I have always wondered a bit about this passage:

7.6 Questioner: About how many entities at present are calling from planet Earth for your services?

Ra: I am called personally by three hundred fifty-two thousand [352,000].

now, in 1981, I doubt there would have been 352 000 people who knew the name of Ra.  So how were they being called?

I heard in an interpretation by Scott Mandelker, that this number would correspond to the number of adept level seekers, or those who are operating with an indigo level kundalini.  Adept level seekers are seeking at the level of unity, which corresponds to the type of seeking that Ra is doing, albeit, at a different density.

that said, the rest of the answer from the above passage goes:

The Confederation, in its entire spectrum of entity-complexes, is called by six hundred thirty-two millions [632,000,000] of your mind/body/spirit complexes. These numbers have been simplified.

The population in 1981 was 4.5 billion souls, so the Confederation was being called by about 14.5% of the population.

What could those numbers correspond to?  The number of heart-level seekers?  14.5% would be a reasonable number for the Harvest percentage of this planet as well.

Yeh, have also wondered about this. My impression is that we have to look carefully at the wordage.
"..calling from planet earth.."

Ra would seem to include all planetary entities, not just surface dwellers, and not only those in physical incarnation.
So the "population" figure should be much higher, the percentage of callers much lower.

I would include these too :

There are bases, as you would call them, undersea in your southern waters near the Bahamas as well as in your Pacific seas in various places close to your Chilean borders on the water. ................. There are bases which move about your lands. There are bases, if you would call them that, in your skies. These are the bases of your peoples, very numerous and, as we have said, potentially destructive.

Surely these inhabitants count towards the population together with those in time/space experience awaiting Harvest.
