I would like to remind everyone that we are holding our Meditation for World Peace again tomorrow morning at 11 am Eastern Time. We will meditate for ten minutes and send love, light, and healing energies to the people of the Ukraine and Russia.

I did the Morning Offering and then got myself ready for the day. The Ra quote today comes from 89.14-.17:

“Questioner: I have here a deck of twenty-two tarot cards which have been copied, according to information we have, from the walls of, I would suspect, the large pyramid at Giza. If necessary we can duplicate these cards in the book that we are preparing. I would ask Ra if these cards represent an exact replica of that which is in the Great Pyramid?

Ra: I am Ra. The resemblance is substantial.

Questioner: In other words, you might say that these were better than, say, 95% correct as far as representing what is on the walls of the Great Pyramid?

Ra: I am Ra. Yes.

Questioner: The way I understand this, then: Ra gave these archetypical concepts to the priests of Egypt who then drew them upon the walls of one of the chambers of the Great Pyramid. What was the technique of transmission of this information to the priests? At this time was Ra walking the surface among the Egyptians, or was this done through some form of channeling?

Ra: I am Ra. This was done partially through old teachings and partially through visions.

Questioner: Then at this particular time Ra had long since vacated the planet as far as walking among the Egyptians. Is this correct?

Ra: I am Ra. Yes.”

In this series of questions Don asked Ra about the tarot cards that we were going to use in our questioning concerning the archetypical mind. In his first question Don asked Ra if the Egyptian tarot deck that we had was an exact replica of the cards that were drawn on the walls of the Queen’s Chamber in the Great Pyramid at Giza. The Queen’s Chamber was the place of initiation as Ra said in 55.11: 

Questioner: This would indicate to me that in the Great Pyramid at Giza, the Queen’s Chamber, as it is called, would be the chamber for initiation. Is this correct?

Ra: I am Ra. Again, you penetrate the outer teaching.

The Queen’s Chamber would not be appropriate or useful for healing work as that work involves the use of energy in a more synergic configuration rather than the configuration of the centered being.

So in answer to Don’s first question about the Egyptian tarot deck that we were using being an “exact replica” of these drawings, Ra said the “resemblance was substantial.” In his second question Don asked Ra if the resemblance was 95% correct, and Ra agreed this was true. Ra reiterated their appreciation of these images in 99.6, when we considered using another deck in Book Four because we could not get the publisher’s permission to use the Egyptian deck:

The principle which moves in accordance with the dynamics of teach/learning with most efficiency is constancy. We could explore the archetypical mind using that set of images produced by the one known as Fathman, or we could use those which have been used.

In point of fact, those which are being used have some subtleties which enrich the questioning. As we have said, this set of images is not that which we gave. This is not material. We could use any of a multitude of devised tarot sets. Although this must be at the discretion of the questioner, we suggest the maintaining of one and only one set of distorted images to be used for the querying and note that the images you now use are good.

In his third question Don asked Ra how they gave the Egyptians this information on how to draw the tarot cards. Ra said this was done through old teachings and visions. In 88.20-.21, Ra described how they verbally described the visualizations of the tarot images to the Egyptian priests:

Questioner: Well, how did the teacher relay information to the student with respect to visualization?

Ra: I am Ra. The process was cabalistic; that is, of the oral tradition of mouth to ear.

Questioner: Then when Ra attempted to teach the Egyptians the concept of the tarot, was the same process used or a different one?

Ra: I am Ra. The same process was used. However, those which were teach/learners after us first drew these images to the best of their ability within the place of initiation and later began the use of what you call cards bearing these visualizations’ representations.

Ra completed their answer by saying that this contact with the Egyptian priests occurred after they had walked among the Egyptians 11,000 years ago, but there was never a specific date associated with this contact.

This morning I joined a podcast of three friends of 50 years as we studied The Ra Contact and Mary Magdalene Revealed by Meggan Watterson. It was a two-hour podcast so we had plenty of time to talk about the various aspects of each book that one or more of us did not completely understand. It is always fun to share time and ideas with longtime friends.

This afternoon I used my trimmer to walk all around the yard and trim the weeds and grass around all the trees, bushes, mounds, walkways, and gardens. This is definitely the longest part of cutting grass in my yard because there are so many of all of those items in my yard. But I was unable to finish the job today because I couldn’t get my backpack blower started and so all of the grass clippings, dirt, and pine straw mulch are still scattered around the various walkways and gardens. I will give it another try tomorrow.

The Inarticulate Voice

I am the spirit of the consciousness of love and I greet you in the name of Jesus the Christ.

We are principles of consciousness, the kind of consciousness in which all distorted consciousnesses have their origin.

As in all consciousness, we are inarticulate messengers and are able to impress the paradigms and motivations of love upon the mind and heart of the pilgrim only to the extent that the consciousness of the pilgrim is slanted towards the bias of the articulation of love’s message for each and for the harmony of creation.

Thus, even if one seeks the voice of the spirit, it is also well to seek the consciousness of intuition and articulation of feelings. For it is in small and often inarticulate ways that the voice of the spirit speaks. And it is the wise pilgrim which has prepared the mind and heart for that still, small voice, expecting not the poverty of intellectual articulation but the riches of clear bias.

“Questioner: Question two: Jim has also felt very strong conditioning which was unbidden while channeling Latwii recently and in his personal meditations. Would you also tell us what occurred in these cases?

Ra: I am Ra. The entity which has been your companion has a vibratory frequency—but a small amount lesser—than that of the social memory complex known as Latwii. Also, Latwii is the primary comforter of the Confederation for entities seeking at the vibratory complex level of the one known as Jim.

Therefore, this same companion has been attempting the contact of this instrument also. Although this instrument would have great difficulty in distinguishing the actual contact due to the lack of experience of your companion at this type of service, nevertheless, it is well that this instrument also choose some manner of the challenging of contacts.”

Our fifth-density friend of negative polarity didn’t miss any chance to attempt to stop the Ra contact. Carla and I both had felt very strong conditioning during our public Sunday night meditations when we were channeling those of Latwii, and I had also felt it during my private meditations. The “conditioning” is the means that our Confederation contacts used to let us know that they were with us and were prepared to speak through us. In those days conditioning would take the form of the tongue, jaw, our mouths feeling activated, the heart speeding up, tingles on the skin, and so forth. I felt a very strong movement of my jaw, but I didn’t perceive any message, and Ra said that was probably because our friend was not practiced at channeling through third-density beings. Interestingly, Ra themselves were not able to offer any conditioning as they mentioned in 1.0 while attempting to speak through Don:

We would at this time transfer to an instrument known as Don. I am Ra.

[Two-minute pause.]

I am Ra. I am again with this instrument. We are close to initiating a contact but are having difficulty penetrating a certain mental tension and distraction that is somewhat characteristic of this channel. We will, therefore, describe the type of vibration which is being sent. The instrument will find us entering the energy field at a slight angle towards the back of the top of the head in a narrow but strong area of intensity. We are not able to offer any conditioning due to our own transmitting limitations. Therefore, if the instrument can feel this particular effect he may then speak our thoughts as they come to him. We will again attempt this contact. I am Ra.

These experiences of Carla and I being contacted by our negative friend occurred in 1983, when Carla had just discovered the need to challenge all discarnate entities in the name of Jesus the Christ before allowing them to speak through her. This experience gave me all the motivation that I needed to follow suit and find a means of challenging any spirit who wished to speak through me. The important point here in making such a challenge is that as an instrument you need to determine what is the basic spiritual principle for which you live and, would if necessary, gladly die for. Challenging spirits in the name of that principle, saint, or angel that is the center of your spiritual seeking gives you the most power and certainty in your challenge. I chose to challenge in the name of Christ consciousness and did so up until a few months after Carla’s passing into larger life in 2015. Within three months of her passing I had my own experience with Jesus and since then I also challenge in the name of Jesus.

