I've never fully resonated with that Tenet. Much of the time my chakras are pulling inward, and I feel very much positive and loving.

I don't think Ra was referring to emotional feelings or even attitude, but rather an orientation which acquires experience either by allowing or controlling. In order to evolve through control, there must be subjugation which is an absorbing quality. In order to evolve through allowance, there must be demonstration of beingness which is radiant.
