I did the Morning Offering and then got myself ready for the day. Today the Ra quote comes from 72.17:

“Questioner: Why is there no protection at the floor, or bottom, of the banishing ritual, and should there be?

Ra: I am Ra. This will be the last full query of this working.

The development of the psychic greeting is possible only through the energy centers starting from a station which you might call within the violet ray, moving through the adept’s energy center and therefrom towards the target of opportunity. Depending upon the vibratory nature and purpose of greeting, be it positive or negative, the entity will be energized, or blocked, in the desired way.

We of Ra approach this instrument in narrow-band contact through violet ray. Others might pierce down through this ray to any energy center. We, for instance, make great use of this instrument’s blue-ray energy center as we are attempting to communicate our distortion-understandings of the Law of One.

The entity of Orion pierces the same violet ray and moves to two places to attempt most of its non-physical opportunities. It activates the green-ray energy center while further blocking indigo-ray energy center. This combination causes confusion in the instrument and subsequent over-activity in unwise proportions in physical complex workings. It simply seeks out the distortions pre-incarnatively programmed and developed in incarnative state.

The energies of life itself, being the One Infinite Creator, flow from the south pole of the body, seen in its magnetic form. Thus only the Creator may, through the feet, enter the energy shell of the body to any effect. The effects of the adept are those from the upper direction, and thus the building of the wall of light is quite propitious.

May we ask if there are any shorter queries at this time?”

In this question Don asked Ra if the Banishing Ritual of the lesser Pentagram should have some kind of protection at the floor level as it has protection for all four sides and the top. Ra said that only the Creator could enter an entity from the floor or the red-ray energy center. I believe that here Ra is talking about the intelligent energy or prana that brings us our pre-incarnative choices that are related to each energy center and which are biased by the unconscious mind to help us use our choices of catalyst more effectively. This energy moves up the energy enters until it is blocked, and at the level of the blockage is where the processing of catalyst begins. In 49.6, Ra gave a detailed description of this how this works:

Questioner: What process would be the recommended process for correctly awakening, as they say, the kundalini, and of what value would that be?

Ra: I am Ra. The metaphor of the coiled serpent being called upwards is vastly appropriate for consideration by your peoples. This is what you are attempting when you seek. There are, as we have stated, great misapprehensions concerning this metaphor and the nature of pursuing its goal. We must generalize and ask that you grasp the fact that this, in effect, renders far less useful that which we share. However, as each entity is unique, generalities are our lot when communicating for your possible edification.

We have two types of energy. We are attempting, then, as entities in any true color of this octave, to move the meeting place of inner and outer natures further and further along, or upward along, the energy centers. The two methods of approaching this with sensible method are first, the seating within one’s self of those experiences which are attracted to the entity through the south pole. Each experience will need to be observed, experienced, balanced, accepted, and seated within the individual. As the entity grows in self-acceptance and awareness of catalyst, the location of the comfortable seating of these experiences will rise to the new true-color entity. The experience, whatever it may be, will be seated in red ray and considered as to its survival content and so forth.

Each experience will be sequentially understood by the growing and seeking mind/body/spirit complex in terms of survival, then in terms of personal identity, then in terms of social relations, then in terms of universal love, then in terms of how the experience may beget free communication, then in terms of how the experience may be linked to universal energies, and finally in terms of the sacramental nature of each experience.

Meanwhile the Creator lies within. In the north pole the crown is already upon the head and the entity is potentially a god. This energy is brought into being by the humble and trusting acceptance of this energy through meditation and contemplation of the self and of the Creator.

Where these energies meet is where the serpent will have achieved its height. When this uncoiled energy approaches universal love and radiant being the entity is in a state whereby the harvestability of the entity comes nigh.

Ra also suggested that psychic greetings occur when negative entities enter the unprotected violet ray and move downwards to the energy centers that they wish to either energize or block in order to create the psychic greeting. Our negative friend would energize Carla’s green-ray center causing her to attempt to serve others and be overactive in doing so, and then block her indigo-ray center causing her to feel unworthy and in even more need to serve others to the degree that she would overdo her physical activity and deplete her physical energy even more than it normally was. In 12.31, Ra gave another most detailed explanation of how this type of psychic greeting was accomplished by our negative friend:

Questioner: Is there a best way for these entities to heal themselves of their physical ailments?

Ra: I am Ra. This will be the last complete question of this time/space.

The self-healing distortion is effected through realization of the intelligent infinity resting within. This is blocked in some way in those who are not perfectly balanced in bodily complexes. The blockage varies from entity to entity. It requires the conscious awareness of the spiritual nature of reality, if you will, and the corresponding pourings of this reality into the individual mind/body/spirit complex for healing to take place.

We will use this instrument as example. The portions of its ailment, as you call this distortion complex, that can be perfected in balance are due primarily to a blockage of the indigo-ray, or pineal, energy center. This center receives the intelligent energy from all sources lawful within the One Creation; that is, lawful in this third-density distortion or illusion. If there is no blockage, these energies pour or stream down into the mind/body/spirit complex, perfecting, moment by moment, the individual’s body complex.

This instrument also experiences some distortion of the green-ray energy center which you may call the heart center. It is overly open due to an intensive desire-distortion on the part of this mind/body/spirit complex towards service to others, or as you may call it, universal love. This entity, therefore, spends itself without regard to its reserves of mind/body/spirit-complex distortion in regard to what you call strength or energy. This distortion is primarily due to the blockage of the indigo ray, as we have said before. The misapprehension-distortion of the instrument responsible for this blockage is the basic orientation towards a belief in unworthiness. The unworthiness-distortion blocks the free flow of intelligent energy.

The seventh, or violet, ray is unimpaired, this being not only an energy receptor but a sum total of the vibratory level of the individual. The other energy centers are also quite clear. The solution to healing in this case is action that puts into practice the peaceful understanding, in humility-distortion, that the entity is one with the Creator, therefore perfected and not separate. In each case of what you would call ill health, one or more of these energy centers is blocked. The intelligence of the mind/body/spirit complex needs, then, to be alerted either by the self as healer or by the catalyst of another healer, as we have said before.

Ra said they entered Carla’s violet-ray energy center and moved down to the blue-ray energy center when they were using Carla’s vocal cords and mouth to make words to answer Don’s questions. In 1.0, Ra attempted to transfer their contact from Carla to Don, and they gave Don a description of just where on his head and violet ray they would be making contact:

The instrument will find us entering the energy field at a slight angle towards the back of the top of the head in a narrow but strong area of intensity. We are not able to offer any conditioning due to our own transmitting limitations. Therefore, if the instrument can feel this particular effect he may then speak our thoughts as they come to him. 

This morning I put away the last of the cleaned China plates and cups in the fourth and last of the upper shelving areas in the kitchen. Then I began a series of loads of China pots, cups, pitchers and decorative pieces from the living room, office, hallway, and the shelf above the shower in my bathroom. As the loads of China were going through the dish washer cycles I began cleaning the silver-plated pitchers, pots, and serving trays from these same areas using a cleaner called Tarn-X.

This process went into the afternoon, and by mid-afternoon this cleaning of China, crystal, and silver-plated was complete, having taken three days and eight loads in the dish washer. I also cleaned the resting places of all of these items as another part of this pre-Christmas ritual that Carla asked me to accomplish many years ago, and I continue it in her memory as a part of my celebration of the Christmas season.

To Smile Or To Frown

I am of the principle of divine love. I greet you in the consciousness of Jesus the Christ.

What have we to say about the world as you gaze at it this day? Perhaps today we would wish you to see that which is behind the daily matters which shall parade this day before your eyes.

Many things shall occur within this day and you shall have many opportunities to smile or to frown; to speak the kind word or the harsh one; to react impulsively or to take it easy and gaze at a situation long enough to gauge its total nature.

Perhaps, this day of all rushing Christmas days, we would suggest to each to take the time to slow down and to consider, in all the hustle and bustle, in all the choices that are made, that the great choice is always for merriment and for the expressions of love and sharing. All other considerations of preparation and business have not the priority of offering and manifesting the love of Christ in God.

