O_O
Thank you, this is extremely valuable information for myself. I do wield my will quite often, with much enthusiasm, and without care for any limit. I will most likely follow your advice.
This may also explain my past (but subsiding) issues with yellow ray interactions with over selves...
Each time we do anything it is preceded by the thought to do that thing and the pathway from the thought to the act creates an electrical charge according to the path of least resistence arranged by the mind, through belief systems, and this charge is thus subsequently sent through the body, with the brain and nervous system as the interface or instrument through which vibrations are both broadcast and received.
Our most fundamental 'willpower' comes from the nerve ganglia which is down by the heart, and which is connected directly to the vital body. It is connected to the astral body on the outside of the physical, vital body, which in itself is like a structural level.
If you can imagine every single cell in your body outlined in, and thus permeated by a red, flaming energy which is the "foundation" level of the house that is your body. It keeps all your most fundamental molecular arrangements in tact for the duration of your physical incarnation. The loss of energy from the vital body is what results in death.
I use the term 'body' to mean a distinct collective level of organization between multiple individualities, or rather, a matrix system. The vital body is composed of subtle energy, but it is that which collects together all the chemical matter patterns which construct your experiential vehicle. It is the fundamental gridwork of your body and is a denser construction of the mind image which the higher self has seeded within us during our making.
It is thus the gateway, the valve for energy between the chemical body and the subtler bodies. I admit I am as of yet undecided on how many such bodies each individual has, I think maybe we can create an unlimited variety of different bodies.
In any case, what I am getting at with all this is that there is a balance or 'homeostasis' of energy flow through the physical body and it changes every time a charge is sent through it. Now, this is fine, it is flexible to a degree and there are systems in place which normally insure it does not go over its limit.
However, in the same way a muscle tears and is restructured, part of the very work of the training disciple is to work and rework all the layers of their body, because through experience, the bodies are changed and 'improved' or rather their intelligence and cooperation between parts will become more solidified and 'crystallized'.
I am aware I sometimes move back and forth between body and bodies, and this is because, like our chemical body as we all know, I believe we ultimately have only one body which we perceive, and by we I mean each of us and each part of our bodies, to be multiple bodies because of a separation in streams of consciousness.
Our first work is to unify with all of our own parts and prepare for that unity in such a way that it is like watering and nurturing a plant so it blooms fully.
Then, we will realize that we are part of yet a greater unity, and by reaching this vibration it is reflected within us and you could say our "capacity" expands and thus we have to then once again go about the process of integrating parts to reach the next 'initiation'.
The work of using and exercising our will is but one exercise we need to practice in order to progress. Mastery over will is one path of initiation in itself, but it is only one and there are many others. We exercise every part of our being through the use of our will however, and that is why it is given such important focus. However, the surrender of individual will can be seen to give greater power in the end because therein is experienced the unified, divine will.
Will can be used in many ways, both directly and indirectly, actively and passively and all the different ways each shape and stretch the bodies in different ways by directing them in various fashions.
There are thresholds to the will and it takes a different level of energy to influence the physical than it does, say, the astral body, or the mental body. Oftentimes we will be using different levels of energy on each level, and this can be what imbalances us because there is not a smooth flow of communication between the bodies, rather there is much need for 'translation' and this can mean information is lost.
Ideally the will is used to align and 'tune' the bodies together so they can all communicate and understand eachother with full consciousness or conscious awareness. This is done through the myriads of spiritual and disciplined, including arts, practices which exist. They are all designed to affect the way we communicate with and perceive ourselves as entities within our experiential universe. Each approaches this in a different way and thus each carries each individual along a different pathway of understanding.
Over many lives, or sometimes a few, we walk different pathways and we "record" or gain an individual reflection of those pathways within ourselves and all of the pathways we have experienced combine together to create one pattern of flow which we experience as the self. The collective pattern which travels between incarnations is what I know as the soul which is vehicle of the self, the self which is actually just a process. This self is, of course, also a fractal of the collective self that is universal process.
By using the will, you circulate energy through all your bodies which causes them to change in proportion to the will. How the will moves through each body is thus able to be consciously chosen as awareness and consciousness increases.
