I'm watching the Awake in the Dream DVD.
It says the #1 cause of suffering is identification with the body. Saying "I am my body".
Say "I am not a body. I am free."
#2 cause of suffering is identification with the mind, and resisting what is.
Choose acceptance rather than rejecting and judging.
Gratitude for what is helps to eliminate desire. Without desire there is peace.
Also the importance of forgiveness, which is being responsible for your own life.
"You are not the thinker."
"The space of no mind is pure consciousness."
"Who is this I?" Take your attention to the I itself.
"When you are aware, even going to the grocery store is like a sacred pilgrimage."
"The illusion is separation [from God]"
"I am consciousness."
"You are here to enable the divine purpose of the universe to unfold. That is how important you are!" (Eckhart Tolle)
"The brain is not the source of information. The invisible field is the source."