May you stop and sense that abiding, deep, magical and peaceful presence. And in each choice that you make this day, may that feeling of peace empower and strengthen your ability to choose well your manifestation to the outer world.

You are children of the Most High. May you experience your birthright this day.

“Questioner: The negatively oriented entities who contact us and others on this planet are limited by the First Distortion. They have obviously been limited by the banishing ritual just performed. Could you describe, with respect to free will, how they limit themselves in order to work within the First Distortion? And how the banishing ritual itself works?

Ra: I am Ra. This query has several portions. Firstly, those of negative polarity do not operate with respect to free will unless it is necessary. They call themselves and will infringe whenever they feel it possible.

Secondly, they are limited by the great Law of Confusion in that, for the most part, they are unable to enter this planetary sphere of influence and are able to use the windows of time/space distortion only insofar as there is some calling to balance the positive calling. Once they are here, their desire is conquest.

Thirdly, in the instance of this instrument’s being removed permanently from this space/time, it is necessary to allow the instrument to leave its yellow-ray physical complex of its free will. Thus trickery has been attempted.

The use of the light forms being generated is such as to cause such entities to discover a wall through which they cannot pass. This is due to the energy complexes of the light beings and aspects of the One Infinite Creator invoked and evoked in the building of the wall of light.”

After we were able to resume the sessions with Ra, due to the effectiveness of the Banishing Ritual of the Lesser Pentagram, Don asked how such rituals work to keep negative entities out of our sessions. Ra began the answer by saying that negative entities will happily infringe upon a person’s free will whenever they can do so without losing polarity. For them it’s a bottom line game, and they seek to gain control of positive power and to conquer the entire planet, if they can, and extend their empire of domination by adding our Mother Earth and her population to their empire. In 7.14, Ra described the nature of this process:

Questioner: I’ll just ask about Orion. You mentioned Orion as a source of some of the contacts of UFOs. Can you tell me something of that contact, its purpose?

Ra: I am Ra. Consider, if you will, a simple example of intentions which are bad/good. This example is Adolf. This is your vibratory sound complex. The intention is to presumably unify by choosing the distortion complex called elite from a social memory complex, and then enslaving, by various effects, those who are seen as the distortion of not-elite. There is then the concept of taking the social memory complex thus weeded and adding it to a distortion thought of by the so-called Orion group as an empire.

The problem facing them is that they face a great deal of random energy released by the concept of separation. This causes them to be vulnerable as the distortions amongst their own members are not harmonized.

Our group’s desire to serve others through the Ra contact produced a light and power that the Orion group dearly wanted to add to their collection. Carla’s spirit was considered a prize of primary importance as she was the channel for the Ra contact. In 80.7, Ra revealed what our negative friend would gain if they could control Carla’s spirit:

Questioner: I understand this up to a point—that point is if the entity were successful in either of these attempts, of what value would this be to him? Would it increase his ability? Would it increase his polarity? By what mechanism would it do whatever it does?

Ra: I am Ra. Having attempted for some of your space/time with no long-lasting result to do these things, the entity may be asking this question of itself.

The gain for triumph is an increase in negative polarity to the entity in that it has removed a source of radiance and, thereby, offered to this space/time the opportunity of darkness where there once was light. In the event that it succeeded in enslaving the mind/body/spirit complex of the instrument it would have enslaved a fairly powerful entity, thus adding to its power.

Because of groups like ours, which produced positive information, the Law of Free Will then operates to allow the possibility of negative entities being able to enter the Earth’s influence and offer their negative philosophy as a balancing mechanism for the planet as a whole as Ra stated in 67.20:

Questioner: Now, the main point of this line of questioning has to do with the First Distortion and the fact that this window existed. Was this, shall I say, a portion of the random window effect? And are we experiencing the same type of balancing in receiving the offerings of this entity as the planet in general receives because of the window effect?

Ra: I am Ra. This is precisely correct. As the planetary sphere accepts more highly evolved positive entities or groups with information to offer, the same opportunity must be offered to similarly wise negatively oriented entities or groups.

Fortunately, Don was aware of the protective value of the wall of light that this banishing ritual created. Since the light of the One Creator and that of the four archangels are invoked in this ritual, the negative entities were unable to complete their plans. Our group harmony and Carla’s purity of seeking were also great aids in providing protection for us as was our determination to see the Orion entities as our other selves and our sending of love and light to them as we surrounded ourselves with it as well, as Ra recommended in 44.10:

Questioner: Each of us gets the signals and dreams. I have been aware of clairaudient communication at least once in waking up. Can you suggest a method whereby we might, shall I say, nullify the effect of the influence that we don’t want from a negative source?

Ra: I am Ra. There are various methods. We shall offer the most available or simple. To share the difficult contact with the other-selves associated with this working and to meditate in love for these senders of images and light for self and other-selves is the most available means of nullifying the effects of such occurrences. To downgrade these experiences by the use of intellect or the disciplines of will is to invite the prolonging of the effects. Far better, then, to share in trust such experiences and join hearts and souls in love and light with compassion for the sender and armor for the self.

Today I continued the cleaning of the China, crystal, and silver in the kitchen. I was able to finish all four shelves in the kitchen, which took a total of five dish washer loads to do. Then I began work in the living room and office by taking down those items that needed washing and putting them in the kitchen for attention tomorrow. After I took the items down in the living room and office I used my dust mop, now a wet mop, to clean the surfaces up above the windows where the crystal and silver dishes, cups, and small plates spend their time throughout the year. I should have the process complete by the end of day tomorrow.

Celebrate The Mass Of Christ

I am that inflow of divine love which is called the spirit of Christ. I greet you in the full consciousness of Christ’s love.

The days grow short and because of the season you scurry about, arranging and rearranging the symbols of joy and peace so that you may come to the celebration day, the birthday, of Jesus the Christ. You move about, make and carry out many plans, and before the season itself is upon you, already you are foot-weary, heart-sore, and feeling that the true spirit of Christ’s mass has disappeared.

Yet have you asked for the spirit to move within your thoughts of consciousness to show a different panoramic view of this season?

May you do so more and more frequently, turning always to the infinite love that is consciousness in Christ. Then all feet shall no longer be weary. Hearts shall no longer burn with anxiety, and those candles which are lit shall be lit with limitless love.

Bow your heads, my children, so that when next you look up you may see the grace of infinite love and you shall be comforted.

I did the Morning Offering and then got myself ready for the day. The Ra quote today comes from 72.4-.5:

“Questioner: Can you tell me what caused the instrument to become in a condition toward unconsciousness during the last two meditations prior to this one to such an extent that we discontinued them?

Ra: I am Ra. We can.

Questioner: Would you please tell me that?

Ra: I am Ra. The entity which greets this instrument from the Orion group first attempted to cause the mind/body/spirit complex, which you may call spirit, to leave the physical complex of yellow ray in the deluded belief that it was preparing for the Ra contact. You are familiar with this tactic and its consequences. The instrument, with no pause upon feeling this greeting, called for the grounding within the physical complex by requesting that the hand be held.

Thus the greatest aim of the Orion entity was not achieved. However, it discovered that those present were not capable of distinguishing between unconsciousness, with the mind/body/spirit intact, and the trance state in which the mind/body/spirit complex is not present.

Therefore, it applied to the fullest extent the greeting which causes the dizziness and, in meditation without protection, caused in this instrument simple unconsciousness as in what you would call fainting or vertigo. The Orion entity consequently used this tactic to stop the Ra contact from having the opportunity to be accomplished.”

We always meditated in our living room just prior to having a session with those of Ra, and then we moved to the room that we used only for the Ra sessions. As we were meditating, Carla became aware of the coldness that signaled the presence of our negative discarnate friend, and she asked me to hold her hand. In 62.21, Carla first became aware of the coldness that she came to associate with the presence of a negatively oriented entity:

This instrument was aware of extreme coldness in the past diurnal cycle and spent much more time than your normal attitudes would imagine to be appropriate in what seemed to each of you an extremely warm climate. This was not perceived by the instrument, but the drop in subjective temperature is a sign of presence of a negative, or non-positive, or draining entity.

