A dish made with eggplant, tomatoes and herbs from our garden, August 2016.  This is a Turkish dish called "Imam Bayildi", which translates as "The Imam fainted" (presumably because the dish is so tasty!)

Colorful peaches and peppers, 2017.  We brushed them with olive oil and grilled them.  Yum!

We have Red Tips that are like 10 feet high. They don't really need much care at all. The rain when it does waters them. They do turn a bit yellow at times, so we give them miracle grow sometimes. My neighbor did say that everyone was jealous of our red tips. I've done meditations with their energy years ago.

We're already harvesting spinach.  The lettuce and mustards are up, and since this photo was taken about a week ago, I've also planted broccoli and carrots. Smile   Swiss chard will soon join them.

I just picked 7 big ripe heirloom tomatoes that averaged about a pound apiece.  I'll try to post some pictures soon.

Meanwhile, check out our Angel's Trumpet flowers:

I would like to do it... But not only its an entire expertise, but also each plant itself requires a lot of specific knowledge to grow...

We have tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, basil, and celery in a rather space challenged area. I will post pics at some point of our 8 foot tall tomato plants.. We are still about 2 weeks or so away from ripe tomatoes - Eddies' tomatoes look darned tasty!

Celery is the best out of your own garden. Celery leaves in soups and stews are downright incredible, but the stuff in the bag at the store doesn't have the leaves - they cut it all off!
