I was thinking about the 95% required for STS harvest and wondered where the other 5% goes.
It dawned on me that this would be the energy given to another self, as a means of teaching them to be beneath you.
Kind of like giving a dog a treat as it learns to sit.
The praise is just a token of your appreciation for what the other is doing, for you.