Since I was holding her hand there was no chance that she would leave her body and risk being misplaced in negative time/space as was our friend’s objective. But our ever inventive friend took advantage of distortions within Carla’s ears that were caused by early childhood infections and was able to accentuate these distortions to the degree that simple fainting was the result. In 67.12, Ra described how our negative friend had been able to intensify problems with Carla’s ears in other ways as well:

Questioner: This particular entity is able to create, with its service, a dizzying effect on the instrument. Could you describe the mechanics of such a service?

Ra: I am Ra. This instrument, in the small times of its incarnation, had the distortion in the area of the otic complex of many infections which caused great difficulties at this small age, as you would call it. The scars of these distortions remain, and, indeed, that which you call the sinus system remains distorted. Thus the entity works with these distortions to produce a loss of the balance and a slight lack of ability to use the optic apparatus.

However, neither Don nor I was able to determine that Carla had simply fainted. We were not sure whether she was in trance, or in deep meditation, or had fainted. We were able to rouse her, but we felt that we could not go ahead with this session without knowing what had happened and what to do about it. This situation repeated itself in our next attempt to have a session with Ra, and we cancelled that session too. Don then decided that this greeting from our negative friend could be dealt with by our performing the Banishing Ritual of the Lesser Pentagram. He was familiar with this ritual from his previous work in white ceremonial magic. We only needed to perform it two or three times before we were be to have this session with Ra to discover what was going on. From that point on we performed this ritual in the living room before each session with Ra, and I still perform it to this day to provide protection for the living room in which we have held the public channeling sessions from September through May and in which we still hold our practice channeling circles. In 76.4, Ra gave a general description of how the Banishing Ritual of the Lesser Pentagram works:

Questioner: Has our use of the Banishing Ritual of the Lesser Pentagram been of any value, and what is its effect?

Ra: I am Ra. This group’s use of the Banishing Ritual of the Lesser Pentagram has been increasingly efficacious. Its effect is purification, cleansing, and protection of the place of working.

The efficacy of this ritual is only beginning to be, shall we say, at the lower limits of the truly magical. In doing the working, those aspiring to adepthood have done the equivalent of beginning the schoolwork, many grades ahead.

For the intelligent student this is not to be discouraged; rather to be encouraged is the homework, the reading, the writing, the arithmetic, as you might metaphorically call the elementary steps towards the study of being.

It is the being that informs the working, not the working that informs the being. Therefore, we may leave you to the work you have begun.

Today is the first day of winter, the winter solstice, which means that it is the shortest day of the year; that is, it has the least light of any other day, and it is from this point that the light during the day will increase until June 21, the summer equinox.

Today I began in the morning to do my yearly ritual of cleaning the crystal, China, and silver that has been in Carla’s family for three generations. Most of it is on the kitchen shelves above the cupboards, and Carla would always ask me to clean it before Christmas so it would look nice when her brothers and their family came here to celebrate Christmas. I got three of the four shelves done and also cleaned the shelves themselves, the cupboards below them, and the cupboards below the counter tops. This took most of the day since each of the three loads in the dishwasher took two hours to run.

Seeds Of Light

I am of the consciousness of the love of Jesus Christ. I greet you in that love and wish you the joy of the Feast of the Nativity.

Feast it is, as light comes into the world, ever-darkened, ever-pregnant with that which is to be. For darkness is the perfect home of future things. So the inside of your heart’s nature lies, black and fecund, awaiting the insertion of seeds of light that only you may acknowledge and nurture through the grace of your own calling upon the consciousness of love. By that call, great things have been accomplished.

Yet we are not bearers of the seed, but you. Therefore, carry your darkness proudly and bewail it not. But rather be ye perfect farmers of the seeds of the full consciousness of the love of Christ.

May peace be born in you this day and evermore. Amen.

“Questioner: When you say you searched for this group, what do you mean? What was your process of search? I ask this question to understand more the illusion of time and space.

Ra: I am Ra. Consider the process of one who sees the spectrograph of some complex of elements. It is a complex paint sample, let us say for ease of description. We of Ra knew the needed elements for communication which had any chance of enduring. We compared our color chip to many individuals and groups over a long span of your time. Your spectrograph matches our sample.

In response to your desire to see the relationship betwixt space/time and time/space, may we say that we conducted this search in time/space, for in this illusion one may quite readily see entities as vibratory complexes and groups as harmonics within vibratory complexes.”

Two questions before this one Ra told us that they contacted our group to teach the Law of One in general and, more specifically, to make “reparations” for distortions given to the Law of One by those of Egypt when Ra walked among them 11,000 years ago to teach the Law of One in person. Back in 6.20, Ra mentioned that Earth’s current transition into the fourth density was also a reason that they wished to contact our group:

Questioner: Does the fact that we are in this transition period now have anything to do with the reason that you have made your information available to the population?

Ra: I am Ra. We have walked among your people. We remember. We remember sorrow. We have seen much. We have searched for an instrument of the proper parameters of distortion in mind/body/spirit complex and supporting and understanding group of mind/body/spirit complexes to accept this information with minimal distortion and maximal desire to serve for some of your years.

The answer, in short, is yes. However, we wished you to know that in our memory we thank you.

Apparently, Ra’s last channeled contact before our group was with Akhenaton 3,300 years ago. They also attempted then to remove the distortions from when they walked among the Egyptians, but after Akhenaton died the priests and people returned to the worship of many gods as Ra said in 2.2:

However, this entity’s beliefs were accepted by very few. His priests gave lip service only, without the spiritual distortion towards seeking. The peoples continued in their beliefs. When this entity was no longer in this density, again the polarized beliefs in the many gods came into their own, and continued so until the one known as Muhammad delivered the peoples into a more intelligible distortion of mind/body/spirit relationships.

Also, in 2.2, Ra spoke of how the Egyptians reserved their teachings for the rich and powerful:

We came and were welcomed by the peoples whom we wished to serve. We attempted to aid them in technical ways having to do with the healing of mind/body/spirit-complex distortions through the use of the crystal, appropriate to the distortion, placed within a certain appropriate series of ratios of time/space material. Thus were the pyramids created.

We found that the technology was reserved largely for those with the effectual mind/body distortion of power. This was not intended by the Law of One. We left your peoples. The group that was to work with those in the area of South America, as you call that portion of your sphere, gave up not so easily. They returned. We did not. However, we have never left your vibration due to our responsibility for the changes in consciousness we had first caused and then found distorted in ways not relegated to the Law of One.

After these two attempts to teach the Law of One ended with distortions in the Law of One Ra, reassessed the situation and determined what would be necessary for a group to receive and maintain their contact for a significant period of time. Carla’s ability to perceive their vibration was the first item necessary to initiate contact with our group.  In 1.0, Ra affirmed Carla’s ability to do this:

I am Ra. I have not spoken through this instrument before. We had to wait until she was precisely tuned, as we send a narrow-band vibration. We greet you in the love and in the light of our Infinite Creator.

The next requirement was her great desire to serve the One Creator by means of channeling. In 39.1, Ra said that Carla had this great desire:

This instrument is capable of almost instantaneously clearing the mental/emotional complex and the spiritual complex for the purity this working requires.

The extraordinary harmony between the three of us provided the stability that supported the Ra contact. In 100.15, Ra confirmed this point:

All is well. The appurtenances are most conscientiously placed. We thank this diligent group. There is much greater distortion towards harmony at this asking, and we join you in praise and thanksgiving. This is always the greatest boon to improvement of the contact, for it is the harmony of the group which supports this contact.

Three was the minimum number necessary for contact with Ra, and the format needed to be question and answer only in order to guard our free will. In 36.21, Ra confirmed the minimum number in the group to be three:

Questioner: I was also wondering if three was the minimum number necessary for this type of working? Is this correct?

Ra: I am Ra. For protection of this instrument, this is necessary as the minimum grouping, and also as the most efficient number due to the exceptional harmony in this group. In other groups the number could be larger, but we have observed in this contact that the most efficient support is given by the individual mind/body/spirits present at this time.

In 2.0, Ra said that they “were comfortable” with answering our questions:

I am Ra. I greet you in the love and the light of our Infinite Creator. I am with this mind/body/spirit complex which has offered itself for a channel. I communicate with you.

