I've thus far enjoyed just all the subtle notes I recognize, mixed with your obvious joy of creating music. I listened to about the first half of the album I downloaded this morning. I'll download this other one and listen to it too, and pay more attention to specific tracks to give you better feedback!

Today, DMTF will just be soundtrack as I go about my morning, which will include meditation, making smoothies, and tending to my garden seedlings that are beginning to sprout.
I did step into Lunatic Pandora last night! Hit disc 4 finally. I do tend to refrain from listening to other music when I'm playing FF, to fully immerse myself in lovely Nobuo's perfect works, as I'm sure you understand.

Congratulations on reaching the last disc (with gusto, no doubt)! I myself actually left off before I actually entered the castle, I believe at the walkway where the various portals are prior to the entrance, so you've essentially instilled the impulse in me to wrap up the journey to Ultimecia, so you have my gratitude. And yes, Nobuo Uematsu is masterful with his music! - the FFVIII boss battle theme & Laguna's battle theme EXCELLENT! I recall I actually used to use Scan magic and leave it at that screen just to listen to the music for quite some time when I was a lad.
Do you enjoy Yasunori Mitsuda's compositions as well (Xenogears, Chrono Trigger, Chrono Cross)?By the way, when you mentioned 'garden seedlings', you forgot to write 'Balamb' beforehand and properly capitalize 'SeeD'.

Listening to your music on YT, godwide, I like it
 RE: Final Fantasy. Last I heard, the FF7 remake was going to span FOUR different games. Each at full price. Lolz no thanks ... even though 7 was my first RPG and I fell in love with the genre for a while. (Xenogears was my fav.) I was a total nut for Uematsu/Mitsuda too.

Which works are you checking out?
-_-; 4 different games? DON'T THEY POSSESS THE TECHNOLOGICAL KNOW-HOW TO GENERATE ALL THE DATA ON ONLY ONE DISC!?!  They should, at the very least, have it span 3 discs in an attempt to parallel the original, or at least in regards to the hardware aspect, I suppose? Excellent on knowing Xenogears as well, and we should try petitioning for a Xenogears remake also! Xenosaga was exceptional despite it being a spiritual sequel rather than a direct & chronological one, but Gears remains my preference over Saga.Also, since you're both familiar with Yasunori Mitsuda, here's a little remix/cover I did of the 'Another World' song from Chrono Cross:

TOO MANY CHARACTERS, about 44 if I remember correctly, but at the very least you would only need to play it a minimum of 3 times in order to get them all, but then there's the multiple endings to factor in, same with Chrono Trigger also. I'm hoping also that you immediately recognized what the game influences for the album title were prior to our conversation (redundant question actually since the answers are already mentioned in this post )

so can you share a bit more about your method of composing, godwide?
Does it all come to you, as a single piece, in a flash? Or does it more unfold as you compile the notes together? Or something else?

I consider my music making the encapsulation of the voice of my Soul at any given segment in my existential continuum as channeling from my Higher Essence.
It is Improvisation but not in the sense of aimless randomness; I consider it as a halfway point meeting between myself & the One Infinite Creator wherein it manifests the phenomenon of music as well as what notes my fingers press which then generate the particular sounds generated by each key hit. The decisions of what instrument sound sets utilized as well as the decision of placement/arrangement are largely an intuitive process. Thus, while improvised, to me it is the product of Higher Guidance & directed cooperation. It has been considered one of the most direct means of Higher Spiritual cooperating to me, thus why I consider my music so sacred to me. Whatever my current existential disposition is at any moment when I engage in making music experiences translation into a musical format.
