    Just wondering if 3D is the only density that has such free will. Or is it that in other densities one knows their place in the greater scheme of things and just gets on with their chosen/given tasks n duties?

    Everywhere in this octave, except here in 3d space/time, you are aware of the consequences of your choices before making them.  Hence the "right" choice is nearly always made (I believe Ra said 98% of the time).  So there is free will always, but much less opportunity to make the insane choices that are easily made here in space/time 3d.