Many channels say that they recognize the vibrations of their contacts, so they don’t need to make any such challenge. They may well recognize their contact’s vibration, but you can be very sure that negative entities know those vibrations too and can mimic them perfectly. Failure to challenge the contact each time channeling is undertaken is why so many groups start out with positive information but then are open to negative sources as well, causing their information to be mixed. Most channels know to tune themselves to the highest and best vibrations that they can carry in a stable fashion, but it was Carla who discovered the need to challenge contacts after the tuning is completed. In 62.23, Ra described how such mixed information can occur when such challenges are not made:

Nearly all positive channels and groups may be lessened in their positivity, or rendered quite useless, by what we may call the temptations offered by the fourth-density negative thought-forms. They may suggest many distortions towards specific information, towards the aggrandizement of the self, towards the flowering of the organization in some political, social, or fiscal way.

These distortions remove the focus from the One Infinite Source of love and light, of which we are all messengers, humble and knowing that we, of ourselves, are but the tiniest portion of the Creator, a small part of a magnificent entirety of infinite intelligence.

This morning I mowed the grass for the first time this year. I mowed 90 percent of the yard with my big mower, Venus, which has a 48-inch cut. I mowed the areas in the yard that Venus was to big to access with my little Toro which has a 22-inch cut. Then I decided to put off the use of the trimmer to outline all the plants and walkways until tomorrow and finished my outside work by watering all the areas that I have planted in either blue peas or morning glories.

Praise And Thanksgiving In Your Heart

I am of the spirit of Jesus the Christ and I greet you in the full consciousness of love.

Take this moment to become more and more in touch with that feeling of praise and thanksgiving that is in your heart this day. The trees praise the Lord. The hills and valleys rejoice. And the burgeoning flowers move through the earth to the sun in bursts of pleasure and chanting of happiness to the winds.

It may seem that there are obstacles to your joy and that the world is not one which you would praise. Yet gaze you at your own hands and at the mind of the Father which created such tools.

Gaze at the incessantly changing colors of your thoughts and behold the beauty of the creation of the Father.

Look at those who have served you and those whom you have served, those who have displeased you and those whom you have displeased, and praise the Father Who gives you freedom to make your own decisions about His creation; Who urges you to pick and choose, to think and select and grow.

The more your heart may stand in the light of faith, praising and giving thanksgiving, the more yet again shall the spirit find this opportunity to be granted unto you in happy harvest.

The first word of praise in any day is an act of blind faith and brings the heart into peaceful concert with the harmonious plan of the Father.

May you choose to dwell in that peace, now and forever. Amen.

“Questioner: I have two questions of a personal nature. First, during the last intensive meditation the instrument experienced very strong conditioning from an entity which did not identify itself and which did not leave when she asked it to. Will you tell us what was occurring then?

Ra: I am Ra. We find the instrument to have been given the opportunity to become a channel for a previously known friend. This entity was not able to answer the questioning of spirits in the name of Christ, as is this instrument’s distortion of the means of differentiating betwixt those of positive and those of negative orientation. Therefore, after some resistance, the entity found the need to take its leave.

Questioner: Was this particular entity the fifth-density visitor that we have had quite often previously?

Ra: I am Ra. This is correct.

Questioner: Is he back with us at this time?

Ra: I am Ra. No. The attempt to speak was due to the vigilant eye of the minions of this entity which noted what one may call a surge of natural telepathic ability upon the part of the instrument. This ability is cyclical, of the eighteen diurnal period cycle, as we have mentioned aforetimes. Thusly, this entity determined to attempt another means of access to the instrument by free will.”

During the time of the Ra contact Carla and I also held “intensive meditations” for the purpose of teaching new students how to channel. At one of these meditations, just a few days before this session with Ra, Carla experienced a contact with an entity which had a strong presence but refused, for a while, to leave when Carla asked it to. Ra mentioned that it was our fifth-density negative friend who was attempting to gain “access” to Carla’s mind/body/spirit complex very likely in order to lead her into negative time/space. A couple of sessions earlier Ra had mentioned that this negative friend had reached a crisis point. It was losing polarity because it was not able to control us as Ra mentioned in 86.5:

The polarity of your companion is approaching the critical point at which the entity shall choose either to retreat for the nonce and leave any greetings to fourth-density minions, or lose polarity. The only other potential is that in some way this group might lose polarity in which case your companion could continue its form of greeting.

Our negative friend returned for this attempt to control Carla’s spirit because its fourth-density minions had noted an increase in Carla’s natural channeling ability, due to a favorable time period in Carla’s adept’s cycle. In 64.10, Ra described the nature of this 18-day cycle, or the adept’s cycle:

The spiritual, or adept’s, cycle is an eighteen-day cycle and operates with the qualities of the sine wave. Thus there are a few excellent days on the positive side of the curve, that being the first nine days of the cycle—precisely the fourth, the fifth, and the sixth—when workings are most appropriately undertaken, given that the entity is still without total conscious control of its mind/body/spirit distortion/reality.

The most interesting portion of this information, like that of each cycle, is the noting of the critical point wherein, passing from the ninth to the tenth and from the eighteenth to the first days, the adept will experience some difficulty, especially when there is a transition occurring in another cycle at the same time.

At the nadir of each cycle the adept will be at its least powerful but will not be open to difficulties in nearly the degree that it experiences at critical times.

It was probably less than a year before this session that Carla had implemented the “challenging of spirits” in order to determine who she had on the line before she channeled them. She was well aware that it is a crowded universe that we share with many entities that we would not wish to communicate with, such as our negative friend. So she decided to challenge them in the name of Jesus Christ, her Lord and Savior and who represented the heart of her spiritual journey. She would challenge three times asking each entity, which wished to channel through her, if it came in the name of Jesus Christ, and could they say, “Jesus is Lord.” She did this every session. When she challenged contact in this way she felt that Jesus was by her side in the spiritual realms so that no entity would dare to lie to her. In 89.6, Ra mentioned how the Confederation appreciated such challenges:

Questioner: This question may be meaningless, but would a fifth-density entity of the Confederation who was positively polarized transmit on the same frequency as our negatively polarized fifth-density companion?

Ra: I am Ra. This is correct and is the reason that the questioning of all contacts is welcomed by the Confederation of Planets in the Service of the Infinite Creator.

This afternoon I filled a hummingbird feeder with sugar water and put it at the corner of the roof of the garage in hopes that, with the warmer weather, hummingbirds are now here. I thought I saw some a couple of weeks ago feeding at my neighbor’s feeders, but I never saw any at mine. Then I put a couple of bags of topsoil on the fossil area next to the bird bath. I spread it in the area where I then put the various fossils and geodes that I found years ago. Then I weeded the day lily patch along the side of the garage which I had forgotten to weed yesterday. My last job was to water the areas which I have recently sown in morning glories and blue peas. They need watering each day in order to sprout in a timely fashion.

Love Awaits

I am the principle of the full consciousness of love. I greet you in the love of Jesus the Christ.

Love does not often drive out hate, although it can, for love’s compassion limits the full sway of vengeance.

Hate cannot replace love though it attempts again and again to make love its victim.

