I did the Morning Offering and then got myself ready for the day. Today the Ra quote comes from 84.12-.13:

“Questioner: Would you please correct me on this statement, then? I’m guessing that what happens is that, when a transfer takes place, the energy is that light energy that comes in through the feet of the entity, and starts the— The voltage or potential difference starts with the red energy center and, in the case of the green-ray transfer, terminates at the green energy center and then must leap or flow from the green energy center of one entity to the green of the other, and then something happens to it. Could you clear up my thinking on that?

Ra: I am Ra. Yes.

Questioner: Would you please do that?

Ra: I am Ra. The energy transfer occurs in one releasing of the potential difference. This does not leap between green and green energy centers but is the sharing of the energies of each from red ray upwards. In this context it may be seen to be at its most efficient when both entities have orgasm simultaneously.

However, it functions as transfer if either has the orgasm. And, indeed, in the case of the physically expressed love between a mated pair which does not have the conclusion you call orgasm, there is nonetheless a considerable amount of energy transferred due to the potential difference which has been raised, as long as both entities are aware of this potential and release its strength to each other by desire of the will in a mental or mind complex dedication. You may see this practice as being used to generate energy transfers in some of your practices of what you may call other than Christian religious-distortion systems of the Law of One.”

In this question Don is trying to determine how the energy is transferred in a sexual energy exchange. He presumes that it leaps from the green energy enter of one entity to the green energy center of the partner because it is at the green energy center that energy transfers first become possible in the positive sense. But Ra corrected him by saying that after the orgasm the energies of each are shared equally by each, beginning with the red ray and moving upwards along the chakra system. It is not said, but I believe it can be assumed, that the sharing of energies will stop at the highest energy center that is unblocked for each person. In 84.21, Ra gave an indication of how one can know at what energy center the sexual energy transfer is experienced:

Questioner: Is there any way to tell which ray the transfer was for an individual after the experience? Is there any way for the individual to tell in which particular ray the transfer occurred?

Ra: I am Ra. There is only a subjective yardstick or measure of such. If the energies have flowed so that love is made whole, green-ray transfer has taken place.

If, by the same entities’ exchange, greater ease in communication and greater sight has been experienced, the energy has been refined to the blue-ray energy center.

If the polarized entities, by this same energy transfer experience, find that the faculties of will and faith have been stimulated, not for a brief while but for a great duration of what you call time, you may perceive the indigo-ray transfer.

We may not speak of the violet-ray transfer except to note that it is an opening to the gateway of intelligent infinity. Indeed, the indigo-ray transfer is also this, but, shall we say, the veil has not yet been lifted.

Ra also said that if only one of the pair has an orgasm there is still an equal transfer of energy between both entities. Ra added that there is even a transfer of energy between mated couples if there is no orgasm as long as both entities consciously dedicate the energy that has been stored between them to each other. In 73.22, Ra mentions that if both entities have an orgasm simultaneously the energy transferred is doubled:

It is possible, as in the case of this instrument which dedicates itself to the service of the One Infinite Creator, to further refine this energy transfer. When the other-self also dedicates itself in service to the One Infinite Creator, the transfer is doubled. Then the amount of energy transferred is dependent only upon the amount of polarized sexual energy created and released. There are refinements from this point onward leading to the realm of the high sexual magic.

This afternoon I weeded the moss garden by hand, removing these tiny little clumps of what looks like grass, but all of the stems come out of one location. Then I used my trimmer to cut down all the other little plants that were too difficult to pull out by hand. I finished the job by using my backpack blower to blow all the little weed clippings and small sticks out of the moss garden. It was a really beautiful and warm spring day, the perfect kind to be working outside and enjoying the various new blooms popping up all over the yard. There are crocuses, daffodils, Lenten roses, and snow drops scattered all over the yard.

The Building Block Of Faith

I am of the principle of Jesus the Christ. I greet you in the full consciousness of love divine, unending and eternal.

How brave an instrument who admits it needs the practice! How brave any seeking entity who admits the need for constant improvement, for constant mindfulness, and for constant seeking.

How firm the faith of one who knows that the gift of the spirit of Jesus the Christ is given to those who are humble as dust before it. Such humility will not be scattered to the winds. Such humility cannot be trampled upon. Such humility is the building block of faith. Such determination is the foundation of will.

Let each day be a day in which you are prostrate before the infinite love of Jesus the Christ. For it was in humility to the physical death that Jesus the Christ expressed love, not in bragging or boasting but in opening the self completely to the will of the one God of all.

Open yourself to that will. Be humble as dust before it. Yet know that you carry it within you, if you are mindful of it.

Let your light shine through your humility; through your humanity; through the ashes of the life of the mundane world. Heaven may shine through your eyes! The kingdom is that near!

Yet the kingdom shall never shine through the eyes of one who boasts that he knows of the kingdom and has no more to learn. Be humble and faithful and bow before the Lord God, that, as you rise, you may shine with the eternal light of unity, love and peace.

“Questioner: Thank you. Going back to the previous session, it was stated that each sexual activity was a transfer before the veil. I am assuming from that that you mean that there was a transfer of energy for each sexual activity before the veil which indicates to me that a transfer doesn’t take place every time [after the veil, I assume Don meant]. Taking the case before the veil, would you trace the flow of energy that is transferred and tell me if that was the planned activity or a planned transfer by the designing Logos?

Ra: I am Ra. The path of energy transfer before the veiling during the sexual intercourse was that of the two entities possessed of green-ray capability. The awareness of all as Creator is that which opens the green energy center. Thusly there was no possibility of blockage due to the sure knowledge of each by each that each was the Creator. The transfers were weak due to the ease with which such transfers could take place between any two polarized entities during sexual intercourse.”

In this question Don is assuming that since there was an energy transfer in each sexual energy exchange before the veil, that after the veil there may not always be such an energy transfer (which I am assuming Don meant). So he asked Ra to describe the path of the energy transfer that occurred before the veil. Ra answered that before the veil it was possible for each entity to see everyone as the Creator. To have a sexual energy exchange one must see one’s partner and the self as the Creator, so all sexual activity before the veil resulted in a sexual energy transfer. But then Ra said that these energy transfers before the veil were weak because of the ease of seeing all entities as the Creator. Ra didn’t give a clear description of how the energy transfer occurs after the veil in this question but as Don again questioned Ra about the direction of transfer in 84.12-.13, Ra gave a clearer answer:

In our post veiling condition we have to consciously work on our spiritual perceptions to be able to see people as the Creator. This work in consciousness increases our polarity and, therefore, the amount of energy that we have available to transfer to our partners in a sexual energy exchange. This is another great advantage to the mated relationship. When exchanges between them can be quite powerful and magical as an honestation to the One Creator. In 84.22, Ra mentioned how the mated relationship provided more disciplined personalities in the higher densities, and I would assume in the third density as well:

Questioner: Before the veil, were there— Let me put it this way: Did the Logos, or did most Logoi plan before the veil to create a system of random sexual activity, or specific pairing of entities for periods of time, or did they have an objective in this respect?

