I just wanted to say hello to everyone.
I'm sure I'll have a lot more to say in the future, but for now I just wanted to introduce myself. I'm looking forward to learning about the people here, and through that I suppose learning more about myself.
So there it is, my first post, I hope everyone is well.

Thanks everyone. It's strange, I'm having one of the worst times I've had in years, feeling very low. And I don't usually talk to people online or otherwise. I'm kind of isolated all the time.
I certainly will read through old posts and try to pick myself up again.
Life is bumpy isn't it. But I suppose it's all for a good reason.

Welcome Amiyou, you will find all sorts of upliftment here on the forum.
For me the 'medicine' that Bring4th offers has really hit the spot.
Please spend time to review the older threads as much info is included.

    Love & Light

For me, like Ashim too. There's a lot of healing (and learning) to be found here. I think you can start by knowing that so so many of us are in the same boat as you... Wink

    Hello England!
It could be you experience the effect of the latest solar eruption and therefore feel bad...
I have felt strange the last days too.
I am wishing you a bright sunny day! Smile

Thanks, Meerie. I'm not sure whats going on but it's not much fun. Feeling a bit better now anyway, it comes and goes but has been really quite bad for a few months now, it is a bit strange but then isn't everything.
And guess what, it is a bright sunny day today.