Queries are in order in your projections of mind-distortion at this time/space. Thusly would I assure this group that my own social memory complex has one particular method of communicating with those few who may be able to harmonize their distortions with ours, and that is to respond to queries for information. We are comfortable with this format. May the queries now begin.

Another prerequisite necessary for contact with Ra was the use of what Don called “tuned telepathic trance” of the kind where the instrument would leave the body so that Ra could use it from the inner planes of Earth to answer Don’s questions. In 61.12, Ra gave a detailed description of how the trance state and Carla’s leaving her body was enhanced by the appurtenances:

Questioner: Could you tell me why it is important for the appurtenances, and other things, to be so carefully aligned with respect to the instrument, and why just a small ruffle in the sheet by the instrument causes a problem with the reception of Ra?

Ra: I am Ra. We may attempt an explanation. This contact is narrow-band. The instrument is highly sensitive. Thus we have good entry into it and can use it to an increasingly satisfactory level.

However, the trance condition is, shall we say, not one which is without toll upon this instrument. Therefore, the area above the entrance into the physical complex of this instrument must be kept clear to avoid discomfort to the instrument, especially as it re-enters the body complex.

The appurtenances give to the instrument sensory input and mental visualization which aid in the trance beginning. The careful alignment of these is important for the energizing group in that it is a reminder to that support group that it is time for a working.

The ritualistic behaviors are triggers for many energies of the support group. You may have noticed more energy being used in workings as the number has increased due to the long-term, shall we say, effect of such ritualistic actions.

This would not aid another group as it was designed for this particular system of mind/body/spirit complexes and especially the instrument.

One last, somewhat curious, requirement for contact with Ra was mentioned in 30.17:

Questioner: The instrument would like to know if you could tell her whether or not this item which is called Sam Millar’s polarizer would help her physical well-being. Can you do that?

Ra: I am Ra. As we scan the instrument, we find anomalies of the magnetic field which are distorted towards our abilities to find narrow-band channel into this instrument’s mind/body/spirit complex. The polarizer of which you speak, as it is, would not be helpful. A careful reading of this instrument’s aura by those gifted in this area, and subsequent alterations of the magnetizing forces of this polarizer, would assist the entity, Sam, in creating such a polarizer that would be of some aid to the instrument. However, we would suggest that no electrical or magnetic equipment not necessary for the recording of our words be brought into these sessions, for we wish no distortions that are not necessary.

Definitely a rather “complex paint sample” or “color chip,” indeed.

This afternoon I went outside and got the hose out of the basement and used its power sprayer on the front porch to take off the muddy tracks that recent rains and guests left there. Then I moved on to the driveway where a lot of leaf dust got washed off my mower and ended up on the stone walkway that connects the house to the garage. I used the sprayer to loosen the dust and then blew it away with my backpack blower.

Then the big job was to use the sprayer on the stones across the street that line the drainage ditch for about sixty feet. I put them there for my neighbors about twenty years ago to keep their yard from eroding into the drainage ditch when it got full of rain water. I used my sprayer to remove the leaf dust that was covering the stones because at one point this fall I crunched the leaves from the front and side yards in the street, and blew it into the drainage ditch, because there was too much leaf dust in the side yard already. I thought rains would wash it away, but they didn’t so I did.

The problem in the front yard regarding crunching leaves is that so much of it is in the two gardens on the Wuthering Heights Mound and the Flower Fall Mound, and I can’t crunch any leaves there. I have to blow them over to the little area between the fish pond and pet cemetery and have crunched so many there that I will have to remove some of it in order for grass to grow there next spring. Then I took my speed walk and called it a day.

Hollow A Place For Love

We are those of the full principle of the love of Jesus the Christ and we greet you in that divine consciousness.

This instrument, like so many, has over-concern for the events of the day, not seeing the magic, the ambience and the comfort of every passing moment. For did not the spirit of love come into the things unseen, unformed and unknown, to create patterns of love and power and wisdom, not by moving to those who are over-concerned but by flowing through channels which love has been allowed to hollow within the breast of humankind?

Thus we ask you to be unconcerned on a deep level, regardless of the busyness and the difficulty of the day ahead. Rest, rather, in the extraordinary comfort offered by universal, all-powerful and all-present love. Rest. Be comforted. And know that if you but hollow out the space and time within you, love shall do its perfect work through you, not as you imagine it should be done in every case, but as love itself requires.

We leave you in the peace of the knowledge of divine love. It is a peace which, though unpredictable in its mechanisms, is infinitely predictable in the standard of love which it bears proudly. May peace and love ride into your life and fill that hollow place where trouble dwelt, now and always. Amen.

“Questioner: You stated in a previous session that Ra searched for some time to find a group such as this one. I would assume that this search was for the purpose of communicating the Law of One. Is this correct?

Ra: I am Ra. This is partially correct. We also, as we have said, wished to attempt to make reparation for distortions of this law set in motion by our naïve actions of your past.

Questioner: Can you tell me if we have covered the necessary material to this point to, if published, make the necessary reparations for the naïve actions?

Ra: I am Ra. We mean no disrespect for your service, but we do not expect to make full reparations for these distortions. We may, however, offer our thoughts in the attempt. The attempt is far more important to us than the completeness of the result. The nature of your language is such that what is distorted cannot, to our knowledge, be fully undistorted but only illuminated somewhat.”

In the first question Don asked Ra if the reason that they searched for a group like ours was to share the Law of One. Ra responded by saying that was only partially correct as they also wished to make reparations in the Law of One for which they felt responsible by their “naïve actions” in the past, and I am assuming that they meant when they walked among the Egyptians 11,000 years ago. In 71.21, Ra shared how they went about this search:

Questioner: When you say you searched for this group, what do you mean? What was your process of search? I ask this question to understand more the illusion of time and space.

Ra: I am Ra. Consider the process of one who sees the spectrograph of some complex of elements. It is a complex paint sample, let us say for ease of description. We of Ra knew the needed elements for communication which had any chance of enduring. We compared our color chip to many individuals and groups over a long span of your time. Your spectrograph matches our sample.

In response to your desire to see the relationship betwixt space/time and time/space, may we say that we conducted this search in time/space, for in this illusion one may quite readily see entities as vibratory complexes and groups as harmonics within vibratory complexes.

In 1.5, Ra explained how the Egyptians distorted their teachings and the Law of One:

Questioner: Could you give me a little more detail about your role with the Egyptians.

Ra: I am Ra. The identity of the vibration Ra is our identity. We as a group, or what you would call a social memory complex, made contact with a race of your planetary kind which you call Egyptians. Others from our density made contact at the same time in South America, and the so-called “lost cities” were their attempts to contribute to the Law of One.

We spoke to one who heard and understood and was in a position to decree the Law of One. However, the priests and peoples of that era quickly distorted our message, robbing it of the, shall we say, compassion with which unity is informed by its very nature. Since it contains all, it cannot abhor any.

When we were no longer able to have appropriate channels through which to enunciate the Law of One, we removed ourselves from the now hypocritical position which we had allowed ourselves to be placed in. And other myths, shall we say, other understandings having more to do with polarity and the things of your vibrational complex, again took over in that particular society complex.

In his second question Don asked Ra if we had covered the necessary material thus far in our sessions with Ra to make the necessary reparations for their naïve actions. Ra answered by saying that they did not expect to make full reparations for their distortions to the Law of One, but they hoped to offer some helpful thoughts in their attempt. That was what they felt to be the most important thing that they could do. They said that the nature of our language was such that what had been distorted could not be fully undistorted, but there was the possibility of illuminating their words to some extent, but the damage, shall we say, had been done. In 96.4, Ra spoke to the value of one’s intentions being of greatest importance:

May we note that just as each entity strives in each moment to become more nearly one with the Creator but falls short, just so is physical spotlessness striven for but not achieved. In each case the purity of intention and thoroughness of manifestation are appreciated. The variance between the attempt and the goal is never noted and may be considered unimportant.

In 27.4, Ra reaffirmed the inadequacy of words in our English language:

Your language, using vibrational sound complexes, can be at best an approximation of that which is closer to an understanding, if you will, of the nature of conscious thought. Perceptions are not the same as sound vibration complexes, and the attempt to define will therefore be a frustrating one for you, although we are happy to aid you within the limits of your sound vibration complexes.