Ra: I am Ra. This shall be the last full query of this working.

The harvest from the previous creation was that which included the male and female mind/body/spirit. It was the intention of the original Logoi that entities mate with one another in any fashion which caused a greater polarization. It was determined, after observation of the process of many Logoi, that polarization increased manyfold if the mating were not indiscriminate. Consequent Logoi thusly preserved a bias towards the mated relationship which is more characteristic of more disciplined personalities and of what you may call higher densities. The free will of each entity, however, was always paramount, and a bias only could be offered.

Today was another Sabbath Day of Rest and the first day of spring. We enjoyed a warm, beautiful day with no clouds in our blue sky. I took my usual errand run after lunch with my first stop at Feeder’s Supply to pick up some food for the kitties and some new catnip sacks as well. My last stop was at Walgreen’s Drug Store where I picked up some ice cream and some non-food items for myself. I also began reading Mary Magdalene Revealed by Meggan Watterson, a very interesting book that a few long-time friends and I will be studying via zoom meets every three weeks or so. Apparently, Mary Magdalene wrote one of the first books of the first Christian Bible, but early church leaders tore them out of these Bibles because they thought she was only a prostitute. Later on, copies of this book were found in Egypt written in Greek and Coptic, which was the language of the Gnostics.

Run With Love

I am of the principle of Jesus the Christ and I greet you in the full and divine consciousness that is love.

How shall the Holy Spirit appear to you this day? What are your needs? For as you express and inwardly feel those spiritual needs, so is the spirit called to appear, to strengthen, to comfort, and to enable.

Is it energy and will that you need? Then experience the force that produces these words as flames of divine and enabling fire, energizing and enlivening.

Must you run the straight race very quickly today? Must you hasten and hurry? Crowd your day, then, but open your heart that love may run with you; that love may hasten and hurry and worry and fret in comfortable companionship with that state of mind you choose for yourself.

Are you in grief, in sorrow, and in despair? Call, then and open within to the divine Comforter, to the nurturer and lover of all souls.

There is no condition in which the spirit of love cannot enter and heal. There is no activity in which the spirit of divine love and compassion cannot enable, enliven and strengthen.

The spirit of love is an active, plastic, malleable, universal expression of the absolute presence of divine love in each soul, everywhere, always, in every moment.

May you find peace that you are not alone, be you hastening, resting or weeping. Always there is the Comforter.

“Questioner: Can you make any suggestions about the instrument’s feet, or how they got in the bad shape they are in? And would alternating the shoes help?

Ra: I am Ra. The distortion referred to above, that is, the complex of juvenile rheumatoid arthritis and lupus erythematosus, acts in such a way as to cause various portions of the body complex to become distorted in the way in which the instrument’s pedal appendages are now distorted.

We may suggest care in resumption of the exercise, but determination as well. The alternation of footwear shall prove efficacious. The undergarment for the feet, which you call the anklet, should be of a softer and finer material than is now being used and should, if possible, conform more to the outline of those appendages upon which it is placed. This should provide a more efficient aid to the cushioning of these appendages.

We may further suggest that the same immersion in the waters which is helpful to the general distortion is, in general, helpful to this specific distortion as well. However, the injury which has been sustained in the metatarsal region of the right pedal appendage should further be treated for some period of your space/time by the prudent application of the ice to the arch of the right foot for brief periods followed always by immersion in the warm water.”

In this question Don asked Ra what we could do to help Carla resume her walking program. She walked bout 4 or 5 miles per day four times per week. Ra suggested that we try to balance determination with caution in resuming her walking. We bought two different pairs of walking shoes in the hope that it might help her sore feet to alternate them. Ra suggested that was a good idea. They also said that the socks that Carla wore should fit better on her feet and be made of softer material than the ones that we were using at that time. Carla also did a jazzercise program to keep in shape for the Ra contact, and eventually we also bought a whirl pool to help relieve some of the pain in her body. In 104.2, Ra gave a kind of overview of Carla’s approach to her exercise program:

Questioner: The instrument would like to know what’s the optimum amount of aerobics, walking, and whirlpool exercises for the best condition at this time?

Ra: I am Ra. We shall answer in two ways:

Firstly, to speak to the general case, which pertains to this instrument in varying degree, each form of exercise is well accomplished approximately three to four times per your week. The amount of exercise, all quantified as one sum, is approximately one hour per diurnal period.

We now answer in a second way, distorted in this response to the duple conditions of yellow-ray, physical difficulty and mind-complex distortion. The swirling waters then must needs be viewed as being appropriate four to five of your times per week. The walking and the exercising, as much as is desired by the entity. The total of all these should in no case exceed ninety minutes per diurnal period.

The yellow-ray, physical body has been experiencing that which is called lupoid changes in much tissue of muscle and some of the organs as well. The exercise regains the wasting physical muscular strength. In some ways the walking is the more appropriate exercise due to the proximity of the entity to second-density creatures, particularly your trees.

However, the habitation you enjoy does not offer such opportunity, and instead offers the proximity to creations of mind/body/spirit complexes. This does not feed the mental/emotional needs of this entity although it produces the same physical result. The exercise fulfills more of the mental/emotional need due to the entity’s fondness for rhythmic expressions of the body such as those found in athletic endeavors derivative of the artifact system which is known among your peoples as the dance.

We suggest the support group encourage any exercise except that which exceeds the time limit, which is already far beyond the physical limitations of this body complex.

It is the way of distortion that in order to balance a distortion one must accentuate it. Thusly, the over-wearing of the body may, if correctly motivated, produce a lack of deficit, at which juncture the lesser exercise limitations should be put into practice.

Ra also mentioned that Carla had sustained an injury to the metatarsal region of her right foot. Ra recommended that we should alternate rubbing her right arch with ice and then soaking it in warm water. She faithfully followed Ra’s suggestions and was eventually able to get back to her walking routine as she had before the injury. Working with Carla’s body was like walking a tight rope. You could never take anything for granted and you had to have faith that there was a way through every problem.

This afternoon I visited a dear friend of Carla’s and mine who has been in a nursing home in Southern Indiana now for almost three years due to having two strokes in the summer of 2019. We had a zoom meet on my computer with two other dear friends and enjoyed each other’s company. I also read to Connie from a favorite book of hers Archangels and Ascended Masters by Doreen Virtue. We completed the Introduction, and we both enjoyed the concepts being discussed.

Instead Of Judgment

I am of the consciousness of Jesus the Christ and I greet you in the full consciousness of love.

