I don't think you need to seek answers to fear-related questions so much.
Instead you should meditate on two things. The first is on calming your mind and attaining a state of inner silence, at will, as to not be slave to your own paranoia. The second is to meditate on exploring your fears from a lucid state that does not deny them, try to live mentally and emotionally what you fear. This will help to release the charges accumulated in the blockages and come to a state of acceptance and free inner flow when addressing the same thoughts/potentials.