Thus the comfort of the consciousness of love is available to one whether one is in a state of positive or negative emotions. For the dealings of the two polarities are separate, negative polarity being the choice to separate from positive unity.

Therefore, there is never any need to be uncomforted, for we are the principle of love brought into creation for the benefit of those pilgrims who seek in manifestation. We would not see one soul in pain.

Yet we do not wish to batter down the doors to your hearts, for that is not love’s way. Rather, we wait. Please ask us in to the deepest and darkest of the rooms of your heart, for therein, too, lies comfort for those who seek it from Jesus the Christ.

“Questioner: Could you first please give me the condition of the instrument?

Ra: I am Ra. It is as previously stated.”

As happened so many times during the Ra contact, Don’s first maintenance question as to Carla’s condition was answered by Ra’s saying: “It is as previously stated.” In the previous session (88.1) Ra said of Carla’s condition:

The physical complex energy deficit is considerable at this space/time. There has been also a significant loss of the vital energies. However, these energies are still well within the distortion you may call strength.

Carla was frequently low on physical energy but was able to compensate for that by having higher energy of the mind, the spirit, and the will. In 72.10, Ra described how this worked for Carla:

The physical energy level is a measure of the amount of available energy of the body complex of a mind/body/spirit complex. The vital energy measurement is one which expresses the amount of energy of being of the mind/body/spirit complex.

This entity has great distortions in the direction of mind complex activity, spirit complex activity, and that great conduit to the Creator, the will. Therefore, this instrument’s vital energy, even in the absence of any physical reserve measurable, is quite substantial.

However, when there was lowered vital energy it meant that Ra would not be able to use Carla as an instrument as long as they could if the vital energies were high, as they mentioned in 15.1:

Firstly, this instrument’s reserve of vital energy, which is a product of body, mind, and spirit distortions in the various complexes, is the key to the length of time which we may expend using this instrument. We searched your group when we contacted you, for each in your group possesses significantly more vital energy of the body complex. However, this instrument was tuned most appropriately by the mind/body/spirit-complex distortions of its beingness in this illusion. Therefore, we remained with this instrument.

Secondly, we communicate at a set rate which is dependent upon our careful manipulation of this instrument. We cannot be more, as you would say, quick. Therefore, you may ask questions speedily, but the answers we have to offer are at a set pace given.

In 63.6-.7, Ra defined vital energy and gave us a good idea of why it was so important that Carla’s vital energy be of a certain level for the Ra contact:

Questioner: Could you give me a definition of vital energy?

Ra: I am Ra. Vital energy is the complex of energy levels of mind, body, and spirit. Unlike physical energy, it requires the integrated complexes vibrating in an useful manner.

The faculty of will can, to a variable extent, replace missing vital energy, and this has occurred in past workings, as you measure time, in this instrument. This is not recommended. At this time, however, the vital energies are well-nourished in mind and spirit, although the physical energy level is, in and of itself, low at this time.

Questioner: Would I be correct in guessing that vital energy is a function of the awareness, or bias, of the entity with respect to its polarity, or general unity, with the Creator or creation?

Ra: I am Ra. In a nonspecific sense we may affirm the correctness of your statement. The vital energy may be seen to be that deep love of life or life experiences, such as the beauty of creation, and the appreciation of other-selves, and the distortions of your co-Creators’ making which are of beauty.

Without this vital energy the least distorted physical complex will fail and perish. With this love, or vital energy, or élan, the entity may continue though the physical complex is greatly distorted.

I went outside this afternoon and finished weeding the back yard, side yard, and front yard. Then I watered all of the transplanted bushes and seeds. I am getting the yard ready for a visit next Monday by my college roommate from 50 years ago. He and his wife are taking a tour of the southeastern United States beginning this coming Sunday, and I am the first stop on their tour. So tomorrow I am hoping to cut the grass in the yard for the first time this year, and that includes the new grass that I planted in three areas of the yard about three weeks ago.

Remove The Wall

I am of the principle of Jesus Christ which is called divine love. I greet you in unconditional and eternal love, no matter who you are, no matter how you feel about yourself, Creator, Jesus the Son of Man or about love Itself.

You hear this voice over a wall of your own making. We suggest to you gently this day that you may set about the work of removing that wall. There is a brick of self-condemnation; there a brick of hardened dislike admitting no reprieve; there an envy. What a brick that is and how firm the mortar!

You have so many possessive, hungry, sorrowful, suffering and lonely thoughts creating an anger and loneliness that says, “Where is comfort? Why do you speak to me of unconditional love when I experience hardship, worry and limitation of all kinds?”

We are the spirit of peace and love. And through the breath of this instrument we express in the world today, just as it is. For in its imperfection, how perfect, how lovely, how beautiful is the dwelling place of each soul and the soul that dwells therein!

May you learn to love, a little at a time. But first, with the tools of forgiveness, remove the wall that stands between you and the comforting, strengthening and enabling force of unconditional love for you that awaits you on the other side of self-forgiveness.

We leave you in the utter peace of that condition and in the strengthening which that condition gives you to serve others in peace and joy. In these we leave you, now and ever. Amen.

“Questioner: Ra must have had a, shall we say, lesson plan or course of training for the twenty-two archetypes to be given either to those of third density of Ra or, later on, to those in Egypt. Would you describe this scenario for the training course?

Ra: I am Ra. This shall be the last full query of this working.

We find it more nearly appropriate to discuss our plans in acquainting initiates upon your own planet with this particular version of the archetypes of the archetypical mind. Our first stage was the presentation of the images, one after the other, in the following order:

one, eight, fifteen;

two, nine, sixteen;

three, ten, seventeen;

four, eleven, eighteen;

five, twelve, nineteen;

six, thirteen, twenty;

seven, fourteen, twenty-one;

twenty-two.

In this way the fundamental relationships between mind, body, and spirit could begin to be discovered; for as one sees, for instance, the Matrix of the Mind in comparison to the Matrices of Body and Spirit, one may draw certain tentative conclusions.

When at length the student had mastered these visualizations and had considered each of the seven classifications of archetype (looking at the relationships between mind, body, and spirit) we then suggested consideration of archetypes in pairs:

one and two;

three and four;

five;

six and seven.

You may continue in this form for the body and spirit archetypes.

You will note that the consideration of the Significator was left unpaired, for the Significator shall be paired with Archetype Twenty-Two.

At the end of this line of inquiry the student was beginning to grasp more and more deeply the qualities and resonances of each archetype. At this point, using various other aids to spiritual evolution, we encouraged the initiate to learn to become each archetype and, most importantly, to know, as best as possible within your illusion, when the adoption of the archetype’s persona would be spiritually or metaphysically helpful.

As you can see, much work was done creatively by each initiate. We have no dogma to offer. Each perceives that which is needful and helpful to the self.

May we ask if there are any brief queries before we leave this working?”

In this question Don asked Ra to share their lesson plan for teaching the Egyptians the meaning of the various cards of the Major Arcana of the archetypical mind. Ra presented the images in a certain order to demonstrate that the same archetypal image in mind, in body, and in spirit had correlations with each other, such as 1, 8, 15, etc. Then Ra said that the next step in teaching the archetypes was to have the students study other combinations of the archetypes such as; one and two: three and four; five; six and seven and continuing on in the same fashion for the body and spirit. In 78.11, Ra made correlations between the Matrix of the Mind, the Body, and the Spirit:

Questioner: Could you elaborate please on the nature and quality of the Matrix and the Potentiator?