The tongue of the pilgrim is often swift to judge the thoughts and actions of the self and others. This is understandable because the pilgrim is greatly concerned with distinguishing true paths from false leads which seem promising at first, yet meander off in unhelpful directions.

However, judgment creates a relationship which is not of the spirit of love between the one who judges and the one who is judged. Love does not cause such a separation and such a relationship.

And thus it is that the pilgrim may find himself much confused in attempting to place the moral impulse into logical settings. The spirit of Christ would offer, instead of judgment, a warm compassion and gentle mercy which acknowledges the infinite mystery of the pilgrim’s heart and the infinite mystery of Christ’s love.

Seek first compassion and mercy, and by the time these attitudes have furnished the pilgrim with information concerning a situation, the pilgrim may well find that even the impulse to judge has been healed and the pilgrim is at peace, resting in mystery and love.

Judgment there shall be, but not as the pilgrim may think. For judgment shall be a peaceful thing and no pilgrim shall feel slighted or bruised by the compassionate and merciful judgment of the Creator, who wishes only to bring all things into unity once again, a unity bonded and bounded in love and peace.

“Questioner: The instrument asked the following question: “Ra has implied that the instrument is on a path of martyrdom, but since all die are we not all martyr to something? When, if ever, does martyrdom partake of wisdom?”

Ra: I am Ra. This is a thoughtful query. Let us use as exemplar the one known as Jehoshua. This entity incarnated with the plan of martyrdom. There is no wisdom in this plan, but rather understanding and compassion extended to its fullest perfection.

The one known as Jehoshua would have been less-than-fully understanding of its course had it chosen to follow its will at any space/time during its teachings. Several times, as you call this measure, this entity had the possibility of moving towards the martyr’s place which was, for that martyr, Jerusalem. Yet in meditation this entity stated, time and again, “It is not yet the hour.”

The entity could also have, when the hour came, walked another path. Its incarnation would then have been prolonged but the path for which it incarnated somewhat confused. Thusly, one may observe the greatest amount of understanding, of which this entity was indeed capable, taking place as the entity in meditation felt, and knew, that the hour had come for that to be fulfilled which was its incarnation.

It is indeed so that all mind/body/spirit complexes shall die to the third-density illusion; that is, that each yellow-ray physical-complex body shall cease to be viable. It is a misnomer to, for this reason alone, call each mind/body/spirit complex a martyr, for this term is reserved for those who lay down their lives for the service they may provide to others.

We may encourage meditation upon the functions of the will.”

Ra had mentioned a number of times that Carla’s way of looking at any proposed action in terms of how she could use it to serve others was not always wise because she would eventually deplete her own physical energies by constantly looking to see how she could serve others as Ra mentioned in 96.2:

This entity has an habitual attitude which is singular; that is, when there is some necessity for action the entity is accustomed to analyzing the catalyst in terms of service and determining a course.

Ra called this the path of the martyr. And though it was a great way for Carla to polarize more positively it also could cut short her incarnation and her ability to serve as an instrument for the Ra contact. In 72.17, Ra described how our negative friend of fifth density performed its psychic greetings which produced the martyr’s effect in Carla:

The development of the psychic greeting is possible only through the energy centers starting from a station which you might call within the violet ray, moving through the adept’s energy center and therefrom towards the target of opportunity. Depending upon the vibratory nature and purpose of greeting, be it positive or negative, the entity will be energized, or blocked, in the desired way.

We of Ra approach this instrument in narrow-band contact through violet ray. Others might pierce down through this ray to any energy center. We, for instance, make great use of this instrument’s blue-ray energy center as we are attempting to communicate our distortion-understandings of the Law of One.

The entity of Orion pierces the same violet ray and moves to two places to attempt most of its non-physical opportunities. It activates the green-ray energy center while further blocking indigo-ray energy center. This combination causes confusion in the instrument and subsequent over-activity in unwise proportions in physical complex workings. It simply seeks out the distortions pre-incarnatively programmed and developed in incarnative state.

Because our friend of negative polarity would accomplish these psychic greetings to cause Carla to overextend herself by enhancing her indigo ray sense of a lack of self-worth, this would further deplete her physical energy reserves. Therefore, Ra said that it was necessary for Carla to look to the deepest level of service which she wished to offer, and use her will to focus her thoughts and energies there. In 75.15, Ra discussed Carla’s tendency towards martyrdom in relation to a psychic greeting that she experienced when she was singing Bach’s Mass in B Minor with the Louisville Bach Society:

Questioner: The chink then, as I understand it, was originally created by the decision of Jesus to take the path of martyrdom? Is this correct?

Ra: I am Ra. This is, in relation to this instrument, quite correct. It is aware of certain over-balances towards love, even to martyrdom but has not yet, to any significant degree, balanced these distortions. We do not imply that this course of unbridled compassion has any fault but affirm its perfection. It is an example of love which has served as beacon to many.

For those who seek further, the consequences of martyrdom must be considered, for in martyrdom lies the end of the opportunity, in the density of the martyr, to offer love and light. Each entity must seek its deepest path.

Ra completed their answer by suggesting that Carla meditate upon the functions of the will, and I am guessing that they were suggesting that Carla use her will as Ra said was possible for anyone in 42.12:

Questioner: In the last session you said, “The self, if conscious to a great enough extent of the workings of the catalyst of fasting, and the techniques of programming, may, through concentration of the will and the faculty of faith alone, cause reprogramming without the analogy of fasting, diet, or other analogous body complex disciplines.”

What are the techniques of programming which the higher self uses to ensure that the desired lessons are learned or attempted by the third-density self in our third-density incarnational laboratory?

Ra: I am Ra. There is but one technique for this growing, or nurturing, of will and faith, and that is the focusing of the attention. The attention span of those you call children is considered short. The spiritual attention span of most of your peoples is that of the child. Thus it is a matter of wishing to become able to collect one’s attention and hold it upon the desired programming.

This, when continued, strengthens the will. The entire activity can only occur when there exists faith that an outcome of this discipline is possible.

This morning I knew that we were supposed to get a good deal of rain, so I went outside and pumped out a quarter of the water in the fish pond and then refilled it with fresh water for the first time this year. While the water was being pumped out I cleaned the filters, then raised the water lily contains from the bottom of the pond where they spent the winter to their stone pedestals about a foot off the bottom of the pond. My last task was to fertilize the water lilies with the hope of getting two new tubers from last fall to sprout leaves. As it turned out, we didn’t get any rain, so I spent some time this afternoon reading the first draft of a book that a friend of mind has written that seeks to share information of how everyone can learn means of achieving peace within so that our world may move more firmly away from war and towards peace.

Dwell Upon Your Christhood

I am the spirit of the living Christ and I greet you in the name of Jesus, that which is so evocative of the full consciousness of love.