So, it is important to study the pattern and structure of the self carefully and learn how each part interacts with each other part. Realize that every act of will is real and meaningful and changes you and your experience, both of yourself and of your world.
Such change may not necessarily be aesthetic, but like with water, nothing in the self can move without everything also moving, and it is all always moving. Observe and listen, listen to your intuition and be aware of the images in your mind and the changes in your senses. The path of least resistence is relaxed and with ease, but still very aware. Blessings to you, my friend.

Of course, all of this is expressed as seen through the lens of my individual and should be examined as such.

As for the method you are using to attempt to raise your kundalini, it is effective for the first three chakras, but is rather futile in connecting the heart with the solar plexus. The heart is magnetic by nature, it is an attractive force and so it decides what energies it attracts or repels in to itself.
So, you cannot simply force solar plexus energies in to the heart, the heart has to invite or call the solar plexus energies in to it. In a manner one must surrender the will to love so that the power of the will is imbued with the connectivity and addition of love. This is why a large charge concentrated in the solar plexus will actually "clog" the channel.
To access the heart, one must be compassionate and consider of its feelings, of its desires and attractions.
Right now, you are burning energy constantly and perhaps may feel 'rushed' at times. While it does give you a constant alertness in the form of readiness, this is different from awareness which is more in regards to perception. The heart need not be 'made aware' of the need to connect, because this is its natural function. It is always doing this. However, you have to know how to connect with your own heart, how to awaken your love and be willing to give your energy away through connectivity.
This is what most tend to fear about loving, is the giving away of energy. You cannot move this charge up further because you fear losing the energy you have amassed. Realize that you will not lose anything, only gain the unknown and have it become known.
To help with perception, I advise "running the mind over the body" or examining inside, around and all the sensations occurring in and around your body, and as you do this pay attention to what feelings arise, what thoughts arise, inspirations, impressions, etc, see what parts of you hold what energies.
Looking at it as chakras or even levels on the Tree of Life, it can be seen that each chakra corresponds with different parts of the body. Each area of the body relates to different aspects of the emotional, mental and causal bodies, and it is constantly being created by the motions of the etheric body.
The key is to understand that everything you experience as and in your physical body has an analog on all the other levels.
When it comes to method, I just wing it. I've winged it so far and when something doesn't work I just try new ways.
Tbh, I only got aware of the energy moving from orange to yellow but not red to orange.
I really don't know how to connect higher per se. I've tried to listen to the heart but possibly I don't know how to interpret. Finding ones true passion is very strange when so far everything has been my passion.
No fear of love or giving holds me as such. Only lack of knowledge. I have to do so many things manually, it seems =).
For perception, this is exercise is something I've done for a long time. Either I'm doing it wrong or I need to try something else.
My guess will be that I'm doing it both in a wrong-ish manner and have to try something else to give myself perspective.
Also, yesterday was active with tingling sensation in the back, quite high up. The backside of the heart chakra, so to speak. Very localized and slightly to the right side. In addition I've had some funky physical contractions at my crown along with surges.
I cannot pinpoint where any of this is coming from, however. Trust the bodies >.>
I so appreciate this, though. Having a second or third opinion helps me see myself so much better. Cliché but very true =).
Thank you for the continous help. It gives me a clearer sense of purpose as well.
Hmm, well the major message coming to me is STUDY STUDY STUDY, expand your field of thought. Read things you have never read before and explore as many new concepts as possible. I try to follow my intuition by seeing what 'pops out' at me and just follow trails of information and it often ends up giving me exactly what I need to know. This can be done even by just going to google and typing in the first word that comes to your mind.
Perhaps you could use some practice working with your intuition although you seem fairly intuitive to me. One way I do this is by going out for a walk with no intention to go anywhere and just see where my intuition or feelings urge me to go. Learning to trust what comes to your mind and to your intuition is the first step in developing perception. You have to gain a trust with your ability to receive knowledge from your guides and higher self, and from the higher layers of your own consciousness.
Hmm, what sort of meditation or exercise do you regularly do? Can you give me some info on what your current practices are?
