Ra on the Kundalini

My views are that Ra says that an upward flow of prana is met with a down wards flow from the crown chakara, almost like magnets. Rather than the straight upward flow of prana from shakti to shiva or mooladhara to saraswati. The disbalance corrects when people only apply esoteric techniques to increase the flow upwards prana from mooladhara or red ray to sarawati or violet ray without taking any care into the balancing and integration of experience or metaphysical aspects as Ra calls it.