Dwell upon your Christhood this day. For the Son of Man invited all to partake in the suffering, renewal, resurrection and transformation that lies beyond the point of deepest suffering, of completest loss.

Gaze within in awe and wonder at the Star of Hope lying above your own stable, that heart’s manger wherein lies the tiny, infant Christ within, that Christ which is powerful enough even in infanthood to raise all within to glory.

Rest back, out of the surface illusion of your daily life. Dive beneath those murky waters and find and acknowledge today your nature and your destiny. Then know that Christ has given into your hands the companion of that infant Christ within, and seek the grace and the peace of the living spirit of Christ in each and every day.

I did the Morning Offering and then got myself ready for the day. Today the Ra quote comes from 84.1:

“Questioner: Could you first please give me the condition of the instrument?

Ra: I am Ra. The physical complex energy level of the instrument is in sizeable deficit. The vital energies are well.”

When Don asked Ra about Carla’s condition to begin this session, Ra’s first response was that her physical energy level was in “sizeable deficit.” This had been the case since Session 68 when Ra said: “This instrument’s physical energies are depleted completely.” That was in mid-August, and this session was in mid-April, a total of eight months of nearly no physical energies for Carla. However, Ra said that Carla’s vital energies were well, but this did not necessarily mean that having a session was a good idea unless there was transferred energy that was the source of the supply of vital energy as Ra suggested in 68.2:

Questioner: With the physical energies depleted completely should I continue with the session? I’m not sure exactly what that means.

Ra: I am Ra. We have available transferred energy which is due to the service offered by two of this group and, therefore, we are able to continue. Were it not for this transferred energy the instrument, whose will be strong, would have depleted its vital energies by willing the available resources.

Thus if there is no transfer of energy, and if the instrument seems depleted to the extent it now is, it is well to refrain from using the instrument. If there is energy transferred, this service may be accepted without damage to the distortion of normal vital energy.

We may note that the physical energy has been exhausted, not due to the distortion toward pain, although this is great at this space/time, but primarily due to the cumulative effects of continual experience of this distortion.

In 92.2, Ra gave half of an admonition against Carla calling upon vital energies when she had no physical energies:

The continued slight but noticeable losses of the vital energies is due to the necessity for the instrument to call upon this resource in order to clear the, shall we say, way for a carefully purified service-to-others working. The use of the will in the absence of physical and, in this particular case, mental and mental/emotional energies requires vital energies.

In 92.35, Ra gave the other half of this admonition:

The instrument, itself, might ponder some earlier words and consider their implications. We say this because the continued calling upon vital energies, if allowed to proceed to the end of the vital energy, will end this contact. There is not the need for continued calling upon these energies. The instrument must find the key to this riddle or face a growing loss of this particular service at this particular space/time nexus.

After lunch I ran a series of errands, the first stop being at the vet’s to get some meds for Dan D. Lion. Then I got a haircut just to clip off a bit of the length of my hair. Kroger’s was my next stop to pick up groceries for another week. My last stop was at Thieneman’s Nursery to pick up ten bales of pine straw.

After I got home I took my speed walk and then set about finishing the painting of the far end of the porch floor. There were a number of areas where the paint was chipping, so I scraped the chips off and then sanded those areas before painting them and completing that job. My next job was to spread six of the ten bales of pine straw in the area where I sowed grass seed yesterday between the fish pond and the pet cemetery. We are supposed to get rain tomorrow, so that will be the first watering of the newly sown grass.

The Winds Of Circumstance

I am of the principle of Jesus the Christ and I greet you in the full consciousness of love.

Just as your angry oceans in the teeth of the gale, so are your hearts within you as you attempt to deal with the things which are of your mundane world. The angry ocean rages within each cell of any body which attempts to move against the direction of the prevailing winds.

And one who chides and discriminates against its own body or circumstances does so needlessly. For the wind of circumstance is not apart from the pilgrim but much influenced by the subconscious thoughts of that pilgrim.

And the ocean of illusion is molded more than can be seen on the surface by the thoughts which are created by worry and fear.

Seek, then, the positive, forward-moving winds of the spirit which lie within and beyond all mundane bodies and circumstances, so that the winds are no longer angry and, more and more, those things mundane may breathe the fresh breeze of spirit which comes to all who may be blessed by such grateful wind.

“Questioner: I noticed you started this session with “I communicate now.” You usually use “We communicate now.” Is there any significance or difference with respect to that? And then is there anything that we can do to make the instrument more comfortable or improve the contact?

Ra: I am Ra. We am Ra. You may see the grammatical difficulties of your linguistic structure in dealing with a social memory complex. There is no distinction between the first person singular and plural in your language when pertaining to Ra.

We offer the following, not to infringe upon your free will, but because this instrument has specifically requested information as to its maintenance, and the support group does so at this querying. We may suggest that the instrument has two areas of potential distortion, both of which may be aided in the bodily sense by the ingestion of those things which seem to the instrument to be desirable.

We do not suggest any hard and fast rulings of diet, although we may suggest the virtue of the liquids. The instrument has an increasing ability to sense that which will aid its bodily complex. It is being aided by affirmations and also by the light which is the food of the density of resting.

We may ask the support group to monitor the instrument, as always, so that in the case of the desire for the more complex proteins that which is the least distorted might be offered to the bodily complex which is, indeed, at this time potentially capable of greatly increased distortion.

I am Ra. We thank you, my friends, for your continued conscientiousness in the fulfilling of your manifestation of desire to serve others. You are conscientious. The appurtenances are quite well aligned.

Before Don asked Ra how we could make Carla more comfortable or improve the contact, as he always did at the end of each Ra session, he noted that Ra had begun this session with “I communicate now.” rather than their usual, “We communicate now.” He asked Ra if there was any significance to that different wording. Ra responded by using both “I am Ra” and “We am Ra” to show the difficulty our grammar has in dealing with a social memory complex. But Ra didn’t actually respond to the point of Don’s query which was why they didn’t begin this session with their usual, “We communicate now.” Instead Ra began the session with “I communicate now.” Occasionally Ra would not grasp the complete nature of one of Don’s questions, and I have always attributed this to the fact that using “sound vibration complexes” was not their normal way of communication. On the rare instances when that occurred Don would simply ask the question again, perhaps phrasing it more clearly the second time around. But since this was the last question of the session he was not able to do that. Another example of Ra’s not understanding Don’s question and then Don repeating for clarity is in 54.5-.6:

Questioner: Now, I am assuming that the different frequencies are separated, as we have said, into the seven colors; that each of these colors may be the basic frequency for a sub-Logos of our sun-Logos; and that a sub-Logos or, shall we say, an individual may activate any one of these basic frequency or colors and use the body that is generated from the activation of that frequency or color. Is this correct?

