, April 5, 1992

Q’uo said that oftentimes communication is difficult because one or both of the parties in the communication have a “prejudice” or a “blockage” in their communications that they are not aware of or are not admitting. It is so easy to have such hindrances to clear communication secreted away in our unconscious minds as remnants of disharmonies and disconnections with our emotions from our early years as children. So Q’uo suggested that to have open or free communication between two people it is necessary to begin at a new level of communication where each person takes responsibility for what they are hearing as being a creation of their own making.

 In such a responsible way of communicating a phrase may be used such as: “This is what I have created. Respect this, but tell me what you have created, and I shall respect that.” This type of communication becomes a “a journey of seeking together” which eventually can come to a “consensus reality,”by moving beyond what was the “blockage” or “myth” and being able to “heal that which was broken or painful.” This type of communication is also very similar to a book called Nonviolent Communication: A Language of Life by Marshall Rosenburg, PhD.

This type of communication moves below the usual surface thoughts and feelings to areas of our conscious and subconscious minds where our core beliefs may be found. These core beliefs are the guiding forces that we may or may not always be aware of. If we can get to this level of our being our communication will become more authentic and powerful. Then we really have a chance of achieving true communication, actually coming into union with another being.It may take some work within ourselves and then with others in order to clarify and harmonize our communication, but it is well worth the effort. In the next quote Q’uo adds some more depth to open communication.

 Your creation is yours alone. In a way, all is one; but in the way of learning and teaching, each entity has its own creation. Each who sits in this circle has its own creation and the rules, the study, the progress, the evolution of each of you is unique. You cannot transfer truth, wisdom and perfection as perceived by one person, whole and complete, to another entity. One can only move up from one’s essence to the level of words, to that level which is so shallow and frustrating and, by open communication, share those gifts which have been yours to receive without any attachment as to whether any other soul appreciates or responds to that same information. Every person in the infinite creation is a unique being. Even though we have so much in common with each other Q’uo reminds us that at the depths of our being we are each perceiving and experiencing our truths in thoughts that are actually to deep for words to convey. So when we engage in open communication with each other, the best we can do is to share ourselves as honestly and authentically as possible without any dedication to being truly understood. I think that might well be the truest definition of communication: we are constantly coming into unity with each other, but it is a journey that may never be truly complete. I would also like to add that totally clear communication of our thoughts and our nature may also be the result of our not truly being able to perceive and express them. A great deal of our spiritual journeys revolves in being able to know who we are, and there are many layers to the true nature of our being. Our spiritual journeys are a process and a constant experience of self discovery. This is certainly the work of the Player on the Enhanced Gameboard of life.

This afternoon I decided to go out to the fish pond and clean the filters as I could see that the height of the fountain was slowly reducing in the last few days. This reduction in height means that there is mud in the filters, so I took my garden hose with its sprayer attachment to the fish pond and sprayed each filter clean. While I was there I also used my fish net to scoop up the leaves and tree seeds that were floating on the top of the pond. Before I put the netting around the front of the pond back in place I fed the fish. My last job was to use the power sprayer to spray the leaves off of the netting that covers the fish pond. While I was working on the pond I noticed that the Ultra Violet Light was not working, and I don’t know why. I will have to think about that.

The Inner Room Of Thanksgiving And Prayer

I am the spirit of the consciousness of Christ and I greet you in the full consciousness of that love.

We move through timelessness to the point of entry which is the opening of this instrument’s spirit to the inner room of thanksgiving and prayer. And we find that within the inner room of this child are many things that do not belong in such a holy closet.

Why is your meditation not set apart from the things that distress and worry you? When you enter the house of prayer, why do you not shut the door upon the tatters and barking dogs of mundane concern? Think you that by carrying them upon your back into holy places, you shall bless and sanctify petty concerns? Petty concerns shall never be sanctified but only transformed by a simpler and stronger understanding of the value and importance of love.