Ra: I am Ra. In the mind complex the Matrix may be described as consciousness. It has been called the Magician. It is to be noted that, of itself, consciousness is unmoved. The Potentiator of consciousness is the unconscious. This encompasses a vast realm of potential in the mind.

In the body the Matrix may be seen as Balanced Working or Even Functioning. Note that here the Matrix is always active with no means of being inactive. The Potentiator of the body complex, then, may be called Wisdom, for it is only through judgment that the unceasing activities and proclivities of the body complex may be experienced in useful modes.

The Matrix of the Spirit is what you may call the Night of the Soul, or Primeval Darkness. Again we have that which is not capable of movement or work. The potential power of this extremely receptive Matrix is such that the Potentiator may be seen as Lightning. In your archetypical system called the tarot this has been refined into the concept complex of the Lightning Struck Tower. However, the original Potentiator was light in its sudden and fiery form; that is, the lightning itself.

So when the Egyptian students had completed this line of study they were able to get a feel for the “qualities and resonances of each archetype” in a much deeper way. Then Ra said that they utilized “various other aids to spiritual evolution” that would allow the student to actually become each archetype and know when a particular archetypal quality would be spiritually helpful. I can only guess what the “various other aids to spiritual evolution” were. I would think that some form of meditation would be one, probably done within the Queen’s Chamber, the chamber for initiation. In 57.26-.27, Ra mentioned how, in general, students might learn in the Queen’s Chamber either alone or with teachers:

Questioner: What is the difference?

Ra: I am Ra. The difference is the presence of other-selves manifesting in space/time and—after some study in time/space—for the purpose of teach/learning. In the system created by us, schools were apart from the pyramid, the experiences being solitary.

Questioner: Did you mean that teachers from your vibration, or density, were able to manifest in the Queen’s Chamber to teach those initiates, or did you mean something else?

Ra: I am Ra. In our system, experiences in the Queen’s Chamber position were solitary. In Atlantis and in South America teachers shared the pyramid experiences.

Ra finished their answer by saying that each student would have a unique experience with each of the archetypes that would fall within a general boundary of possibilities as they reiterated in 91.26:

In each entity the image will resonate slightly differently. Therefore, there is the desire upon Ra’s part to allow for the creative envisioning of each archetype using general guidelines rather than specific and limiting definitions.

Their answer even suggests that each student would perceive the archetypes in a way that corresponded to their unique needs: “Each perceives that which is needful and helpful to the self.” That also suggests that as the student progressed in its study and spiritual evolution that there might be additional perceptions of each archetype that the student would become aware of. Ra alluded to this possibility in 91.34:

Questioner: Are these all of the components, then, of this first archetype?

Ra: I am Ra. These are all you, the student, sees. Thusly the complement is complete for you. Each student may see some other nuance.

We, as we have said, did not offer these images with boundaries, but only as guidelines intending to aid the adept and to establish the architecture of the deep or archetypical portion of the deep mind.

This morning I went outside and took two and one-half hours to weed the moss garden by hand. These little grass-like clumps of weeds had returned after I thought I got them all a month ago. They start out really small and then get bigger and bigger, and I hope that I got them all, both big and small.

This afternoon I went back outside and planted some blue peas in the center of the cross area and in the little arbor leading into my neighbor’s yard behind the fish pond. Then I watered all of the recent plantings, both transplants and seeds in the front, side, and back yards. My last job of the day was to use rubber bands and fold over and tie down the daffodil leaves in the astilbe flower garden to give the astilbe a chance for more light and the roots of the daffodils a chance to store more food for next spring’s bloom.

By What Star Shall You Steer

I am of the principle of Jesus the Christ and I greet you in the full and divine love of creation and Creator.

Does it not seem to you somehow unusual that we who accept the phrase of Holy Spirit never call ourselves holy and that we who are the spirit of the living Christ never call Jesus Christ, Lord?

We are of the principle of full and divine consciousness and as such we are servants of your souls, those who love the spirit within you.

It is for you to choose what principle guides your life, by what star you shall steer. Shall it be the love of Jesus Christ and shall you call Jesus Christ Lord of your life? That is your decision.

Your capacity for worship is your own private treasure. May you ever enlarge and make more noble and uplifted your times of worship and adoration! And if, as yet, you do not worship and do not adore, then spend more time in the inner room of silence, listening, in the growing awareness of love.

I did the Morning Offering and then got myself ready for the day. Today the Ra quote comes from 88.23:

“Questioner: You mentioned earlier that the tarot was a method of divination. Would you explain that?

Ra: I am Ra. We must first divorce the tarot as a method of divination from this Major Arcana as representative of twenty-two archetypes of the archetypical mind.

The value of that which you call astrology is significant when used by those initiated entities which understand, if you will pardon the misnomer, the sometimes intricate considerations of the Law of Confusion. As each planetary influence enters the energy web of your sphere, those upon the sphere are moved much as the moon which moves about your sphere moves the waters upon your deeps.

Your own nature is water in that you as mind/body/spirit complexes are easily impressed and moved. Indeed, this is the very fiber and nature of your journey and vigil in this density: to not only be moved but to instruct yourself as to the preferred manner of your movement in mind, body, and spirit.

Therefore, as each entity enters the planetary energy web each entity experiences two major planetary influxes: that of the conception—which has to do with the physical, yellow-ray manifestation of the incarnation—and that of the moment you call birth when the breath is first drawn into the body complex of chemical yellow ray.

Thus those who know the stars and their configurations and influences are able to see a rather broadly drawn map of the country through which an entity has traveled, is traveling, or may be expected to travel, be it upon the physical, the mental, or the spiritual level. Such an entity will have developed abilities of the initiate which are normally known among your peoples as psychic or paranormal.

When the archetypes are shuffled into the mix of astrologically oriented cards which form the so-called Court Arcana and Minor Arcana, these archetypes become magnetized to the psychic impressions of the one working with the cards, and thusly become instruments of a linkage between the practitioner of the astrological determinations and divinations and the one requesting information.

Oft times such archetypical representations will appear in such a manner as to have seemingly interesting results, meaningful in configuration to the questioner. In and of themselves the Major Arcana have no rightful place in divination, but rather are tools for the further knowledge of the self by the self for the purpose of entering a more profoundly, acutely realized present moment.”

In the previous question Ra had just told us that those of Chaldea and Sumer had received astrological information that resulted in the Court Arcana and the Minor Arcana of the tarot. And Ra had said in 76.6, that the tarot, as a whole, was used for divination:

The origin of this system of study and divination is twofold: firstly, there is that influence which, coming in a distorted fashion from those who were priests attempting to teach the Law of One in Egypt, gave form to the understanding, if you will pardon the misnomer, which they had received. These forms were then made a regular portion of the learn/teachings of an initiate.

The second influence is that of those entities in the lands you call Ur, Chaldea, and Mesopotamia who, from old, had received the, shall we say, data for which they called having to do with the heavens.

Thusly we find two methods of divination being melded into one with uneven results; the, as you call it, astrology and the form being combined to suggest what you might call the correspondences which are typical of the distortions you may see as attempts to view archetypes.

In this question Don asked Ra to explain what they meant by that statement that the tarot was used for divination. Ra began their answer by saying that it was necessary to remove the Major Arcana from the rest of the tarot deck of cards because Ra devised the Major Arcana as a means of studying the archetypical mind and not for divination as suggested in 88.15:

Questioner: I’ll make a guess that those of Venus third density who were the initial ones to partially penetrate the veil gleaned information as to the nature of the archetypical mind and the veiling process, and from this designed the tarot as a method of teaching others. Is this correct?