Ra: I am Ra. If we grasp your query correctly, this is not correct in that the sub-sub-Logos resides not in dimensionalities but only in co-Creators, or mind/body/spirit complexes.

Questioner: What I meant was that a mind/body/spirit complex then can have a body activated that is one of these seven rays. Is this correct?

Ra: I am Ra. This is correct in the same sense as it is correct to state that any one may play a complex instrument which develops an euphonious harmonic vibration complex such as your piano, and can play this so well that it might offer concerts to the public, as you would say.

In other words, although it is true that each true-color vehicle is available, potentially, there is skill and discipline needed in order to avail the self of the more advanced or lighter vehicles.

Then Ra did respond to Don’s question about how we could make Carla more comfortable buy saying that there were two areas of “potential distortion” that would be aided by Carla’s simply eating and drinking those foods that she intuitively felt would be helpful. With that suggestion, Ra pretty much left it up to Carla to make her own food consumption decisions although they did say liquids were helpful. I find it interesting that they did not identify the two potential problem areas with Carla’s body even though they mentioned them a second time by saying that they were “potentially capable of greatly increased distortion.” They even asked Don and me to “monitor” Carla in case she desired protein so that we could give her the “least distorted” possible. In this case I am pretty sure that they were referring to any desire that she might have had to eat meat. In 102.16, Ra again showed concern regarding the type of meat that Carla might eat:

Questioner: Would Ra please mention which foods are highly probable in not causing any spasming in the instrument’s digestive system?

Ra: I am Ra. The liquids not containing carbonation, the well-cooked vegetable which is most light and soft, the well-cooked grains, the non-fatted meat such as the fish. You may note that some recommended foodstuffs overlap allergies and sensitivities due to the juvenile-rheumatoid-arthritic distortions. Further, although sugar, such as is in your sweetened desserts, represents a potential, we may suggest that it be included at this period for aforementioned reasons.

I am also guessing that the reason that Ra did not identify the two areas of concern in Carla’s body was in regards to maintaining our free will. In the next session this appears to be true for one of the areas of concern as Ra pointed out in 84.3:

Questioner: What disease in particular were you speaking of, and what would be its cause?

Ra: I am Ra. One disease, as you call this distortion, is that of the arthritis and the lupus erythematosus. The cause of this complex of distortions is, at base, pre-incarnative. We refrain from determining the other distortion potential at this space/time due to our desire to maintain the free will of this group. Affirmations may yet cause this difficulty to resolve itself.

Therefore, we simply encouraged the general care with the diet with the instructions about allergy, as you call this quite complex distortion of the mind and body complexes.

And the last report that we got on these areas of concern was in 85.2:

The condition of this instrument is as follows: The necessity for extreme vigilance is less due to the somewhat lessened physical complex energy deficit. The potential for distortion remains, and continued watchfulness over the ingestion of helpful foodstuffs continues to be recommended. Although the instrument is experiencing more than the, shall we say, normal (for this mind/body/spirit complex) distortion towards pain at this space/time nexus, the basic condition is less distorted. The vital energies are as previously stated.

The second area of concern was not mentioned again, so I am assuming that “affirmations and also by the light which is the food of the density of resting” which Ra had mentioned previously were able to heal this distortion. This is another clear indication that Ra was in the earth’s fifth density while communicating with us and, indeed, had been there for quite some time as they mentioned in 14.4:

There were a few attempts to aid your peoples approximately two three oh oh [2,300] years ago, this in the area of Egypt. The remaining part of the cycle, we have never been gone from your fifth dimension and have been working in this last minor cycle to prepare for harvest.

This afternoon I washed the part of the front porch cement floor that I did not paint yesterday. I didn’t paint it because it had very few chips in its paint, probably because people hardly ever walk back there. After I washed it with the sprayer on my garden hose, I used a mop to scrub the dusty areas, and then I blew it dry with my backpack blower. It is now a perfect match for the area I painted yesterday, and I have just enough paint left to touch up the few areas of peeling and chipping paint.

Then I used my garden tiller to lightly till the area between the fish pond and the pet cemetery so that I could use my seed spreader to spread grass seed. I had just enough seed for the job. Then I used my leaf rake to smooth the area before putting five bales of pine straw on half of the area. I will buy more pine straw tomorrow while I am running errands and finish the job.

The First Item On The Agenda

I am of the principle of Jesus the Christ and I greet you in the full consciousness of divine love.

Stand upon the rocky crag and gaze out over the broad land of this precious day. You have the long view now. Perhaps you have an agenda, a list, a plan for the day. But have you placed first the divine order of love in action?

Love in action creates a system of natural laws. Any person with an agenda which does not recognize first the source of inspiration which makes all things beautiful is going to experience a day less blessed, less full of love, and less inspired.

As you set your agenda, let your first item be to seek first the natural order of the divine Father, for this allows the inspiration, the breath of the soul, to make vital that inner self which knows so much more than the agenda-maker who sat upon the bare rock of a morning and only gazed at his agenda and not at the divine beauty of the larger view and the natural order.

Let peace flow through your veins as heavenly blood. Let inspiration be your heavenly bread. And let your day be blessed with inspiration and peace, as you know that you are doing the Father’s will for you today.

“Questioner: Now, in some cases it seems that this use of catalyst is almost in a runaway condition for some entities; that they are experiencing much more pain than they can make good use of as far as catalytic nature would be concerned. Could you comment on our present condition in the illusion with respect to that particular subject?

Ra: I am Ra. This shall be the last query of this working of a full length.

You may see, in some cases, an entity which, either by pre-incarnative choice or by constant reprogramming while in incarnation, has developed an esurient program of catalyst. Such an entity is quite desirous of using the catalyst and has determined, to its own satisfaction, that what you may call the large board needs to be applied to the forehead in order to obtain the attention of the self.

In these cases it may indeed seem a great waste of the catalyst of pain; and a distortion towards feeling the tragedy of so much pain may be experienced by the other-self. However, it is well to hope that the other-self is grasping that which it has gone to some trouble to offer itself; that is, the catalyst which it desires to use for the purpose of evolution.

May we ask if there are any brief queries at this time?”

Carla’s pre-incarnative programming was similar to this situation in that she programmed physical limitations that would keep her focused on her inner journey of meditation and channeling. She also programmed the lesson of learning how to give love without expectation of return. This manifested in her life when her parents discovered that she was a child prodigy, and they felt that the best way to enhance her high intelligence was to give her constructive criticism for her accomplishments instead of compliments. Ra discussed this situation in 50.5:

This entity chose, before incarnation, the means whereby catalyst had great probability of being obtained. This entity desired the process of expressing love and light without expecting any return. This instrument programmed also to endeavor to accomplish spiritual work and to comfort itself with companionship in the doing of this work.