If you come to listen, to ask, and to be fed with holy things, then come with a light heart, empty arms, and no burden upon your back. For that which is spiritual will not grow in the soil of familiar problems but must have the soil of quiet, darkness and patience.

How patient is the King of Love! Though His heart is full, His empty hands stretch out to the spirit of one who prays in the house of silence.

Let your inner room, then, be such a house and let your opening into the realm of spiritual things be uncluttered by the concern that you are not wise enough to observe as a being under the dominion of a powerful and triumphant love.

May you triumph by becoming less than your concerns, a humble and silent servant, open to love. May that love bring you peace, now and always. Amen.

On another level—Gaia Meditations

The entity which you call Earth, or Gaia, is one which is in the process of its own evolution as is each entity upon it. The Earth entity at this time, realizing that it is preparing to move into a more intense portion of the birthing of a new Earth is, as we have mentioned previously, particularly vulnerable as is any woman who is about to give birth to new life. The experience of many thousands of years of difficulties between the populations of this planet has caused the entity of Earth to be, shall we say, infected with a great deal of anger and hostility, the vibrations of the bellicose actions of your peoples over a great portion of your time. This heat of anger has caused the entity of Earth to release the excess heat in various places in various manners. Those geophysical eruptions of your volcanoes, the earthquakes, and so forth have been able to release some of this buildup of heat so that the mantle of the Earth, in some places, is rearranged in a fashion which causes a great deal of physical destruction. Yet the alignment possible after such rearrangements is that which welcomes the newer vibrations of love and compassion which are now moving more fully into expression within some portions of, not only the Earth entity, but large portions of the Earth’s populations. Thus the entity of Earth has begun to vibrate more fully in harmony with both the newer vibrations of love and compassion and those of the population of this planet which has also sought to harmonize with these vibrations as well. Thus there is, within the Earth entity, a feeling of excitement at this opportunity, of distress at the difficulty of the birth, of compassion for those who suffer, and a kind of maternal disapproval of those who yet linger in the ways of war. Q’uo suggested that Gaia, our Mother Earth, is about to give birth to a new version of Herself now that we are at the end of the 75,000 year cycle of third density. Apparently, this birth process is one which puts Gaia in some difficult vibrations as the thousands of years of war and hostility upon Mother Earth has actually infected her beingness as she goes through Her birth process. The most devasting of these wars go all the way back 11,000 years ago and the destruction of Atlantis to the modern day WW II where nuclear bombs were used by the United States against Nagasaki and Hiroshima in Japan.

There have also been countless other wars throughout recorded history that have caused a buildup of heat within Gaia that must be released in order to be able to welcome the new vibrations of love and understanding of the fourth density. This heat must be released in the form of what we experience as earthquakes and volcanoes which can be very destructive to the crust or mantle of the Earth. However, as these releases of the heat of the anger of Gaia’s population are completed there is an increasing ability of the new fourth-density vibrations of love and compassion to be assimilated both by Gaia and some of her population of third-density beings. This is certainly a difficult situation for all concerned but is necessary in order to make the transition to the fourth density of love and understanding.

Along this same track of thinking, back in August of 2001, Carla and I heard from a friend of ours who had always been able to communicate with Mother Earth. He said that She was not communicating with him anymore. He asked us if we could develop some kind of meditation to heal Gaia. That was the beginning of our evening Gaia Meditation where we attempted to send love and healing energies to Gaia. Three weeks after we began, the bombing of the World Trade Center occurred, and we have always thought this might have been why our friend had not been able to communicate with Gaia as She likely saw what was coming. Our Gaia Meditations continue to this day at 7 pm Eastern time if anyone would like to join us.

In this past year I have also created a Gaia Visualization that I recorded and which Austin made available for people to listen to on the internet. It can also be read in your personal meditations as your offering to healing Mother Earth. It goes like this:

“Visualizing Mother Earth, our beloved Gaia, moving across the galactic clockface into the fourth density of love and understanding. Yet Her entire population of 8 billion souls is in disarray of hopelessness, anger, confusion, and separation. So I ask the One Infinite Creator to send Its infinite love and light energies through my violet ray chakra that I may send them out through my green-ray chakra to surround and imbue each of the 8 billion souls on Earth with this infinite love and light energy of the One Creator.

