Sure. I forget if it was Ra or Q'uo, but one of them said in so many words that self-improvement activities aimed at improving one's ability to do service are still coming from an STO impulse. The obvious example would be the many years of intensive training it takes to become a full Doctor in most places.

I think that even taking care of yourself can be STO, even though it's about self.

Do to yourself what you wish others to do to themselves.

Do you want to inspire others to disregard themselves or do you want to inspire them to seek to uplift both themselves and others as one?