Ra: I am Ra. It is so.

Ra then described astrology as a means by which an initiate would attempt to describe the energies of each of the planets of our solar system and how they might affect a seeker. The initiate would be aware of the Law of Confusion and would attempt to describe how the various planetary influences could affect the seeker while avoiding the abridging of the seeker’s free will. Ra likened these planetary energies to the moon’s ability to move our oceans in their relation to land masses with high and low tides. Ra also said that each of us is moved in a similar fashion by the planets, and it is not only helpful to know how that movement might work but how we can move ourselves in our own spiritual journeys. When we become conscious seekers of truth it is then that we begin to move ourselves on our path whereas those not consciously aware that their spiritual purpose on Earth are moved by the planets and by unconscious catalyst. In 49.5, Ra gave a detailed description of how we may move ourselves on our spiritual journeys:

Questioner: Will you expand on the positive and negative magnetic polarizations in general and how it applies to, say, individuals and planets, etc.? I think there is a correlation here, but I’m not sure.

Ra: I am Ra. It is correct that there is a correlation between the energy field of an entity of your nature and planetary bodies, for all material is constructed by means of the dynamic tension of the magnetic field. The lines of force in both cases may be seen to be much like the interweaving spirals of the braided hair. Thus positive and negative wind and interweave forming geometric relationships in the energy fields of both persons, as you would call a mind/body/spirit complex, and planets.

The negative pole is the south pole, or the lower pole. The north, or upper pole, is positive. The crisscrossings of these spiraling energies form primary, secondary, and tertiary energy centers. You are familiar with the primary energy centers of the physical, mental, and spiritual body complex. Secondary points of the crisscrossing of positive and negative center orientation revolve about several of your centers. The yellow-ray center may be seen to have secondary energy centers in elbow, in knee, and in the subtle bodies at a slight spacing from the physical vehicle at points describing diamonds about the entity’s navel area surrounding the body.

One may examine each of the energy centers for such secondary centers. Some of your peoples work with these energy centers, and you call this acupuncture. However, it is to be noted that there are most often anomalies in the placement of the energy centers so that the scientific precision of this practice is brought into question. Like most scientific attempts at precision, it fails to take into account the unique qualities of each creation.

The most important concept to grasp about the energy field is that the lower, or negative pole, will draw the universal energy into itself from the cosmos. Therefrom it will move upward to be met and reacted to by the positive spiraling energy moving downward from within. The measure of an entity’s level of ray activity is the locus wherein the south pole outer energy has been met by the inner spiraling positive energy.

As an entity grows more polarized this locus will move upwards. This phenomenon has been called by your peoples the kundalini. However, it may better be thought of as the meeting place of cosmic and inner, shall we say, vibratory understanding. To attempt to raise the locus of this meeting without realizing the metaphysical principles of magnetism upon which this depends is to invite great imbalance.

Ra went on to say that both our moment of conception and our moment of birth were key in giving the initiate a picture of the life experience that awaits it at any particular time in its life. This picture is made more “interesting,” as Ra said, when the Major Arcana are shuffled into the mix of the Court and the Minor Arcana. There is apparently a link then established between the astrologer and the seeker that allows the astrologer to see the immediate future of the seeker. In 36.-.7, Ra described how our higher self aids us in programming our life experiences:

Questioner: Could you give an example of an entity, possibly one from our historical past, possibly any entity that you might choose if you don’t wish to name one, and give an example of how this type of programming by the higher self would then bring about the education through parallel experiences please?

Ra: I am Ra. Perhaps the simplest example of this apparent simultaneity of existence of two selves, which are in truth one self at the same time/space, is this: the oversoul, as you call it, or higher self, seems to exist simultaneously with the mind/body/spirit complex which it aids. This is not actually simultaneous, for the higher self is moving to the mind/body/spirit complex, as needed, from a position in development of the entity which would be considered in the future of this entity.

Questioner: Then the higher self operates from the future, as we understand things. In other words, my higher self would operate from what I consider to be my future? Is this correct?

Ra: I am Ra. From the standpoint of your space/time, this is correct.

Questioner: In that case my higher self would, shall we say, have a very large advantage in knowing precisely what was needed since it would know what . . . as far as I am concerned, what was going to happen. Is this correct?

Ra: I am Ra. This is incorrect, in that this would be an abrogation of free will. The higher self aspect is aware of the lessons learned through the sixth density. The progress rate is fairly well understood. The choices which must be made to achieve the higher self as it is are in the provenance of the mind/body/spirit complex itself.

Thus the higher self is like the map in which the destination is known; the roads are very well known, these roads being designed by intelligent infinity working through intelligent energy. However, the higher self aspect can program only for the lessons and certain predisposing limitations if it wishes. The remainder is completely the free choice of each entity. There is the perfect balance between the known and the unknown.

Ra finished their answer by saying that the Major Arcana were not meant to be used to predict the future. Their purpose is to help us get a grasp of our present moment of seeking the truth and describe how we can move from this moment into greater experiences of serving others and polarizing our consciousness in the positive sense. Negative entities can do the same on the service-to-self path in that they can enhance their separation from and control of others. In 61.4, Ra suggested looking at cycles, such as biorhythms or astrology was not particularly helpful for us in planning sessions with Ra:

Questioner: Would it be helpful to plot the cycles for the instrument and attempt to have these sessions at the most favorable points with respect to the cycle?

Ra: I am Ra. To that specific query we have no response.

It may be noted that the three in this triad bring in this energy pattern which is Ra. Thus each energy input of the triad is of note.

We may say that while these information systems are interesting they are in sway only insofar as the entity or entities involved have not made totally efficient use of catalyst, and, therefore, instead of accepting the, shall we say, negative or retrograde moments or periods without undue notice, have the distortion towards the retaining of these distortions in order to work out the unused catalyst.

It is to be noted that psychic attack continues upon this entity although it is only effective at this time in physical distortions towards discomfort.

We may suggest that it is always of some interest to observe the road map, both of the cycles and of the planetary and other cosmic influences, in that one may see certain wide roads or possibilities. However, we remind that this group is an unit.

Today was another Sabbath Day of Rest. I took some time to read more of the Law of One and another book that I am studying with a few friends on zoom meets: Mary Magdalene Revealed by Meggan Watterson. I also took my usual errand run after lunch stopping first at Feeder’s Supply to buy food for the kitty cats. My second stop was a Paul’s Fruit Market to buy food for myself. My last stop was at Walgreen’s to pick up a prescription. After I got back home I called an old friend who has prostate cancer just to check in on him and see how he is doing.

To Your Heart’s Health

I am of the consciousness of Jesus the Christ. I greet you in the midst of paradise, where love abounds and light never fails. So it is within your heart. Love abounds and light never fails.

All souls have what you may call a dark side. There are things that lay heavy upon the soul. There are thoughts of past and thoughts of future. And in this heaviness, in this past and this future, the joyful present is lost within your heart and your soul.

Look at the good that comes to you today. Be quiet and sure and aware ahead of time that good shall come to you. Expect it. And if that which you get is unexpectedly difficult, search out the love that you are to learn and express for Jesus the Christ.

Let this be for you a day of rejoicing; a day of moving into the love of the Creator; a day lost in praise of Jesus the Christ.

There are those of you who do not wish to reckon with Jesus the Christ. We of the spirit of the full consciousness of love suggest only that you need not reckon with the entity Jesus, but to your heart’s health and your soul’s life, you must reckon with Christhood. Gaze at the story of the man and grasp the meaning and the implications of living the full consciousness of love.