And I ask that an harmonic resonance be set up between this infinite love and light energy of the One Creator and the infinite love and light energy of the One Creator within each entity on Earth, as each entity is the One Creator. As this harmonic resonance becomes activated and more powerful a light begins to shine within the soul of each entity on Earth revealing to it the path and purpose of the incarnation: to love and serve each other and the One Creator in all things.

As this is done more frequently and fastidiously the 8 billion souls on Earth become a planetary mind, a social memory complex and move Mother Earth more firmly and fully into the fourth density of love and understanding. May it be so. Thank you, Father.”

This morning Trish took me to a doctor’s appointment to see if there is anything more that can be done about my acid reflux condition. My meds were changed and an endoscopy was scheduled for next February. This afternoon Gary took me to Bowman Field to get a real ID driver’s license in case I should ever want to fly again, but I didn’t have the appropriate supporting documents to prove that I am who I say I am. So I will have to make another appointment and bring the appropriate documents at that time. I appreciate both Trish’s and Gary’s help as these were both long distance drives which I am not supposed to undertake yet because of my recent hip replacement surgery.

Love One Another

I am of the principle of the love of Jesus Christ. I greet you in that full consciousness which is the Logos: love.

Love one another, my friends. The Comforter may comfort as it can. But it is only a voice which speaks in the darkness of the interior of the mind. It is only heard when faith and hope allow the inner ear to hear.

Be of good cheer, therefore and be comforted in the knowledge that it is completely up to you to ask for comfort, wisdom or succor, or to refrain and attempt living upon the energy of humankind, which is finite.

You will find that as you open yourself to the comfort that is behind the shut door of your meditative heart, you will more and more desire to be in that state of consciousness which is aware of unconditional and infinite love. All the turmoils of humankind are born and pass away, but your spirits shall be comforted in joy, in hope, in faith, and in peace, as you request it, as you desire it, and as you have the grace to accept it.

As years have gone by and our industrialization has flourished we, as a nation, have become careless with how much pollution of our air, water, and soil has been accepted as the price of our progress. This pollution has become so rampant that it is now evident to a growing majority of Americans that we can no longer ignore the damage that has been done. More and more people are standing up for Gaia, our Mother Earth, and have attempted to have laws passed concerning reducing the amount of pollution that is permissible. People are also actively involved on the local level to see what improvements they can personally make in their communities.

Support green issues

“All around you there are those who have polluted and destroyed the Earth, and you experience this perhaps in terms that are local to you—a plant that is emitting toxic emissions. If this moves you, see what you can do in your village or your neighborhood to make a change for the better. Become compassionate stewards of Mother Earth, for Gaia is most grateful to those who help her to become more healthy.

Indeed, we especially encourage you in your stewardship of the Earth. For there is a tremendous amount of what this instrument would call “group karma” having to do with the fact that so many of those who are attempting to graduate from third density on planet Earth have, in the past, on Sirius, Deneb, Mars, Maldek or Atlantis, destroyed their environments. There is great heart-sadness amongst the entire human tribe concerning the destruction of Mother Earth. And it is very healing, in your energy patterns as a people, wherever you live, to become involved in loving and serving your beautiful, fragile island home.” Q’uo, July 31, 2007

Q’uo exhorted all of us to give our utmost effort in helping to heal our Mother Earth. So many people on Earth have not only taken part in despoiling our planet through destructive anger at all levels of society—from interpersonal relationships to military operations–but some have actually done the same on other planets within our solar system. They are on Earth now for the purpose of reversing that type of behavior while in this incarnation. The degradation of pollution is a current problem that is planet-wide with huge islands of plastic floating in various parts of our oceans with significant pollution of lakes, rivers, and ground water as well.

