Hmm, tarot would be good. Something like that will help you to communicate with your intuition more which is really the interface for spontaneous knowledge. This can be directed by a deeper understanding of the archetypes and how the archetypes manifest in one's mind and consciousness.
Do you ever see images or symbols? Do you do any sort of visualization work?
I think you are at a point where you are ready to learn some 'new tricks' and you have somewhat outgrown the practices you have been using. That is what I am feeling from you, anyways aha
Oh, I am also curious if you have any connection to your guides and if you talk to them often?

For me, Astrology was a natural - it was a way to make a bridge between my very rational approach to things and a direct perception of the non-physical. After that, I studied my emotions, as that was also a natural step for me. All the time I was studying, but for the people who are attracted to this forum, studying is the easy part, as we tend to be intellectuals and nerds (don't mean to insult anyone, I just find the people here are very intellectually oriented.)
What I'm leading up to is that whatever practice feels natural and exciting to you, whether tarot, astrology, meditation, hands-on healing, whatever - as long as it excites you - could be the right one for you.