As far as Ra’s hope to share some helpful thoughts in balancing the distortions that had been given to the Law of One by the Egyptians, I think that their definition of the Law of One in 1.7 was very helpful indeed:

That which is infinite cannot be many, for many-ness is a finite concept. To have infinity you must identify or define that infinity as unity; otherwise, the term does not have any referent or meaning. In an Infinite Creator there is only unity. You have seen simple examples of unity. You have seen the prism which shows all colors stemming from the sunlight. This is a simplistic example of unity.

In truth there is no right or wrong. There is no polarity, for all will be, as you would say, reconciled at some point in your dance through the mind/body/spirit complex which you amuse yourself by distorting in various ways at this time. This distortion is not in any case necessary. It is chosen by each of you as an alternative to understanding the complete unity of thought which binds all things.

You are not speaking of similar or somewhat like entities or things. You are every thing, every being, every emotion, every event, every situation. You are unity. You are infinity. You are love/light, light/love. You are. This is the Law of One.

Today was another Sabbath Day of Rest. As I have done previous Sunday mornings, this morning I took some time to work on the talk that I will give next year to a group in Virginia. At lunch time I did my usual errand run picking up food for the kitties at Feeder’s Supply. Then I stopped at Kroger’s and Paul’s Fruit Market to pick up food for myself. My last stop was at Walgreen’s to pick up a couple of items for the house and for me. I got my food put away just before a good friend of Carla’s and mine arrived to pick up the crystals that our friend, who is in the care home in southern Indiana, is giving away. We had not seen each other for almost two years, so we talked for a while about what we have been doing lately and enjoyed each other’s company.

Open To The Spirit

I am of the principle of unconditional love and I greet you in the name and the peace of Jesus Christ.

“Without Me you can do nothing.” You have heard these words many times. They are not words to be taken literally. Think of the sentence, “Without love one can do nothing,” and realize that you are here at this blessed time of darkness, pregnant with your soul just as the earth, so bleak and bare seemingly, is pregnant within with all the blossoms and fruits of the harvest to come.

Whatever your spirit is, this is the time for its renewal. This is the time for its swaddling, its nurturing, the keeping of it quietly, confidently and with no need for outer expression.

Allow this young, new sense of self to be open to the Spirit which you call Holy, that you may be renewed and that the face of the earth may, one person at a time, be changed.

We leave you in the peace of this pregnancy of self. Cherish yourself. Cherish your spirit and rest in peace and love, now and ever. Amen.

“Questioner: I will state that the objective of a white magical ritual is to create a change in consciousness of a group. Is this correct?

Ra: I am Ra. Not necessarily. It is possible for what you term white magic to be worked for the purpose of altering only the self, or the place of working. This is done in the knowledge that to aid the self in polarization towards love and light is to aid the planetary vibration.”

As per Ra’s suggestion that we attempt to undertake the practice of magic rituals as a group, Don now asked Ra if the objective of any white magical ritual would be to create a change in consciousness of a group. I am pretty sure that Don meant to change it by expanding or raising it. Ra replied that this was not always true as white magic could also be used for “the purpose of altering only the self or the place of working.” Their answer has special meaning for me as I use the Banishing Ritual of the Lesser Pentagram each morning after the Morning Offering in order to purify, cleanse, and protect the living room of this house. We have always had our channeling meditations in this room, so I wish to take special care that it is always surrounded by protective light that would allow only positive discarnate entities to pass through to partake in our meditations. Even though Ra said: “It is possible for what you term white magic to be worked for the purpose of altering only the self, or the place of working”, I am careful to begin each ritual with the statement that I seek no personal power or gain for myself because to seek any power for myself would be service-to-self oriented as Ra alluded to in 68.16:

We are aware of your pressing desire to know how to become impervious, as a group, to any influences such as this. The processes which you seek are a matter of your free choice. You are aware of the principles of magical work. We cannot speak to advise, but can only suggest, as we have before, that it would be appropriate for this group to embark upon such a path as a group, but not individually, for obvious reasons.

In 64.4, Ra gave the basic description of what white magical rituals are all about:

Questioner: Thank you. Could you explain the basic principles behind the ritual which we perform to initiate the contact and what I would call the basic white magical rituals—principles of protection and other principles? Could you please do this?

Ra: I am Ra. Due to your avenue of question we perceive the appropriateness of inclusion of the cause of this instrument’s transitory vital-energy distortion. The cause is a bias towards the yearning for expression of devotion to the One Creator in group worship.

This entity was yearning for this protection both consciously in that it responds to the accoutrements of this expression, the ritual, the colors and their meanings as given by the distortion system of what you call the church, the song of praise, and the combined prayers of thanksgiving, and, most of all, that which may be seen to be most centrally magical: the intake of that food which is not of this dimension, but has been transmuted into metaphysical nourishment in what this distortion of expression calls the Holy Communion.

The subconscious reason, it being the stronger for this yearning, was the awareness that such expression is—when appreciated by an entity as the transmutation into the presence of the One Creator—a great protection of the entity as it moves in the path of service to others.

The principle behind any ritual of the white magical nature is to so configure the stimuli which reach down into the trunk of mind that this arrangement causes the generation of disciplined and purified emotion, or love, which then may be both protection and the key to the gateway to intelligent infinity.

This morning I took Boscoe to the veterinarian to have his glucosamine and fructosamine blood sugars checked in relation to his diabetes. The glucosamine looked good and when the fructosamine numbers come back next Tuesday we are hopeful that we can further reduce his prednisone from half a 5 mg. pill every day to half a 5 mg. pill every other day for the next five weeks. He seems to be drinking very little water now and that indicates that he is getting his water from the canned cat food.

This afternoon I was on another Zoom cast with Jonathan Tong and his Law of One Study Group based in Seattle, although members are from many different locations. As usual the questions that the group asked were of the highest quality, and it was fun sharing my thoughts with them. We also talked about the special writing project that I have mentioned a time or two in this journal entry, so I would like to let you all know that I have written first drafts to the two books that Carla had planned to write herself to follow Living the Law of One 101: The Choice. I found her outlines for Living the Law of One 102: The Outer Work and Living the Law of One 103: The Inner Work. Austin and Gary plan to begin their editing of 102 in January and publish it sometime in the spring or summer.

The Weather Of Your Journey

I am the spirit of the living Christ and I greet you in the full consciousness of that love.

How easy it is to gaze upon the face of your existence and find difficulties and disharmonies. What is not generally known is that it is just as satisfactory to appreciate the beauty around one. The deeper point that we are trying to make is that daily bread is a modest request, yet of the most deeply intuitive and magical substance that can be given to humankind.

With the mind centered and resting in a place of peace and power, confidence and trust, that person need not experience traumas in the same way as an excitable person. Look at the day outside. Some skies are sunny and some a beautiful pearl gray of winter days without storms.

Whatever your environment, you are there as a kind of pilgrim or missionary, ready to help those around you and of a substance entirely your own, as you have begun to find your authentic self. We wish you a persistent and strong heart and a will that does not stop to move ahead with this pilgrimage of the learnings of the spirit.

We hope you may ask us to be with you.

“Questioner: You have made the statement that pure negativity acts as a gravity well pulling all into it. I was wondering, first, if pure positivity has precisely the same effect? Could you answer that please?

Ra: I am Ra. This is incorrect. Positivity has a much weaker effect due to the strong element of recognition of free will in any positivity approaching purity. Thus, although the negatively oriented entity may find it difficult to polarize negatively in the midst of such resounding harmony, it will not find it impossible.

Upon the other hand, the negative polarization is one which does not accept the concept of the free will of other-selves. Thusly in a social complex whose negativity approaches purity the pull upon other-selves is constant. A positively oriented entity in such a situation would desire for other-selves to have their free will and, thusly, would find itself removed from its ability to exercise its own free will, for the free will of negatively oriented entities is bent upon conquest.”