Your peoples for many, many generations have had the unfortunate tendency—and we say unfortunate because it is sorrowful, both to your soul and the soul of Earth itself—to see the self as the predator and the conqueror, not considering the realm as a whole or how the parts might fit together, but considering only short-term goals. “I want water here, therefore, we shall dam up the water to create water here where there was not water before.”

Does it come into the mind of the predator what that damming up of a natural resource will do to Mother Earth who had a balanced aquifer system? No, for that is not a concern to one who has separated itself from Mother Earth. Consequently, there is also a substantial list of species that have declined and become extinct because of the lack of stewardship and the ascent of predation on the part of the humans to whom Mother Earth was entrusted. Here Q’uo is talking about a very basic frame of mind of most people in our country who do not see the unified relationship between Mother Earth and her population of human beings and all other forms of life as well. The veil of forgetting seems to have such a thick composition for most people that it is easy to think only of the self and the self-centered needs of people to become what Q’uo called predators or conquerors of the environment in which they live rather than stewards of the environment and the various life forms that thrive within the natural environment. This type of point of view and sense of being does not have the over view of the entire system of Mother Earth and how all parts are interrelated, but sees only the short term needs of the separated self-acknowledged through such practices of creating dams, clear-cutting large areas of forests to create locations for businesses or sub-divisions, and mining coal by dynamiting the topsoil and stone and enhancing flooding by rain runoff. However, there are more and more people these days who are aware of the dire consequences of such behavior and are seeking to reestablish the crucial link of the survival of all forms of life as a system of interrelated life forms, each necessary for the well-being of all.

Each of us can take part in the cleaning up of our local environments, from our own yards and neighborhoods to nearby lakes and rivers. We all can do something to give love and respect to Mother Earth as a way of life. We can join with others who are of like mind to form groups to clean up our neighborhoods, rivers, beaches, walking trails, or whatever part of our communities need cleansing and healing. There are groups in every city that are dedicated to these types of concerns, and the Player on the Enhanced Game Board of life will be able to give of time, talents, and donations to help demonstrate the proper love and care for their environment.

This morning I drove my car for the first time since my hip replacement surgery and voted at our local Presbyterian Church. Then I drove myself to Walgreen’s Drug Store to pick up a prescription. I decided to try driving a littler earlier than my surgeon suggested but felt that these small trips would be a good beginning that I can continue in another week or so.

Come, Holy Spirit

I am the spirit of the Son of Man. I am the consciousness of divine love. I come to you and I come to all in every moment, saying, “Comfort! Comfort be with each.”

The principle of love is that which touches and comforts, nurtures and nourishes. Yet comfort and love are meek and will humbly wait to be asked to enter the heart, to heal the soul, and to bind up the wounds of sorrow and time.

We ask that you say to the spirit of love, “Come, Holy Spirit, enter the hearts of your faithful.” This invitation is your comfort to love itself, for when love asks for love, the whole creation sings with joy.

May peace and comfort be yours, for they are yours for the asking, whoever you are, whatever you believe. It matters naught but only that you have faith in love.

In that love and in that peace we bless you, now and ever. Amen.

The positive use of resources

In my country we have an abundance of natural resources that have allowed the population of the United States to be able to sustain itself with food, clothing, and shelter throughout the past 200 years. Having these resources and the mechanized industrial environment in which to process our many resources allowed the people of this country leisure time which now could be used to consider the meaning of their lives rather than simply how to work from sunrise to sunset to stay alive. In the following quote, Ra mentioned how the Industrial Revolution began 200 years ago and included waves of Wanderers who incarnated at that time to be of service to Earth and her population:

“ 26.13 Questioner: Did the Confederation then step up its program of helping planet Earth sometimes, some time late in this last major cycle? It seems that they did from the previous data, especially with the Industrial Revolution. Can you tell me the attitudes and reasonings behind this step up? Is there any reason other than that they just wanted to produce more leisure time in the last, say, a hundred years of the cycle? Is this the total reason?

