Ra points out in the very first session that reality is made of thought. That very clearly removes the sneaky duality between materialism and spirituality that often is the belief in third density.

I believe Ra is correct about that, when looking at thought as the information produced by the Word (that Ra calls the original thought) and its sub-logoi (such as our solar system in the case of earth). That's oneness. Otherwise there would have to be a split between the material and the spiritual, meaning duality. The law is One.