This is one of the last questions that Don asked Ra concerning the many ramifications of any channel such as Carla would face in the situation of being led by negative entities into negative time/space. We had never before heard of this possibility as something that could happen to a channel under the right conditions. So we spent most of the three previous sessions asking Ra about every nuance of this condition to better understand how to keep this from happening to Carla. In 70.23, Ra gave more information on this “gravity well” which would “pull all into it” regarding a positive entity which had been misplaced in negative time/space and then had incarnated into negative space/time:”

The entity which incarnates into negative space/time will not find it possible to maintain any significant positive polarity as negativity, when pure, is a type of gravity well, shall we say, pulling all into it. Thus the entity, while remembering its learned and preferred polarity, must needs make use of the catalyst given and recapitulate the lessons of service to self in order to build up enough polarity in order to cause the potential to occur for reversal.

So this gravity well would work upon the positive entity in two ways: First, the entity being positively oriented would wish for all others—including negative entities—to be able to exercise their free will. This would mean that the positive entity would lose its own free will because the free will of the negative entities would seek to enslave the positive entity. Secondly, the positive entity would see that its only way out of this situation would be to use the catalyst available to it to begin to polarize negatively and build up enough polarity in the negative sense to be able to reverse its negative polarity and find its way back to positive time/space, all the while attempting to avoid enslavement. Ra described how the two positively oriented fifth density wanderers, who incarnated on Venus to be of service to others, reversed their polarities while in their space/time incarnations. After their space/time incarnations were over, and they discovered that they had become negatively oriented, they needed to incarnate again and pursue the negative path before they could reverse their polarities and become positively oriented again as Ra mentioned in 89.39-.41:

 Questioner: I just can’t understand why they would think that a planet that was doing as well as Ra was doing, as far as I can tell, would need wanderers in order to help with a harvest. Was this at an early point in Ra’s third density?

Ra: I am Ra. It was in the second cycle of 25,000 years. We had a harvest of six out of thirty, to speak roughly, millions of mind/body/spirit complexes, less than 20%. Wanderers are always drawn to whatever percentage has not yet polarized and come when there is a call. There was a call from those which were not positively polarized as such but which sought to be positively polarized and sought wisdom, feeling the compassion of other-selves upon Venus as complacent or pitying towards other-selves.

Questioner: What was the attitude of these two entities after they graduated into fourth-density negative and, the veil being removed, they realized that they had switched polarities?

Ra: I am Ra. They were disconcerted.

Questioner: Then did they continue striving to polarize negatively for a fifth-density negative harvest, or did they do something else?

Ra: I am Ra. They worked with the fourth-density negative for some period until, within this framework, the previously learned patterns of the self had been recaptured and the polarity was, with great effort, reversed. There was a great deal of fourth-density positive work then to be retraced.

Ra suggested that a normal negative entity who found itself in a similarly overwhelming positive environment may have some trouble continuing its negative polarization because of the abundance of positive polarity surrounding it. But this negative entity would eventually use its focused will to find a way to succeed at enough domination and control of those around it that its negative polarity would be sufficient for harvest into negative fourth density. In 38.14, Ra described how intensely negative entities engage in enslaving others in order to pursue their negative path most effectively:

Questioner: All right, I’ll just ask this one. I have here that—
Could you give me some idea of what conditions are like on a fourth-density negative, or self-service, planet? Can you do this?

Ra: I am Ra. The graduation into fourth-density negative is achieved by those beings who have consciously contacted intelligent infinity through the use of red, orange, and yellow rays of energy. Therefore, the planetary conditions of fourth-density negative include the constant alignment and realignment of entities in efforts to form the dominant patterns of combined energy.

The early fourth density is one of the most intensive struggle. When the order of authority has been established and all have fought until convinced that each is in the proper placement for power structure, the social memory complex begins. Always the fourth-density effects of telepathy and the transparency of thought are attempted to be used for the sake of those at the apex of the power structure.

This, as you may see, is often quite damaging to the further polarization of fourth-density negative entities, for the further negative polarization can only come about through group effort. As the fourth-density entities manage to combine, they then polarize through such services to self as those offered by the crusaders of Orion.

This morning I spent most of my time answering a boatload of emails that had recently accumulated in my Inbox. There was a great variety of topics, so it was fun speaking to the different questions and statements. This afternoon I welcomed Molly, the daughter of Carla’s and my friend that I visited in the care home in southern Indiana last Saturday, as she brought two boxes of crystals that her mom is giving away to a mutual friend. We had a brief conversation about how her mom is doing and how Molly is doing as well. The mutual friend will come by this Sunday to pick up the crystals. After taking my speed walk I vacuumed the first floor of the house.

Nothing But Darkness

I am the spirit of the full consciousness of the love of Jesus Christ. I greet you in the power of that love.

May all be well with you this day as you realize that only in the spirit can any meaning be made clear to you, the nature of any obstacle revealed or the depth of misunderstanding repaired.

The greatest illusion of your illusion is the apparent difference in vision betwixt day and night, for it would seem to suggest that there is as much clear and lucid sunlight to illumine understanding as there is darkness to cover it. Yet there is nothing but darkness in the illusion. The shining light of truth and peace enter in your inner eyesight only upon request.

Request, then, that Christ be with you, that the spirit of Christ remain with you always. For how else shall you see into matters too deep for your earthly sun to reach?

Is this correct?

Ra: I am Ra. This is correct.

Questioner: Then each entity is on a path that leads to the one destination. This is like many, many roads which travel through many, many places but eventually merge into one large center. Is this correct?

Ra: I am Ra. This is correct but somewhat wanting in depth of description. More applicable would be the thought that each entity contains within it all of the densities and sub-densities of the octave so that in each entity, no matter whither its choices lead it, its great internal blueprint is one with all others. Thusly its experiences will fall into the patterns of the journey back to the original Logos. This is done through free will, but the materials from which choices can be made are one blueprint.”

In these two questions Don is dealing with the concept of infinity and our progress of spiritual evolution through the infinite creation as we each return into unity with the One Infinite Creator. In earlier material Ra had stated that after the Creator decided to know Itself It became what we could say was the original Logos, or Primal Logos, and Its first creation was an infinity of Logoi, or suns that would, themselves, create galaxies of various sizes. Don now wants to know if the process of evolution is basically the same in all of this infinity of galaxies. Ra agreed that the basic process of evolution is the same throughout the infinite creation. In 82.12-.13, Ra elaborated on this process of the creation and each soul’s journey back into unity with the One Creator:

Questioner: I was interested in specifically how this very first division showed up in this octave. I was interested to know if it made the transition through first, second, third, fourth, fifth, etc., densities?

I would like to take the first mind/body/spirit complexes and trace their experience from the very start to the present so that I would better understand the condition that we are in now by comparing it with this original growth. Could you please tell me precisely how this came about as to the formation, possibly, of the planets and the growth through the densities, if that is the way it happened, please?

Ra: I am Ra. Your queries seem more confused than your basic mental distortions in this area. Let us speak in general, and perhaps you may find a less confused and more simple method of eliciting information in this area.

A very great deal of creation was manifested without the use of the concepts involved in consciousness, as you know it. The creation itself is a form of consciousness which is unified—the Logos being the one great heart of creation.

The process of evolution through this period, which may be seen to be timeless, is most valuable to take into consideration, for it is against the background of this essential unity of the fabric of creation that we find the ultimate development of the Logoi which chose to use that portion of the harvested consciousness of the Creator to move forward with the process of knowledge of self.

As it had been found to be efficient to use the various densities, which are fixed in each octave, in order to create conditions in which self-conscious sub-Logoi could exist, this was carried out throughout the growing flower-strewn field, as your simile suggests, of the One Infinite Creation.

The first beings of mind, body, and spirit were not complex. The experience of mind/body/spirits at the beginning of this octave of experience was singular. There was no third-density forgetting. There was no veil. The lessons of third density are predestined by the very nature of the vibratory rates experienced during this particular density, and by the nature of the quantum jump to the vibratory experiences of fourth density.

Questioner: Am I correct, then, in assuming that the first mind/body/spirit experiences, as this galaxy progressed in growth, were those that moved through the densities; that is, the process we have discussed coming out of second density. For instance, let us take a particular planet, one of the very early planets formed near the center of the galaxy. I will assume that the planet solidified in first density, that life appeared in second density, and all of the mind/body/spirit complexes of third density progressed out of second density on that planet, and evolved in third density. Is this correct?