Ra: I am Ra. This is not the total reason. Approximately two zero zero [200] of your years in the past, as you measure time, there began to be a significant amount of entities who, by seniority, were incarnating for learn/teaching purposes rather than for the lesser of the learn/teachings of those less aware of the process. This was our signal to enable communication to take place.

The wanderers which came among you began to make themselves felt at approximately this time, firstly offering ideas or thoughts containing the distortion of Free Will. This was the prerequisite for further wanderers which had information of a more specific nature to offer. The thought must precede the action.”

Ra is talking about some of our founding fathers in the above quote: Benjamin Franklin and Thomas Jefferson, among others I am sure. They were working with the concept of free will when they wrote the Declaration of Independence that stated the basic principles upon which the United States was formed as it broke away from British rule. This Declaration of Independence made the natural resources of this country the property of this country that would eventually support its own people but also create a means of enhancing its standing in the world community of independent nations.

Although this has benefitted generations of Americans, it cannot be said to be a wholly positive beginning. After all, this land which is called the United States of America was stolen from the Native Americans and has been exploited for its resources, resulting in deforestation and pollution. This reflects the somewhat bellicose or primitive thinking of early settlers, and American state and national governments certainly demonstrated an historical irreverence for this land—an attitude that is so much at odds with Native American tradition that sees the land as part of the people and the people a part of the land. To this day the great majority of our indigenous peoples are living in a state of poverty on 300 reservations, scattered across our country, which were chosen by their white conquerors because of their geographical isolation and ease of controlling the Native Americans living there.

However, in the last few years there has been an effort to return some of the land that was stolen from Native Americans which is called the Land Back movement. The aim of the movement is to return the land to those indigenous peoples who know best how to care for the land and its resources. This Land Back movement is occurring across our country in bits and pieces. Some of the land is gifted, and some of it is sold to the tribes. Though certainly not coming anywhere close to what should be done in returning Native American land to its rightful inhabitants, at least there is an effort being made to right the wrongs of the past where every treaty made with indigenous peoples was broken. With every piece of land returned to indigenous peoples we all benefit by having the land loved and cared for in the most environmentally harmonious way instead of being polluted and depleted of the resources that all land contains. I am sure that Gaia, our Mother Earth, appreciates each step taken in this direction as we are all one with Mother Earth and her people.

This morning Glaeshia left to fly back home to Raleigh, North Carolina. She was with me for the last five days to help me recover from my hip surgery. Her sacral/cranial work and fascia conductive work were also most helpful in making my hip feel better. She is a dear friend of over 50 years, and it was a lot of fun to spend time with her again. Now I am on my own, and I am looking forward to continued healing of my hip and getting back into the rhythm of my days.

Today also marks the 38^th anniversary of Don Elkin’s passing into larger life. Though I only knew him for five years, most of which were spend in contact with those of Ra, I consider him and Carla to be friends of many incarnations spent together in service to the One Infinite Creator. I look forward to joining them again when the time is right.

Inner And Outer Weather

I am the spirit of the living Christ, the full consciousness of that love which is Jesus, and in that divine love I greet you.

Outer circumstances often do not seem appropriate to the inner feelings of those who awaken to the day. Perhaps the heart is heavy and the sky blue, or the soul full of cheer and the day weeping and chill. This is an expression of the divine inclusiveness of all apparent states of what you may call the weather within and without.

Just as the Earth needs both the sun and the rain, so the fertile soil of your soul needs both the gift of joy and the ordeal of difficulty. It is in the times of ordeal that the gifts planted within the sun, which have bloomed and flowered and been harvested, gain a new life, a new birth and a new learning for your consciousness, that you may bloom once again in love and know the gift of light ever better.

So let your hearts be peaceful in good weather and poor, in happy times and sad, seeing the cycles of experience and nourishment as excellent in their entirety and perfect in their working. Such is the justice of the Creator.

 Creating a healthy world

“Questioner: And then, can you describe the mechanism of the planetary healing?