Agreements were made prior to incarnation; the first, with the so-called parents and siblings of this entity. This provided the experiential catalyst for the situation of offering radiance of being without expectation of return.

Because of so many constructive criticisms from her parents, by the age of 12 Carla felt she was a failure at serving others and prayed to die. Six months later her kidneys failed, and she had a Near Death Experience where she was given the choice to end this life and to incarnate an additional time to spread the learning out over two lifetimes, or to go back and finish her life. She couldn’t stand the thought of another childhood, so she came back. Ra discussed this situation in 63.2-.3:

Questioner: Was the original problem with the kidneys some 25 years ago caused by psychic attack?

Ra: I am Ra. This is only partially correct. There were psychic attack components to the death of this body at that space/time. However, the guiding vibratory complex in this event was the will of the instrument. This instrument desired to leave this plane of existence as it did not feel it could be of service.

Questioner: You are saying that the instrument itself then created the kidney problem at that time?

Ra: I am Ra. The instrument’s desire to leave this density lowered the defenses of an already predisposed weak body complex, and an allergic reaction was so intensified as to cause the complications which distorted the body complex towards unviability.

The will of the instrument, when it found that there was, indeed, work to be done in service, was again the guiding factor, or complex of vibratory patterns, which kept the body complex from surrendering to dissolution of the ties which cause the vitality of life.

From that point on her juvenile rheumatoid arthritis set in, and she began the second set of lessons to balance giving without expectation of return; that is, learning how to receive the love offerings of others. This meant that she had to work on her indigo ray and learn how to feel worthy of the love offerings of others as Ra said in 60.8:

Questioner: What would she do then in order to alleviate these problems?

Ra: I am Ra. As we have said, this instrument, feeling that it lacked compassion to balance wisdom, chose an incarnative experience whereby it was, of necessity, placed in situations of accepting self in the absence of other-selves’ acceptance, and the acceptance of other-self without expecting a return or energy transfer. This is not an easy program for an incarnation but was deemed proper by this entity.

This entity, therefore, must needs meditate and consciously, moment by moment, accept the self in its limitations which have been placed for the very purpose of bringing this entity to the precise tuning we are using.

Further, having learned to radiate acceptance and love without expecting return, this entity now must balance this by learning to accept the gifts of love and acceptance of others, which this instrument feels some discomfort in accepting. These two balancing workings will aid this entity in the release from the distortion called pain. The limitations are, to a great extent, fixed.

The last five years of her life, which saw her mostly confined to a hospital bed with surgical wounds on her back, gave her this opportunity to accept the love offerings of others, which she successfully used. I was blessed to be able to open my heart in all-compassionate love as I helped her by doing for her those things which she needed and could not do herself. Thus her pre-incarnative plan was fulfilled just as she had hoped it would be.

This afternoon I painted the half of the front porch floor that leads up the steps and into the house. It had been peeling and chipping for some time, but I had just enough paint to get it and the steps painted and back in good shape. The other half of the porch didn’t need painting, but it does need cleaning, so I am planning to wet mop it tomorrow and see if the two sides match better afterwards.

Realization And Confusion

I am of the principle of Jesus the Christ, and I greet you in the full consciousness of love.

Woe to the pilgrim who sits down upon the way, having decided that the wisdom which has come to him shall be the basis from which he shall view the world. For realization cannot be attained. It can only be accepted.

Realization cannot be retained, but only experienced anew in each infinitely small moment.

Thus, it is the pilgrim who walks on with appreciation both for realizations and confusions; who walks the straight and narrow path placing one foot before another, not because of the surety of the point of view but because of the faith of one who laughs at unseen steps, knowing that the path is protected, as is all creation, by the very nature of the creation of love, which is the ultimate reality.

Ra: I am Ra. It is a necessary balance to the intention of law, which is to protect, that the result would encompass an equal distortion towards imprisonment. Therefore, we may say that your supposition is correct.

This is not to denigrate those who, in green- and blue-ray energies, sought to free a peaceable people from the bonds of chaos but only to point out the inevitable consequences of codification of response which does not recognize the uniqueness of each and every situation within your experience.”

Don and Ra had been having a conversation about unintended slavery in our society in general and then our legal system in particular. It was in 83.12, where Don made the quote that he referred to in this question:

Questioner: Then you say that there are no cases where those who are service-to-others oriented are using, in any way, techniques of enslavement that have grown as a result of the evolution of our social structures? Is this what you mean?

Ra: I am Ra. It was our understanding that your query concerned conditions before the veiling. There was no unconscious slavery, as you call this condition, at that period. At the present space/time the condition of well-meant and unintentional slavery are so numerous that it beggars our ability to enumerate them.

Speaking in general about laws, the Ten Commandments are some of the most famous laws in human history. In 16.15, Ra revealed the source of these laws:

Questioner: Can you tell me the origin of the Ten Commandments?

Ra: I am Ra. The origin of these commandments follows the law of negative entities impressing information upon positively oriented mind/body/spirit complexes. The information attempted to copy, or ape, positivity while retaining negative characteristics.

And in 16.20, Don pointed out the basic flaw in the Ten Commandments:

Questioner: It would be unlike an entity fully aware of the knowledge of the Law of One to ever say, “Thou shalt not.” Is this correct?

Ra: I am Ra. This is correct.

In 87.7, Ra gave the primary nature of our negative friend of the fifth density:

Such an entity spends its consciousness within the realms of time/space in an attempt to learn the Ways of Wisdom through the utmost use of the powers and resources of the self. Since the self is the Creator, the wisdom density provides many informative and fascinating experiences for the negatively polarized entity.

In some respects one may see a more lucid early attachment to wisdom from those of negative polarity, as the nexus of positions of consciousness upon which wisdom is laid is simpler.

The relationship of such an entity to fourth-density negative entities is one of the more powerful and the less powerful. The negative path posits slavery of the less powerful as a means of learning the desire to serve the self to the extent that the will is brought to bear. It is in this way that polarity is increased in the negative sense. Thus fourth-density entities are willing slaves of such a fifth-density entity, there being no doubt whatsoever of the relative power of each.

In 87.8, Don used Ra’s response to Don’s previous question in the paragraphs above to ask Ra how this principle of negativity could be seen in our world today:

Questioner: A reflection of this could be seen in our density in many of those leaders that instigate war and have followers who support, in total conviction that the direction of conquest is correct. Is this correct?

Ra: I am Ra. Any organization which demands obedience without question upon the basis of relative power is functioning according to the above-described plan.

The one-size-fits-all concept for laws in any level of creation is doomed to failure because of this very basic statement of the nature of all entities that Ra made in 101.2:

Each entity has its ways of viewing and learning from the illusion, and each processes catalyst using unique circuitry. Thus all need not be the same to be equal in will and faith.