When you have done so, do not despair but rejoice, for we are with you always.

“Questioner: I will ask the following questions to clear up . . . possibly . . . only . . . the method of teaching these concepts which may give me important clues to understanding the concepts themselves. Did Ra use cards similar to the tarot cards for the training purpose in third density?

Ra: I am Ra. No.

Questioner: What did Ra use in third density?

Ra: I am Ra. You are aware in your attempts at magical visualization of the mental configuration of sometimes rather complex visualizations. These are mental and drawn with the mind. Another example well-known in your culture is the visualization, in your Mass (of the distortion of the love of the One Infinite Creator called Christianity) wherein a small portion of your foodstuffs is seen to be a mentally configured but entirely real man, the man known to you as Jehoshua or, as you call this entity now, Jesus. It was by this method of sustained visualization over a period of training that we worked with these concepts.

These concepts were occasionally drawn. However, the concept of one visualization per card was not thought of by us.”

In these two questions Don asked Ra if they used cards to teach the concepts of the tarot because he felt that Ra’s method of teaching the tarot might give him some clues as to the meaning of the images on the cards and their concepts. However, Ra said that they did not use tarot cards. So when Don asked them what method of teaching Ra used in third density they said that they used visualizations of the cards which were somewhat complex. They also said that these cards were “drawn with the mind.” In 50.8, Ra gave us a clue as to how this was done:

The means of this working lie within. The key is first, silence, and secondly, singleness of thought. Thusly a visualization which can be held steady to the inward eye for several of your minutes, as you measure time, will signal the adept’s increase in singleness of thought. This singleness of thought, then, can be used by the positive adept to work in group ritual visualizations for the raising of positive energy, by negative adepts for the increase in personal power.

Apparently, Ra used this same technique to teach the Egyptians the concepts of the tarot, but those who came after them used a different technique as Ra mentioned in 88.21:

Questioner: Then when Ra attempted to teach the Egyptians the concept of the tarot, was the same process used or a different one?

Ra: I am Ra. The same process was used. However, those which were teach/learners after us first drew these images to the best of their ability within the place of initiation and later began the use of what you call cards bearing these visualizations’ representations.

Then Ra also used as an example of such visualizations the Holy Communion is used in the Christian churches wherein the bread and the wine used in the communion service are visualized as portions of Jesus’s body and blood. In Luke 22:18-20 the first communion was described thusly:

18 For I tell you that I will not drink of the fruit of the vine from now on until the kingdom of God comes.” 19 And He took the bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them, saying, “This is My body, given for you; do this in remembrance of Me.” 20 In the same way, after supper He took the cup, saying, ‘This cup is the new covenant in My blood, which is poured out for you. ‘”

Ra finished their answer by saying that the tarot images were occasionally drawn, but they never limited themselves to just one image per card. That suggests that not only could each seeker obtain a unique meaning of the various facets of each card, but that each card could have some variations in design or content. However, Ra suggested in 88.16 that these differences were small:

As we have stated previously, each archetype is a concept complex and may be viewed not only by individuals but by those of the same racial and planetary influences in unique ways. Therefore, it is not informative to reconstruct the rather minor differences in descriptive terms between the tarot used by us, and that used by those of Egypt and the spiritual descendants of those first students of this system of study.

This afternoon I pumped one quarter of the water out of the fish pond and then refilled it with fresh water. While the water was being pumped out of the pond, I cleaned the filters for the fountain and then gave the fish some food to eat. I also planted a row of about 30 giant sunflower seeds just behind the hollyhocks that I transplanted last week in the garden behind and to the left of the fish pond. I also set the sprinkler to water the three areas of the yard in which I am attempting to grow grass and was able to get these areas watered while I was working with the fish pond.

When I was done working with the fish pond I transplanted the four butterfly bushes, that I planted between the fish pond and pet cemetery last fall, along the sidewalk next to the cross area. I thought that they were dead last week, but I noticed green beginning to grow out of their base stalks. Then I watered all of the transplants from last week and this week.

The Holy Vibration

I am the spirit of the full consciousness of love. I greet you in the name of Jesus the Christ.

For the spiritually oriented seeker, names are very important. For the breath that is the spirit of love molds itself into vibrations which have a profound effect upon the creature which, though physical, has resonances with the metaphysical self in its analog.

That is to say that the name of the Lord of your life has the vibration of strength for you. Thus the name of Jesus, though not the earthly name, Jehoshua, nevertheless bears the strongest vibratory significance to the instinctual, creaturely self which resonates with the analogous spiritual body which is the spiritual body incorruptible.

Know that the breath of the spirit is breathed into you as you think upon holy names and is breathed from you as you consciously vibrate words of love which are meaningful to those whom you wish to love and serve.

“Questioner: Thank you. I would like to ask you, as to the initial production of the tarot, where this concept was first formed, and where the tarot was first recorded, where did this . . . the very first concept?

Ra: I am Ra. The concept of the tarot originated within the planetary influence you call Venus.

Questioner: Was the concept given to . . . let me ask . . . you say it originated there . . . was this concept devised for a training tool for those inhabiting Venus at that time, or was it devised by those of Venus as a training tool for those of Earth?

Ra: I am Ra. The tarot was devised by the third-density population of Venus a great measure of your space/time in your past.

As we have noted, the third-density experience of those of Venus dealt far more deeply and harmoniously with what you would call relationships with other-selves, sexual energy transfer work, and philosophical or metaphysical research. The product of many, many generations of work upon what we conceived to be the archetypical mind produced the tarot which was used by our peoples as a training aid in developing the magical personality.

Questioner: I’ll make a guess that those of Venus third density who were the initial ones to partially penetrate the veil gleaned information as to the nature of the archetypical mind and the veiling process, and from this designed the tarot as a method of teaching others. Is this correct?

Ra: I am Ra. It is so.”

In the first question here, Don asked Ra where the tarot was first originated, and Ra said it originated on the planet Venus. In 77.12, Ra first gave the purpose and functioning of the tarot:

Questioner: That is correct. I am asking with respect to this particular sub-Logos, our sun, in creating the experience of its planetary system and those sub-Logoi of it.

Ra: I am Ra. This query has substance. We shall begin by turning to an observation of a series of concept complexes of which you are familiar as the tarot.

The philosophy was to create a foundation, first of mind, then of body, and then of spiritual complex. Those concept complexes you call the tarot lie, then, in three groups of seven: the mind cycle, one through seven; the physical complex cycle, eight through fourteen; the spiritual complex cycle, fifteen through twenty-one. The last concept complex may best be termed The Choice.

Upon the foundation of transformation of each complex, with free will guided by the root concepts offered in these cycles, the Logos offered this density the basic architecture of a building and constructing and synthesizing of data culminating in The Choice.

In Don’s second question he asked if those of Ra had devised the tarot as a teaching aid for entities on Earth or for those of Ra. Ra replied that it was devised as a training tool for the third-density population of Ra. Ra continued their answer by saying that their third-density population was intensely involved with “relationships with other-selves, sexual energy transfer work, and philosophical or metaphysical research.” Ra completed their answer by saying that it took many incarnations of work upon what we call the archetypical mind to develop the tarot as a “training aid in developing the magical personality.” In 7.32, Ra gave a basic definition of the magical personality:

Questioner: The three aspects of the magical personality are stated to be power, love, and wisdom. Is this correct, and are these the only primary aspects of the magical personality?

Ra: I am Ra. The three aspects of the magical personality—power, love, and wisdom—are so called in order that attention be paid to each aspect in developing the basic tool of the adept: that is, its self.