Ra: I am Ra. Healing is a process of acceptance, forgiveness, and, if possible, restitution. The restitution not being available in time/space, there are many among your peoples now attempting restitution while in the physical.

Questioner: How do these people attempt this restitution in the physical?

Ra: I am Ra. These attempt feelings of love towards the planetary sphere, and comfort and healing of the scars, and the imbalances of these actions.” Ra, 26.30-31

I believe that part of creating a healthy world would be to try to heal the distortions that humanity has wrought upon our Mother Earth through these thousands of years of war and disharmony at every level of human interactions. One way that this can be accomplished is mentioned in the quote above from those of Ra. Ra suggested there are many people on the planet today who are attempting to achieve “acceptance, forgiveness, and, if possible, restitution.” I would imagine that these people are using prayers, visualizations, and meditations to heal our Mother Earth of the injuries that we have caused to her over the millennia of human existence on her surface. This is a kind of balancing action on the planetary level that seeks to pour out as much of the “feelings of love towards the planetary sphere, and comfort and healing of the scars, and the imbalances ofthese actions”towards Mother Earth as the disharmony and wars have created in the past. In the following quote Q’uo gave an unexpectedly simple method of helping to heal Mother Earth.

 “This instrument is concerned for the peace of the world and prays for it often, and yet if this instrument prayed for peace within itself, it would be the same prayer. Indeed, it is our humble opinion that the most efficient way to bring the world to peace is to learn peace within the self, for as you think, as you are, so your universe in toto is also, for your consciousness is as a field and each bit of fear that you are able to let drop, each time that you find your heart expanding, the consciousness of your planet is being lightened. There is no lag time between the open heart of self and service to the planet, that lightening of the consciousness of planet Earth. Q’uo, January 19, 1997

Another way that this same effort of healing Mother Earth can be accomplished is mentioned in the quote above where each of us could simply work on ourselves within the meditative state. This technique reaffirms the unity of all of the creation that we live in and the effect that we can have upon it by the very way we heal and balance ourselves in prayer, meditation, contemplation, and in our daily interactions with each other. Any healing of ourselves that we can achieve heals a portion of the planet and some portion of its entire population. Any love that we find in the moment amplifies the love for each person on our planet and for planet Earth herself. Mahatma Ghandi said it well when he said: “You must become the change you wish to see in the world.”

Today was Glaeshia’s last day here so we ran errands in the morning and afternoon to be sure I had enough food and other supplies to get me by for the next week or so when I will begin to drive again. Glaeshia is such a good friend. She also did some cranial/sacral work on me that might help me to sleep.

Offer Sorrow And Thanksgiving

I am the voice of unconditional love which speaks to the world in the name of Jesus the Christ. I greet you in the full consciousness of that love.

How many of you, while aching within the heart, must move through the day attempting to manifest the plenty from which that heartache seems to detract? We focus today upon heartache, upon the sorrows of living.

Within your life, within all life that matures and moves forward, there is a balance of sorrow and joy. Allow a knowledge of the kingdom of the Father to touch that septic sorrow. See that pain as the true, sore ache and agony that it is and offer it to love for love’s nurturing, comforting care.

You who seek so diligently are not alone. The principles of love and light are with each at all times. Therefore we say to you, “Take your sorrow, your sadness, as well as your joys and offer them up in thanksgiving to the Father, for all things work together to create a balanced compassion within the faithful seeker.”

May you find that balance this day and every day. Open the self to the power of infinite and unconditional love. We are with each of you, but though we may knock upon the door of your consciousness we cannot open it. We cannot comfort or aid without the turning of the sorrowful spirit to the door and the welcoming in faith of that positive principle of love. Then over your threshold shall move peace and confidence and a balance to sorrow.