Ra: I am Ra. This is hypothetically correct.

Ra further suggested that the most important point to consider in this process of evolution is that each soul contains within itself the infinity of universes (or galaxies) with all densities represented. Each soul can be considered as a holographic particle of the infinite creation, and it is following the same basic blueprint for evolution that the Creator created as the original or Primal Logos. We are all, indeed, One. And throughout the entirety of our spiritual journeys we seek that One which is inside of us and within all of the creation. How could it be otherwise? There is nothing but the One Creator from which the One Creator could create all of us and the infinite creation. In 48.7, Ra said that each of us contain the universe within us:

Entrance into incarnation requires the investment, or activation, of the indigo-ray, or etheric body, for this is the form maker. The young, or small, physical mind/body/spirit complex has the seven energy centers potentiated before the birthing process. There are also analogs in time/space of these energy centers corresponding to the seven energy centers in each of the seven true-color densities. Thus in the microcosm exists all the experience that is prepared. It is as though the infant contains the universe.

And in 30.5, Ra described how we all come into existence and move through the first three densities on our journey of evolution:

Questioner: I would like to know how the mind/body/spirit complexes originate. How, going back as far as necessary, does the— Do they originate by spirit forming mind and mind forming body? Can you tell me this?

Ra: I am Ra. We ask you to consider that you are attempting to trace evolution. This evolution is as we have previously described: the consciousness being first, in first density, without movement, a random thing. Whether you may call this mind or body complex is a semantic problem. We call it mind/body complex, recognizing always that in the simplest iota of this complex exists, in its entirety, the One Infinite Creator.

This mind/body complex then in second density discovering the growing and turning towards the light, thus awakening what you may call the spirit complex, that which intensifies the upward spiraling towards the love and light of the Infinite Creator.

The addition of this spirit complex, though apparent rather than real, it having existed potentially from the beginning of space/time, perfects itself by graduation into third density. When the mind/body/spirit complex becomes aware of the possibility of service to self or other-self, then the mind/body/spirit complex is activated.

This morning, after the yard waste fellow emptied my six garbage cans into his truck, I took the emptied garbage cans to the locations in my side yard and back yard where I had put tarps over piles of leaves. Then I put all of the leaves in those two piles into the six garbage cans. After that, I took my large garbage can, that I usually use for garbage bags full of kitty cat litter box leavings, and put some of the gingko leaves in it from the area behind the forsythia bushes and next to my neighbor’s property line. Next week I can probably fill up my usual garbage cans with the amount of gingko leaves and be done, for the most part, with leaf work for this year.

In the afternoon I made an errand run to Target to buy three hall runner rugs to install upstairs to give Boscoe a chance to run and exercise that isn’t possible now due to the hardwood floor being too slick for such running. Then I stopped in at Feeder’s Supply to buy a cat tower for Boscoe’s room to give him more chance to exercise by climbing the cat tower.

Must You Deserve The Word?

I am the spirit of the full consciousness of love, and I greet you in the name of the Christ.

We pause to await this instrument’s perfect readiness and surrender to the voice of love which speaks to those who need not deserve such a gift. It is written that Jesus Christ came to save sinners, as if there were within humanity a pristine and spotless category of those who do not sin. We, too, who are of the principle of the love of Jesus Christ, come only to those who do not deserve to hear our words, for by no means can one earn love or the consciousness of love.

Whatever your confusions or distresses, know, each of my children, that the Father has sent a living Redeemer, a living love and a living spirit among you, one that does not gauge what each soul has earned, but, rather, observes the place which each soul has made within the heart to grasp and yearn for our words and thoughts.

The concepts of holiness can never be bought with any price except that of surrender to faith, the faith that love, by means of love, shall bring each iota of consciousness at last into love.

I did the Morning Offering and then got myself ready for the day. Today the Ra quote comes from 71.7-.8:

“Questioner: Is the process in positive time/space identical with the process in negative time/space for this healing?

Ra: I am Ra. The process in space/time of the forgiveness and acceptance is much like that in time/space in that the qualities of the process are analogous. However, while in space/time it is not possible to determine the course of events beyond the incarnation but only to correct present imbalances. In time/space, upon the other hand, it is not possible to correct any unbalanced actions but rather to perceive the imbalances and, thusly, forgive the self for that which is.

The decisions then are made to set up the possibility/probabilities of correcting these imbalances in what you call future space/time experiences.

The advantage of time/space is that of the fluidity of the grand overview. The advantage of space/time is that, working in darkness with a tiny candle, one may correct imbalances.

Questioner: If an entity has chosen the negative polarization are the processes of healing and review similar for the negative path?

Ra: I am Ra. This is correct.”

In the previous query (71.6) Don asked Ra about the healing process that positive entities go through after passing through the death process. Ra’s response pivots around the concept of time being very fluid in the time/space or spiritual realms and space being somewhat fixed as the soul reviews its previous incarnation. Because time is so fluid the soul is able to look back on the just completed incarnation and note how the desired lessons were either learned or ignored throughout the entire incarnation.  After the soul has gained an understanding of those lessons that were learned and those that were not it goes through a process of healing and then the forgiveness of the self for the missed lessons. The missed lessons become the basis of the next incarnation. There are often guides and helpers who assist the soul in this review and future planning. This is what Ra said in 71.6:

Questioner: As an entity goes through the death process in third density and finds itself in time/space, it finds itself in a different set of circumstances. Would you please describe the properties or circumstances of time/space and then the process of healing of incarnative experiences that some entities encounter?

Ra: I am Ra. Although this query is difficult to answer adequately due to the limitations of your space/time sound vibration complexes, we shall respond to the best of our ability.

The hallmark of time/space is the inequity between time and space. In your space/time the spatial orientation of material causes a tangible framework for illusion. In time/space the inequity is upon the shoulders of that property known to you as time. This property renders entities and experiences intangible in a relative sense. In your framework each particle, or core vibration, moves at a velocity which approaches what you call the speed of light from the direction of supraluminal velocities.

Thus the time/space, or metaphysical, experience is that which is very finely tuned and, although an analog of space/time, lacking in its tangible characteristics. In these metaphysical planes there is a great deal of what you call time which is used to review and re-review the biases and learn/teachings of a prior, as you would call it, space/time incarnation.

The extreme fluidity of these regions makes it possible for much to be penetrated which must needs be absorbed before the process of healing of an entity may be accomplished. Each entity is located in a somewhat immobile state, much as you are located in space/time in a somewhat immobile state in time. In this immobile space the entity has been placed by the form-maker and higher self so that it may be in the proper configuration for learn/teaching that which it has received in the space/time incarnation.

Depending upon this time/space locus there will be certain helpers which assist in this healing process. The process involves seeing in full the experience, seeing it against the backdrop of the mind/body/spirit complex total experience, forgiving the self for all missteps as regards the missed guideposts during the incarnation and, finally, the careful assessment of the next necessities for learning. This is done entirely by the higher self until an entity has become conscious in space/time of the process and means of spiritual evolution, at which time the entity will consciously take part in all decisions.

So in this question Don asked if the process was the same for an entity that has polarized negatively. Ra mistakes the query and assumed Don was talking about time/space versus space/time and said that the time/space environment gives the soul the grand overview of what lessons have been learned and what lessons remain to be learned. But no corrections can be made from the time/space or spirit world. Changes in the lessons of the soul are made in the space/time or third-density environment without the grand overview. After Don repeated the question Ra agreed that the process is the same for negative entities as for positive entities. In 83.7, Ra expanded their description of the healing and review of the incarnation which we now know is the same for the negatively oriented entity as it is for the positively oriented entity:

Questioner: One thing I don’t understand is why, if there was no veil, that the review of incarnation after the incarnation would help the process, since it seems to me that the entity should already be aware of what was happening. Possibly this has to do with the nature of space/time and time/space. Could you clear that up, please?

Ra: I am Ra. It is true that the nature of time/space is such that a lifetime may be seen whole as a book or record, the pages studied, riffled through, and re-read. However, the value of review is that of the testing as opposed to the studying. At the testing, when the test is true, the distillations of all study are made clear.

