The fact that turned my view of my own loneliness was the thought "I can chose to not be." So simple, yet so much.

Thank you, Ayadew for the link. This is the best definition I have yet to see that describes and illustrates how the world is changing. A great resource that I will be sharing with those that I work with that are at the high 3D end transitioning and feeling like they are losing it (they are but not in the way they imagine..lol)