Environmentalism

Oneness of planet, us and everything

“We do not limit this unity to other entities you would call human. It is as if all of nature, from the elements and the powers to the plants and animals, to the very air you breathe and the water that you drink, the fire that warms your heart and the earth under your feet, are dancing in rhythm. And you are either part of that dance and part of that rhythm or you have not yet awakened to the true state within which you actually dwell in the creation of the Father. It is as a beloved part of the one creation that you come by this affinity for synchronicity.” Q’uo, September 11, 2010

Q’uo made it quite clear that we who inhabit Mother Earth are more than her human population which she dearly loves. We are, in the deepest and most experiential sense, one with Gaia. The earth, wind, fire, and water, which were her first inhabitants in the first density, gave birth to the various forms of life that have developed on Earth and which have evolved into many of the 8 billion souls which now inhabit this planet. It does not matter than the majority of these souls have come from other third-density planets to repeat third density here, as we and our Mother Earth are also one with all of their planets of origin and are one with the infinite creation. The fact that we are all here now together illustrates the responsibility that we all have to care for our Mother Earth as she cares for us.

The “synchronicity” that Q’uo mentioned in the above quote has brought us all together in this massive dance of consciousness seeking to move back into unity with the One Creator who made us all. This is a fact that has been so little understood in the 75,000 years of the third density experience on Earth that thousands of years of wars between various portions of Earth’s populations have wreaked havoc on Gaia’s earthly essence. Ra spoke to this point in the following quote.

“When an entire planetary system of peoples and cultures repeatedly experiences disharmony on a great scale, the earth under the feet of these entities shall begin to resonate with this disharmony. Due to the nature of the physical vehicle, disharmony shows up as a blockage of growth or an uncontrolled growth, since the primary function of a mind/body/spirit complex’s bodily complex is growth and maintenance.

In the case of your planet, the purpose of the planet is the maintenance of orbit and the proper location or orientation with regards to other cosmic influences. In order to have this occurring properly the interior of your sphere is hot, in your physical terms. Thus, instead of uncontrolled growth you begin to experience uncontrolled heat and its expansive consequences.” Ra, 60.20

These thousands of years of “disharmony” expressed as wars have caused our Earth to release “uncontrolled heat and its expansive consequences” in the forms of volcanoes, earthquakes, violent weather patterns, and tidal waves. This slow release of heat has the purpose of attempting to harmonize Mother Earth with the increasing waves of fourth-density vibrations which have been engulfing her for the past few decades. It would be most helpful if the present population of Earth could realize the extreme necessity for the health of Mother Earth, and their own movement towards making the Harvest, by seeing past the seeming separation of souls on Earth to the unity that binds us all together as one potential social memory complex.

This morning Glaeshia drove me to the vet to pick up some meds for Boscoe, and then she drove me to Kroger’s to pick up some food for myself. The pain level in my hip is reducing, so I am stopping the pain medication and the constipation relief medications as well.

At noon today I was on Jonathan Tong’s Seattle Law of One Study Group and enjoyed speaking to the many excellent questions that he and his group offered for my consideration. Over the years Carla and I found that Law of One students always seem to have the most interesting spiritual journeys and questions.

The Life Lived In Grace

I am the spirit of Jesus the Christ. Your Lord and Savior is my very essence.

We would speak to you most fervently of the eternally abiding nature of all that you call true knowledge. We who greet you in the consciousness of Christ realize that you who seek the consciousness of Christ yearn for there to be information on certain subjects in order that you may learn and that those about you may gain in understanding. And yet we assure you that all information and understanding whatsoever is invariably and securely within your grasp and awaiting your accurate reach.

You who seek the consciousness of love need to seek, therefore, not for knowledge but for a life lived in grace. For it is the nature of your life, your thoughts, your actions and your intentions that will avail to you all the information, wisdom and learning that you could ever wish to acquire.

Information which involves the seeking of the consciousness which is Christ must always partake not in what you think and what you may understand of the mind, but in who you are entirely.

Seek always, therefore, to be more and more a creature surrendered to love and guided by the highest and best which you may see in any situation. Then the understandings will walk to you and open themselves before your inner eye in the silence of the consciousness of love. Amen.