It is by no means a personality of three aspects. It is a being of unity, being of sixth density, and equivalent to what you call your higher self and, at the same time, is a personality enormously rich in variety of experience and subtlety of emotion.

The three aspects are given that the neophyte not abuse the tools of its trade but, rather, approach those tools balanced in the center of love and wisdom and thus seeking power in order to serve.

In 60.16, Ra gave more information about the metaphysical nature of their third-density experience when talking about their use of the pyramid:

 Questioner: The pyramid shape, then, as I understand it, was deemed by your social memory complex at that time to be of paramount importance as, shall I say, a physical training aid for spiritual development. At this particular time in the evolution of our planet it seems that you place little or no emphasis on this shape. Is this correct?

Ra: I am Ra. This is correct. It is our honor/duty to attempt to remove the distortions that the use of this shape has caused in the thinking of your peoples and in the activities of some of your entities. We do not deny that such shapes are efficacious, nor do we withhold the general gist of this efficacy. However, we wish to offer our understanding, limited though it is, that—contrary to our naïve beliefs many thousands of your years ago—the optimum shape for initiation does not exist.

Let us expand upon this point. When we were aided by sixth-density entities during our own third-density experiences, we, being less bellicose in the extreme, found this teaching to be of help. In our naïveté in third density we had not developed the interrelationships of your barter or money system, and power. We were, in fact, a more philosophical third-density planet than your own, and our choices of polarity were much more centered about the, shall we say, understanding of sexual energy transfers and the appropriate relationships between self and other-self.

We spent a much larger portion of our space/time working with the unmanifested being. In this less complex atmosphere it was quite instructive to have this learn/teaching device, and we benefited without the distortions we found occurring among your peoples.

In Don’s third question he asked if those of Ra who were the first to penetrate the veil were able to get information about the nature of the veiling process and, therefore, designed the tarot as a means of teaching others how the veiling process worked to develop a polarization in consciousness, I am assuming. In 79.28, Ra gave the purpose of the veil of forgetting to aid the polarization of consciousness which was so difficult before the veil was used:

Questioner: Well, I was aware of that. I probably didn’t state the question correctly. It’s a very difficult question to state. I don’t know if it’s worth attempting to continue with, but what I meant was when this very first experiment with the veiling process occurred, did it result in service-to-self polarization with the first experiment?

Ra: I am Ra. The early, if we may use this term, Logoi produced service-to-self and service-to-others mind/body/spirit complexes immediately. The harvestability of these entities was not so immediate, and thus refinements of the archetypes began apace.

This afternoon I decided that it was time to take most of the house plants outside in their normal locations on the front porch, the back deck and around the fish pond. I made this decision because it finally seems that spring is here as we have three 80 degree days forecast, and it may well be that freezing temperatures will not occur again until next fall. This transfer of plants process always produces a great deal of dead leaf fall in the living room and the path out of both the back and front doors, so it was a perfect day for my normal Friday vacuuming of the first floor of the house to follow the plant transfer. After all the plants were in place outside I put my usual burlap covers in place to protect the plants from burning in the sun. I will need to remove the covers a little more each day to allow the plants to harden off and become immune to sun burn as time goes on.

The Waterfall

I am of the principle of Jesus the Christ and I greet you in the full consciousness of love divine.

There is a waterfall that streams from infinity, its sparkling rainbow cascades invisible to the eye but full of healing and health, nourishment and nutrition for the spirit.

This cascade flows wherever there is consciousness. And the love that surrounds you is there because you are loved. This day, allow the consciousness of that love to fill you, that all that you do, you may do for the love of Jesus Christ.

Have you the chores, the small tasks, the seemingly unimportant dusting and paperwork and foolishness of that sort? Do it for the love of Jesus the Christ. Do all for the love of the Creator. Then shall the waterfall of love be answered by your love.

Then shall the waterfall move into you and through you to bless the world anew. For only the created can express the uncreated light that is the waterfall of divine love. Feel it surround you. Express it within you. Allow it to flow through you. And do all that you do for the love of the Christ.

I did the Morning Offering and then got myself ready for the day. Today the Ra quote comes from 88.16:

“Questioner: I will also assume, which may not be correct, that the present list that I have of the twenty-two names of the tarot cards are not in exact agreement with Ra’s original generation of the tarot. Could you describe the original tarot, first telling me if there were twenty-two archetypes? That must have been the same. And if they were the same as the list that I have read you in a previous session, or if there were differences?

Ra: I am Ra. As we have stated previously, each archetype is a concept complex and may be viewed not only by individuals but by those of the same racial and planetary influences in unique ways. Therefore, it is not informative to reconstruct the rather minor differences in descriptive terms between the tarot used by us, and that used by those of Egypt and the spiritual descendants of those first students of this system of study.

The one great breakthrough which was made after our work in third density was done was the proper emphasis given to the Arcanum Number Twenty-Two which we have called The Choice. In our own experience we were aware that such an unifying archetype existed but did not give that archetype the proper complex of concepts in order to most efficaciously use that archetype in order to promote our evolution.”

Since those of Ra developed the tarot in their third-density experience on Venus, Don asked them if they also used the twenty-two cards that we have in our Major Arcana. Don also asked them if there were any differences between the ones they developed and the ones from the Egyptian tarot that we used to question Ra about the archetypical mind. Ra said that there were some minor differences in the cards that they developed and the Egyptian tarot. But they felt that these differences were unimportant since each student will see the tarot images in a unique way as they first mentioned in 77.23:

Secondly, we request that it be constantly kept before the mind, as the candle before the eye, that each mind/body/spirit complex shall, and should, and indeed must perceive each archetype, if you use this convenient term, in its own way.

Therefore, you may see that precision is not the goal; rather, quality of general concept complex perception is the goal.

Ra completed their answer by remarking that their full appreciation of The Choice did not occur until they had been harvested into the fourth density. They apparently did not see The Choice in third density to be the unifying concept, or goal, that they saw it to be without the veil of forgetting. I’m guessing here, but I think that there is a good chance that the importance of the choice of polarity that we make in third density may the “unifying” quality that Ra was speaking of that they did not fully appreciate in their third-density experience. In 78.21-.22, Ra says this about The Choice:

Questioner: You stated previously that The Choice that is made in this density, third density, is the axis upon which the creation turns. Could you expand on your reason for making that statement?

Ra: I am Ra. This is a statement of the nature of creation as we speak to you.

Questioner: I did not understand that. Could you say that in a different way?

Ra: I am Ra. As you have noted, the creation of which your Logos is a part is a protean entity which grows and learns upon a macrocosmic scale. The Logos is not a part of time. All that is learned from experience in an octave is, therefore, the harvest of that Logos and is, further, the nature of that Logos.

The original Logos’ experience was, viewed in space/time, small; Its experience now, more.

Therefore, we say, as we now speak to you at this space/time, the nature of creation is as we have described. This does not deny the process by which this nature has been achieved but merely ratifies the product.

And then Ra spoke of their statement about The Choice being the “axis upon which the creation turns” which was made in 76.16:

The prelude to choice must encompass the laying of the foundation, the establishment of the illusion and the viability of that which can be made spiritually viable. The remainder of the densities is continuous refining of the choice. This also is greatly lengthened, as you would use the term. The choice is, as you put it, the work of a moment, but is the axis upon which the creation turns.