During the process of study (which you may call the incarnation), regardless of an entity’s awareness of the process taking place, the material is diffused, and over-attention is almost inevitably placed upon detail.

The testing upon the cessation of the incarnative state is not that testing which involves the correct memorization of many details. This testing is, rather, the observing of self by self, often with aid, as we have said. In this observation one sees the sum of all the detailed study: that being an attitude, or complex of attitudes, which bias the consciousness of the mind/body/spirit.

This morning I used my backpack blower to blow the leaves on the north side of the back yard into a pile and then covered them with a tarp until the yard waste garbage cans also full of leaves have been picked up tomorrow. Then I will put these leaves in a couple of those garbage cans. My next job was to blow the leaves on the south side of the back yard into a pile. Then I got the bright idea of putting the gingko leaves from the garbage cans waiting for yard waste pickup, from my work with them last week, into the garbage can as they don’t take up much space but are quite heavy. Gingko leaves are heavy because they retain much more moisture than most leaves. So I had two garbage cans to put the leaves from the south side of the back yard in. Now there are six garbage cans full of leaves ready for yard waste pickup tomorrow morning,

The Nature Of Love

I am the Holy Spirit of the full consciousness of the principle of love. I greet this child in the vibration which comforts it. Greetings in peace in the name of Jesus Christ, who came to be God in man that men could better know how to love.

It is in loving the God of all things that the first lessons must abide. Whether the object be men or God, it is only God that can be loved fully.

Thus to some it is well that time be given in which the Father is focused upon to the exclusion of all human things. For unless love is bound up in love of the Father it shall sputter and die, as all earthly things do. Confused and sad is the man who attempts to love others without understanding the nature of love.

To others it is more helpful that the face of God be seen among men and that the hand be outstretched among all. To these who are not abstract in mind, the face of God will always wear the face of a human.

Whatsoever your inclination, perceive love in its rightful nature as the love in which the Father created you.

I did the Morning Offering and then got myself ready for the day. Today the Ra quote comes from 70.11-.12:

“Questioner: Would an analogy for this situation be that the individual’s higher self is manipulating to some extent, shall I say, the mind/body/spirit complex that is its analog, you might say, to move it through the lower densities for purposes of gaining experience, and then finally transferring that experience or amalgamating it, you might say, in mid-sixth density with the higher self?

Ra: I am Ra. This is incorrect. The higher self does not manipulate its past selves. It protects when possible and guides when asked, but the force of free will is paramount. The seeming contradictions of determinism and free will melt when it is accepted that there is such a thing as true simultaneity. The higher self is the end result of all the development experienced by the mind/body/spirit complex to that point.

Questioner: Then what we are looking at is a long path of experience through the densities up to mid-sixth density which is a function totally of free will and results in the awareness of the higher self in mid-sixth density. But since time is illusory and there is a, shall I say, unification of time and space, or an eradication of what we think of as time, then all of this experience that results in the higher self—the cause of evolvement through the densities—is existing while the evolvement takes place, since it’s all simultaneous. Is this correct?

Ra: I am Ra. We refrain from speaking of correctness due to our understanding of the immense difficulty of absorbing the concepts of metaphysical existence. In time/space, which is precisely as much of your self as is space/time, all times are simultaneous just as in your geography your cities and villages are all functioning, bustling, and alive with entities going about their business at once. So it is in time/space with the self.”

In these questions Don is trying to figure out a previous statement by Ra which suggested that the reason a positive entity’s path back from being misplaced in negative time/space is so long is that the entity’s higher self is reluctant to allow the entity to gain experience and evolve along the spiritual path, because for a positive entity who has been lured to negative time/space it would be like going to prison to enter negative space/time. The higher self’s reluctance to allow the entity to be incarnated in negative space/time is a function of the higher self’s role to protect and guide the mind/body/spirit complex under its care. In 68.7, Ra described the difficult conditions a positive entity would encounter in negative space/time:

Questioner: Then you are saying that if this fifth-density negative entity is successful in its attempts to transfer the mind/body/spirit complex, when that complex is in what we call the trance state, to negatively polarized time/space, then the higher self has no choice but to allow incarnation in negatively polarized space/time? Is that correct?

Ra: I am Ra. This is incorrect. The higher self could allow the mind/body/spirit complex to remain in time/space. However, it is unlikely that the higher self would do so indefinitely due to its distortion towards the belief that the function of the mind/body/spirit complex is to experience and learn from other-selves, thus experiencing the Creator. A highly polarized positive mind/body/spirit complex surrounded by negative portions of space/time will experience only darkness, for, like the magnet, there is no, shall we say, likeness. Thus a barrier is automatically formed.

Ra made an interesting statement that the higher self is the total accumulation of experience of the mind/body/spirit complex under its care. This fact resolves the contradiction between free will and determinism when it is seen that all experience occurs in the metaphysical realms simultaneously. We, as mind/body/spirit complexes, partake as much in the time/space realms of the metaphysical worlds as we do in the space/time realm of this third density. All of this activity happens simultaneously in the time/space portion of our existence. Only in the third density is there a past, present, and future. And probably only here in third density is there this “immense difficulty of absorbing all of these concepts of metaphysical existence.” In 36.4, Ra gave more details about the concept of true simultaneity:

Questioner: Do I understand from this then that the higher self, or oversoul, may break down into numerous units if the experience is required to, what we would call, simultaneously experience different types of catalyst and then oversee these experiences?

Ra: I am Ra. This is a statement we cannot say to be correct or incorrect due to the confusions of what you call time. True simultaneity is available only when all things are seen to be occurring at once. This overshadows the concept of which you speak. The concept of various parts of the being living experiences of varying natures simultaneously is not precisely accurate due to your understanding that this would indicate that this was occurring with true simultaneity. This is not the case.

The case is from universe to universe, and parallel existences can then be programmed by the higher self, given the information available from the mind/body/spirit complex totality regarding the probability/possibility vortices at any crux.

So our perception of time in the third density allows us to focus on our stream of consciousness and the lessons that we have chosen before our incarnations. It is easier to focus on one thing at a time rather than everything at once. To use another image of Ra’s, we are using the small candle of our consciousness in third density to make corrections in our overall being. So the reluctance of the higher self to allow the mind/body/spirit complex under its care to incarnate in negative space/time is a large part of the length of time it would take such an entity to recover its positive polarity and become a positive entity once again. It is being held in a kind of suspended animation by the higher self which must eventually give the mind/body/spirit complex the chance to learn and let that chance to learn and grow take precedence over the protection aspect of keeping the mind/body/spirit complex in negative time/space. In 70.23, Ra described how this process would take a good deal of time for a positive entity finding itself in negative space/time:

The entity which incarnates into negative space/time will not find it possible to maintain any significant positive polarity as negativity, when pure, is a type of gravity well, shall we say, pulling all into it. Thus the entity, while remembering its learned and preferred polarity, must needs make use of the catalyst given and recapitulate the lessons of service to self in order to build up enough polarity in order to cause the potential to occur for reversal.

Today has been a this and that kind of day. I was supposed to have a podcast with a fellow who wants to do a series of podcasts on the life and work of Don Elkins, but he failed to show up for the beginning podcast. So I ate early, spent some extra time in meditation and wrote a few emails to friends answering and asking a variety of questions. In the afternoon I took my speed walk early and got a bath in so that I could make a Zoom contact with another friend, and that was my day in a nutshell.

The Inner Snow

I am of the principle of divine love. I greet you in the full consciousness of Jesus the Christ.

We gaze upon your first snow of the winter and the emotional response from each to such a wonderful spectacle of nature. Within you, too, in many, many layers, are the light snows, the slight drifting, or even the avalanche.

This is especially true at a time when that light which generates prana is at its least effective within your culture. And so you must be light, power and comfort to those who seek out your information, not weighing your own merits in any way but merely asking that you may do the work which was created for you before the world was and certainly, specifically, before the incarnation that you now enjoy.

Look out the window and enjoy the snow. It is a spontaneous, gentle gift from one whose peace passeth all understanding, now and ever. Amen.
