Ra is simply referring to matching the polarity of those in your environment. Those that are more STS than you are will simply remove energy from you as you work towards your conscious goals, thus creating the situation where you gain little to no actual progress until you are able to armor yourself so to speak against those that infringe against you.

This changing of polarities creating massive amounts of light/love, allowing nearly instantaneous balancing of pretty much anything. Although you develop psychopathic tendencies until a 6th density positive pulls you out of your armor so to speak.

The more work you consciously do towards your goals, the faster this process can be circumvented. It simply requires forcing yourself to work towards your goals. Simple.