I believe that the unifying nature of The Choice that Ra said they discovered after third density experience is that The Choice of polarization is truly the foundation upon which the work of all higher densities, and indeed the creation itself, is based. Without this Choice there would be very little work possible in consciousness. With this Choice all of the consciousness, which is the creation, is put into motion as a unit to provide the opportunity for the Creator to know Itself more fully, with greater intensity and variety. This Choice also allows each conscious entity to know itself as the Creator. All because of The Choice. In 77.16, Ra explained how all work in conscious in the higher densities is done on the basis of this Choice:

Questioner: What I am really attempting to understand, since all of these twenty-one philosophical bases result in the twenty-second, which is The Choice, is why this choice is so important; why the Logos, it seems, puts so much emphasis on this choice; and what function that choice of polarity is, precisely, in the evolution or the experience of that which is created by the Logos?

Ra: I am Ra. The polarization, or choosing, of each mind/body/spirit is necessary for harvestability from third density. The higher densities do their work due to the polarity gained in this choice.

This afternoon I completed the transplanting of the 8 ever-blooming azaleas that I bought Monday at the Star View Nursery near LaGrange, Kentucky. I also found four more of the coral bells in the cross area that I added to the 30 that I transplanted to the Wuthering Heights Mound in the front yard. I am eager to see these every-blooming azaleas bloom, not only in the spring as they already have, but also in the summer and the fall. This is a hybrid variety of azalea that I had never heard of until my neighbors told me about them two weeks ago.

Lovers Before The Holy Spirit

I am of the principle of the full consciousness of love and I greet you as the living Word of the most high.

Know ye that men and women alike are as lovers before the Holy Spirit, to be impregnated with the divine, that, within illusion, manifestation of the creative renewal of the infinite love of Jesus the Christ may take place.

Sexuality is seen only as its gross aspect by most who live the earthly life. Yet there is enormous polarity betwixt the pilgrim and the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is not nurturer alone but impregnator, that each pilgrim may be full of that which is born of the spirit and not of flesh.

Know that you may carry the living Word, the Christed consciousness that was and is and always shall be with and in Jesus the Christ. And embrace, as lovers, that life-giving love of the heavenly seeds within.

“Questioner: Our publisher requests pictures for the book, The Law of One, that is going to press at this time. Would you comment on the advisability, benefit or detriment, magical or otherwise, of us using pictures of this particular setup, the instrument, and the appurtenances in the book?

Ra: I am Ra. The practical advisability of such a project is completely a product of your discrimination. There are magical considerations.

Firstly, if pictures be taken of a working, the visual image must needs be that which is; that is, it is well for you to photograph only an actual working and no sham nor substitution of any material. There shall be no distortions which this group can avoid any more than we would wish distortions in our words.

Secondly, it is inadvisable to photograph the instrument or any portion of the working room while the instrument is in trance. This is a narrow-band contact, and we wish to keep electrical and electromagnetic energies constant when their presence is necessary, and not present at all otherwise.

Questioner: From what you. . . I’m sorry. Go ahead. If you meant to continue, continue. If not, I’ll ask a question.

Ra: I am Ra. We wished to state, thirdly, that once the instrument is aware that the picture-taking will be performed, that during the entire picture-taking, whether before or after the working, the instrument be required to continuously respond to speech, thus assuring that no trance is imminent.”

When our publisher asked us to take pictures of the Ra contact sessions in preparation for publishing our book, we had titled the book The Law of One, but in the early ‘80s The Seth Material was a very popular book. So our publisher, which was The Donning Company in those days, changed the name of our book to The Ra Material to ride on Seth’s coattails, and when we complained about the change, they added the old title to the second printing—and all subsequent printings—at the top of the cover in small print. The other four books in the series were all titled The Law of One, Book I, II, and so forth.

The magical considerations that Ra spoke of concerned our photographing an actual session and not a simulated session made up just for the purpose of taking photographs. Ra suggested for a positively oriented person it is well to tell the truth in all endeavors, so we took photographs immediately after Ra Session #89 on June 9, 1982 and Ra Session #91 on June 26, 1982. In 88.12, Ra amplified this concept of telling the truth with these photographs:

We ask that any photographs tell the truth, that they be dated and shine with a clarity so that there is no shadow of any but genuine expression which may be offered to those which seek truth.

We come as humble messengers of the Law of One, desiring to decrease distortions. We ask that you, who have been our friends, work with any considerations such as above discussed, not with the thought of quickly removing an unimportant detail, but, as in all ways, regard such as another opportunity to, as the adept must, be yourselves and offer that which is in and with you without pretense of any kind.

Ra suggested that we not take a picture of Carla while she was in trance, very likely because that sudden flash of light from the camera could call her spirit back to the body in a hurry and cause serious injury to her body. This is called the “silver cord reflex.” Ra also said that it would be well to have Carla continually respond to speech to ensure that no trance was imminent. So Carla sang “Amazing Grace” while Don photographed her lying on the bed in the middle of the Ra room. In 2.6, we got the first suggestion from Ra that bright lights would not be good to turn on while Carla was in trance:

We add only that if these teach/learning sessions are held during time/space during which your sun-body does not light your room that it is best to call the instrument before the lighting of the illuminatory mechanism.

In 91.11, Ra defined what they meant by the silver cord reflex and its potential for causing problems:

There is what you might call the silver cord reflex; that is, when the mind/body/spirit complex dwells without the environs of the physical shell and the physical shell is disturbed, the physical shell will reflexively call back the absent enlivener; that is, the mind/body/spirit complex which is connected with what may be metaphysically seen as what some of your philosophers have called the silver cord.

If this is done suddenly the mind/body/spirit complex will attempt entry into the energy web of the physical vehicle without due care, and the effect is as if one were to stretch one of your elastic bands and let it shrink rapidly. The resulting snap would strike hard at the anchored portion of the elastic band.

The process through which you as a group go in recalling this instrument could be likened unto taking this elastic and gently lessening its degree of tension until it was without perceptible stretch.

This afternoon I decided to rework the first part of the Little Locust Creek that runs through the middle of my back yard. This is the place that I started my refurbishing project a couple of weeks ago since I noticed that water was pooling in this area after the wet weather spring that fuels the creek was done running. My solution two weeks ago was to try to dig the rest of the creek down an inch or two to see if this would drain all the water. It didn’t. The pooling continued after our last big rain a week ago.

So this time my solution was to take all the stones out of the bottom of the creek in this original section and put down an inch or two of dirt all along the 30-foot length that had been pooling. Then I packed the dirt down and put the small stones back and packed them down too. I put a five-foot level on each part of this area, and the level said that everything is now downhill which means there shouldn’t be any more pooling in the future.

The Heritage Of Christ

I am of the principle of the full consciousness of love.

Once, many years ago, a man you call Jesus walked upon the dry soil of his native land. The reality of an incarnation is such that at times it may blind those who follow such an incarnation of Christhood to the eternal and immutable consciousness of Christ which was carried within that incarnation but which is available always for those who seek this consciousness.

It is not an illusion or a delusion to seek the consciousness of Christ. Focusing upon the incarnation of Jesus the Christ is a tool and a resource, a blessing and a gift.

However, the very air that you breathe carries the consciousness of Christhood.

Know that you are channels of the consciousness of Christ and, insofar as you may give yourself over entirely to that consciousness, others shall see Christ through you.

For are you not also the sons and daughters of humankind? Do you not also share the heritage which Jesus offered for all? We encourage you to refrain from despair in focusing upon the incarnation of Jesus and contrasting it with your own consciousness.

Peace be with you as you create new life by your consciousness, now and ever. Amen.