Spring has returned to Kentucky with temperatures in the mid-60s, so I went outside this afternoon and trimmed back the dead perennial giant hibiscus stalks to six inches tall so I can see where the new ones will be growing in. Then I spread four bales of pine straw around the Wuthering Heights Mound in the front yard and on the two hydrangea beds just outside of my bedroom window. My last little job was to scrap the peeling paint off of the first half of the front porch so that I can paint that area tomorrow. The other half of the front porch looks good, probably because there is no foot traffic there.

The Power Of Choice

I am of the principle of the consciousness of Jesus the Christ and I greet you in the full consciousness of divine love.

Gaze at time. Gaze at the time that you have to spend within your next day. Gaze at the “talents,” the riches, of hours and minutes that you hold now at the beginning of the day in your cupped palm. Gaze at hours to fill and spend in any way which delights your soul, your mind, and your heart and know the power of choice.

Gaze now at those things not held in the hand, those things held by others’ hands and hearts, those things quite out of one’s control. In spending the minted money of God’s time it is known by the buyer what is intended to be bought in terms of energy expended upon relationships and towards cooperation in work and planning, but it is not known how it shall be received.

Know that your spending plan of time shall not be judged in respect of those things which could not be controlled by the self. Rather, the spending of your precious time shall be adjudged according to the intentions for service.

Know, then, that the riches and consolation of time in the Holy Spirit of the living Christ may, together, move forward with each precious minute and hour so that one spends it in such a way as to magnify time and the wisdom and consolation of grace. May you see the plenitude of your power in Christ! And may you spend wisely, this day and every day.

“Questioner: Was there any uniformity or like functions of societies or social organizations prior to the veil?

Ra: I am Ra. The third density is, by its very fiber, a societal one. There are societies wherever there are entities conscious of the self, and conscious of other-selves, and possessed with intelligence adequate to process information indicating the benefits of communal blending of energies. The structures of society before as after veiling were various.

However, the societies before veiling did not depend, in any case, upon the intentional enslavement of some for the benefit of others, this not being seen to be a possibility when all are seen as one. There was, however, the requisite amount of disharmony to produce various experiments in what you may call governmental or societal structures.”

In this question Don asked Ra if societies as we know them existed before the veil of forgetting. Ra made a general reply that all third-density experiences were social by nature. Self-consciousness is a requirement of third density as Ra described in 19.11:

Questioner: Can you tell me how this new bodily complex was suited to third-density lessons and what those lessons were?

Ra: I am Ra. There is one necessity for third density. That necessity is self-awareness, or self-consciousness. In order to be capable of such, this chemical complex of body must be capable of the abstract thought. Thus, the fundamental necessity is the combination of rational and intuitive thinking. This was transitory in the second-density forms, operating largely upon intuition, which proved through practice to yield results.

The third-density mind was capable of processing information in such a way as to think abstractly and in what could be termed “useless” ways, in the sense of survival. This is the primary requisite.

There are other important ingredients: the necessity for a weaker physical vehicle to encourage the use of the mind, the development of the already present awareness of the social complex. These also being necessary: the further development of physical dexterity in the sense of the hand, as you call this portion of your body complex.

The rational and intuitive thinking made interaction with other-selves possible, and the weaker physical body made it more necessary to have assistance to accomplish physical work in, for example, building homes, raising food, and engaging in trade. In 21.9, Ra gave some of the process of the development of interaction with other selves at the beginning of our third density:

Thus, the beginning entity is one in all innocence oriented towards animalistic behavior using other-selves only as extensions of self for the preservation of the all-self. The entity becomes slowly aware that it has needs, shall we say, that are not animalistic; that is, that are useless for survival. These needs include: the need for companionship, the need for laughter, the need for beauty, the need to know the universe about it. These are the beginning needs.

As the incarnations begin to accumulate, further needs are discovered: the need to trade, the need to love, the need to be loved, the need to elevate animalistic behaviors to a more universal perspective.

During the first portion of third-density cycles, incarnations are automatic and occur rapidly upon the cessation of energy complex of the physical vehicle. There is small need to review or to heal the experiences of the incarnation. As, what you would call, the energy centers begin to be activated to a higher extent, more of the content of experience during incarnation deals with the lessons of love.

Ra then added that before the veil there was no “intentional enslavement of some for the benefit of others” since each entity was seen as the Creator and the same as the self. However, there was apparently enough disharmony between pre-veil entities that various types of governmental structures were devised as a means of dealing with each other in groups. Politics always seems to bring out differences in people even those who see everyone as the Creator. But even this little bit of added catalyst for the pre-veil entities was probably more of an aid to their beginning to polarize in consciousness than anything else that they did. In 34.9, Ra described the general nature of the political arena and how one can polarize in either direction in the use of the orange and yellow energy centers:

The societal and self interactions most often concentrate upon the second and third energy centers. Thus those most active in attempting to remake or alter the society are those working from feelings of being correct personally, or of having answers which will put power in a more correct configuration. This may be seen to be of a full travel from negative to positive in orientation. Either will activate these energy ray centers.

There are some few whose desires to aid society are of a green-ray nature or above. These entities, however, are few due to the understanding, may we say, of fourth ray that universal love freely given is more to be desired than principalities, or even the rearrangement of peoples or political structures.

Today was another Sabbath Day of Rest, and after answering a few emails this morning, I decided to take a nap and literally rest more than usual. After noon I took my usual errand run to Feeder’s Supply to buy food for the kitties. Then I stopped in at the Rainbow Blossom Health Food Store to buy some Balanced B Complex Vitamins. My last stop was at Paul’s Fruit Market to buy some food for myself. In the afternoon I took the search engine for our new website for a spin and was amazed at the amount of information available in the areas of channelings, interviews, speeches, news, and podcasts. We truly have a wealth of spiritual information available for any spiritual seeker, and it is available for free. I also meditated more than usual today, often with my cat Dan. D. Lion in my lap.

The Invocation Of Love

I am of the principle of Jesus the Christ and I greet you in the full consciousness of divine love.

Each day you go forth to run the straight race, to move in rhythmic grace through the workaday world. Each day you begin with highest hopes and many days spin themselves out like rainbows, a blessing to yourself and others, seemingly effortless, peaceful and beautiful.

Yet, we would ask you this day to remember that phrase, “Lift up thine eyes unto the hills. Whence cometh thy help? Thy help is in the name of the Lord.”

Perhaps this particular day there may be part of that grace of everyday life that seems heavy and less than pleasant. Lift up your eyes. Remember whence help truly comes. It is in the lifting of the viewpoint, in the invocation of love, unity, consolation and peace.

