I think it's more of a seventh-density state than third. Even Ra, in sixth density and beyond the veil, makes/made mistakes (and hence, possibly, didn't know the will of the Creator).

Ra was pretty clear that there are no 'mistakes'. The will of the Creator is freedom of will. This is the plan .

12.24 Questioner: Would this be against the Law of One? Would I be making a mistake by grabbing one of those entities?
