Is there a need for death in fourth density?

Transhumanists seek to reach immortality through technology such as biotech and nanotech. That's the wrong "timeline" if there is truth to the densities in the Law of One. Because transhumanism in the ordinary sense is still to be stuck in third density.

Instead I believe the Bible describes the correct timeline, where "a new heaven" means fourth density and as I mentioned in some other thread, it's a new heaven since fourth density is a new development on earth.

"Then I saw “a new heaven and a new earth,” for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea. ...  There will be no more death’ or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away." - Revelation 21

The text "no longer any sea" I take as Law of Confusion language and that it means no more separation (sea separates land), not that the oceans will dry up or anything like that.