Let this be a comfort unto you when it is needed, for that consolation lies all about each seeker, to be touched into lightly in the happy times and to be sought without worry and with sureness of everlasting safety in difficult moments.

I said the prayer at the Gaia Meditation tonight:

We come in the name of Love and open our hearts, our minds, and our souls to send love, light, and healing energies to Mother Earth as she brings forth a New Earth in fourth density. We ask that the infinite love, light, and healing energies of the One Infinite Creator heal the heart of each soul in pain on Earth tonight. May all souls on Earth feel our love, light, and healing energies in their hearts, in their minds, and in their souls. Amen.

I did the Morning Offering and then got myself ready for the day. Today the Ra quote comes from 83.6-.8:

“Questioner: I’ll make this statement, and you can correct me, then. As I see the nature of the action of disease, specifically before the veil, it seems to me that the Logos had decided upon a program where an individual mind/body/spirit would continue to grow in mind, and the body would be the third-density analog of this mind, and the growth would be continual unless there was a lack of growth or an inability, for some reason, for the mind to continue along the growth patterns.

If this growth decelerated or stopped, then what we call disease would then act in a way so as to eventually terminate this physical experience so that a new physical experience could be started to continue the growth process after a review of the entire process had taken place between incarnations. Would you clear up my thinking on that, please?

Ra: I am Ra. Your thinking is sufficiently clear on this subject.

Questioner: One thing I don’t understand is why, if there was no veil, that the review of incarnation after the incarnation would help the process, since it seems to me that the entity should already be aware of what was happening. Possibly this has to do with the nature of space/time and time/space. Could you clear that up, please?

Ra: I am Ra. It is true that the nature of time/space is such that a lifetime may be seen whole as a book or record, the pages studied, riffled through, and re-read. However, the value of review is that of the testing as opposed to the studying. At the testing, when the test is true, the distillations of all study are made clear.

During the process of study (which you may call the incarnation), regardless of an entity’s awareness of the process taking place, the material is diffused, and over-attention is almost inevitably placed upon detail.

The testing upon the cessation of the incarnative state is not that testing which involves the correct memorization of many details. This testing is, rather, the observing of self by self, often with aid, as we have said. In this observation one sees the sum of all the detailed study: that being an attitude, or complex of attitudes, which bias the consciousness of the mind/body/spirit.

Questioner: I just thought of an analogy while you were saying that, in that I fly an airplane, and I have testing in a simulator, but this is not too much of a test since I know we’re bolted to the ground and can’t get hurt. However, when we’re actually flying and making the approach, landing etc., in the airplane, even though it’s the same, it is . . . (I guess a poor analogy with respect to what was happening prior to the veil).

I know all of the conditions in both cases, and yet I cannot get too interested in the simulator work because I know that it is bolted to the ground. I see this as the entities prior to the veil knowing they were [chuckles] bolted to the creation, so to speak, or part of it. Is this a reasonable analogy?

Ra: I am Ra. This is quite reasonable, although it does not bear upon the function of the review of incarnation but rather bears upon the experiential differences before and after veiling.”

In Don’s first question he made the assumption that before the veil it was the design of the Logos that mind/body/spirits would grow mentally until for some reason the growth stopped. Then disease would act upon the body, which is the analogue of the mind, to end the incarnation. Then there would be a review of the incarnation before another incarnation with further lessons was begun. Ra replied that Don was basically correct. In 76.20, Ra described how disease would act upon the body to terminate it:

Questioner: What was the form of disease, and why did this exist at beginning third density?

Ra: I am Ra. Firstly, that which you speak of as disease is a functional portion of the body complex which offers the body complex the opportunity to cease viability. This is a desirable body complex function.

The second portion of the answer has to do with second-density other-selves of a microscopic, as you would call it, size, which have in some forms long-existed, and perform their service by aiding the physical body complex in its function of ceasing viability at the appropriate space/time.

So then Don asked Ra how an entity in the pre-veil condition would gain anything out of the healing and review that would follow the end of the incarnation since its consciousness would be uninterrupted. Ra’s basic reply was that no matter whether an entity is in the pre or post veil condition the desired lessons of the incarnation are diffused during the incarnation, and too much attention is given to unimportant details. What was of real importance were the attitudes or biases that were developed and whether they were in harmony with the pre-incarnative desires of the entity. In 82.25, Ra described this process in slightly different terms for the pre-veil entities:

Questioner: I don’t grasp too well the condition of incarnation, and time between incarnation, prior to the veil in that I do not understand what was the difference other than the manifestation of the third-density, yellow-ray body. Was there any mental difference upon what we call death? Was there any— I don’t see the necessity for what we call a review of the incarnation if the consciousness was uninterrupted. Could you clear that point for me?

Ra: I am Ra. No portion of the Creator audits the course, to use your experiential terms. Each incarnation is intended to be a course in the Creator knowing Itself.

A review or, shall we say, to continue the metaphor, each test is an integral portion of the process of the Creator knowing Itself. Each incarnation will end with such a test. This is so that the portion of the Creator may assimilate the experiences in yellow-ray, physical third density, may evaluate the biases gained, and may then choose, either by means of automatically provided aid, or by the self, the conditions of the next incarnation.

So to be clear, there was a review of the incarnation, but there was no healing necessary because there was no harm done as Ra said in 82.24:

Questioner: We have presently an activity between physical incarnations called healing and review of the incarnation. Was anything of this nature occurring prior to the veil between physical incarnations?

Ra: I am Ra. The inchoate structure of this process was always in place, but where there has been no harm there need be no healing.

This, too, may be seen to have been of concern to Logoi which were aware that, without the need to understand, understanding would forever be left undone. We ask your forgiveness for the use of this misnomer, but your language has a paucity of sound vibration complexes for this general concept.

This afternoon I decided to work indoors since we got some snow last night, and the temperature outside is in the mid-20s. So I used a wet mop and mopped all of the exposed hard wood floors on the first floor of the house. Wet mopping gets all those little smudges off the floor and makes everything look shiny and clean.

All That Is Needed Is Given

I am the spirit of Jesus the Christ and I greet you in the full consciousness of love.

Passionately does this instrument pray at this time to be of service to others. For all who would wish to be of service, we would recommend that passion be turned into surety; that hope be filled with faith.

For whence indeed cometh help? Is it not written in the Psalter that help cometh from the Lord who made heaven and earth? Cannot this great principle of creation, which created all that there is, create those channels of help which are needed at the time that they are needed and not before?

You who have walked the pilgrim’s path have surely noted that all that is needed is given in its time and all that is not given is that which is not needed for the learning and flowering of that individual soul.

Rest back into the strength and the passion that created all and trust yourselves, you who seek to serve, as adequate channels needing only to be open when help is requested. So you shall serve and infinity flow through you. Worry not that your supply may fail.
