Sorry, I can't answer these questions as I am but a beginner in ACIM.

But the Workbook and the whole text of ACIM and lots of additional materials are accessible for free online. There shouldn't be a problem to find answers to your questions.

As far as I understand now, the salvation ACIM is offering is from the hell of our own creation that we live in by believing a nightmare about ourselves, "others", and "the world" that has nothing to do with the Truth/Reality.
