I have been struggling with contrasting the beast stream with the dragon/solar stream in myself. Maybe that's the wrong approach! Because all is one interconnected wholeness. The law is One. (I keep repeating that, haha, I think it's a great reminder.)

My new approach is to think of the beast stream as an incomplete part of the solar and dragon streams. And to be peaceful about the beast stream. Or else it will be like in the Matrix movies where Neo struggles like crazy all the time until he is reborn in a blaze of light. It's true that the beast stream is like the Matrix, sucking us dry of energy like batteries, and keeping us inside false beliefs. Nevertheless, I now think of evolution as a wholeness in motion, so ultimately and from the big cosmic perspective, even the beast stream is useful.