I did the Morning Offering and then got myself ready for the day. Today the 102 quote comes from Chapter Five and the section on company activities:

Company activities—making a home and family at work

“Those of like mind which together seek shall far more surely find.” Ra, 83.17

This quote from Ra gives us a good idea as to what kind of enhanced opportunities are available to people in their work environment when they blend their energies together in an harmonic manner. This takes the concept of the team further until it is like a family. No matter what kind of work is being accomplished, if people can become equal partners in the process of deciding what to do, why to do it, and how to do it, then the talents of each person will be utilized to their fullest potential. This is a model for the workplace that is the reverse of the traditional authority flowing from the top management down to the lowly workers who are valued only by how well they take orders.

It is fitting that such a cooperative workplace would be occurring now as our Earth is moving into the fourth density of love and understanding. The competitive consciousness that has long influenced the manner of people’s thinking as to how to behave towards each other is now expanding into cooperative consciousness. Such cooperative consciousness sees the intrinsic value of each human being as having the consciousness of the Creator within the open heart, and that heart gives freely in unconditional love. Q’uo speaks to the quality of the open heart and suggests how we may aid it in all of our endeavors, including making the workplace like unto a home:

As you are given grace to lift away from the stains of sorrow and toil into the ethereal beauty of that ever flowing love which is the Creator, remember to be generous, and know that that which comes through you is in utter abundance—completely unlimited in supply.

How, then, does this translate to not worrying about lacks of perfection? My friends, when one does remember that one is a portion of love, much begins to fall away. Work with these thoughts and be patient with the self. We believe you may one day look back and say, “Why yes, I believe I can feel the difference and see the progress.“ However, do not look for your getting better, but simply turn the heart and mind towards the infinite Creator, Whose creation expresses Its loving nature. As we are able to transform our own perceptions of who we are and connect with that “ever flowing love that is the Creator” our lives in general and our workplace in particular become like unto a family of love. This way of living and thinking becomes a transformative experience so that our workplace can become a spiritual family that extends itself in a wider and wider influence. This is the wave of the future in all human endeavors. Everyone in the shared work environment will be seen as a valuable piece in the puzzle of unity, wholeness, and inclusiveness for all workers in all levels of interaction in the social memory complex now forming on planet Earth. Thus it is hoped all shall become Players on the Enhanced Gameboard of life.

This morning Fox joined Liz, Glaeshia and me for a day of old friends getting together and enjoying each other’s company. I have known each of these folks for over 50 years, so we have no trouble talking about old times, present times, and future times. My hip healing continues to go well, and it is really so much fun to be able to walk without pain and feel like a normal human being again. Toward the end of the afternoon Glaeshia and I took Liz to the airport so she could fly back home to Maryland. On the way back Glaeshia and I stopped at my vet’s to get some meds for Boscoe and at Kroger’s to get some food for me.

Time To Blossom

I am of the principle of Jesus the Christ and I greet you in the full consciousness of love.

Love, beauty, truth, the ideal and the absolute are greatly appealing to those who are seeking for that which does not perish. They are irrelevant to many others. This is an individual matter. Thus, it is well for those who seek and wish to serve to find an endless tolerance.

As one rests in hope that all may seek the truth, one releases that hope to the infinity of the appropriate time for each flower’s soul to blossom. Though your hearts may have compassion upon those who are quite different in their feelings and thoughts, yet know that each chooses.

If any appear to be unhappy, having turned from their birthright of love and service, let them appear as they will and await the moment of sharing of love, joy and peace.

There is the time of jubilee for each, a time of self-acceptance, self-forgiveness and the simple faith of the child. That time cannot be forced. It can only be given thanks for when it occurs. Rest in your jubilee or rest waiting faithfully for that same jubilee. There is all the time and space necessary for each to grow, to learn, and to come at last to that heavenly kingdom whose name is love.

We leave you in that love and peace which is of the principle of Jesus the Christ, now and ever. Amen.
