I just had a thought today after listening to some music of the possibility that wanderers may place themselves in the music industry, what better way to changes peoples conscious to be of service to others than through influential music.. When you listen to many of the songs over the past few years many seem tinted with some form of truth or understanding what are your thoughts here are a few that I find very interesting, which first gave me the idea of the possiblity:

    Muse- The Resistance
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TPE9uSFFxrI
    Is your secret safe tonight?
And are we out of sight?
Or will our world come tumbling down?

Will they find our hiding place?
    Is this our last embrace?
Or will the walls start caving in?

(It could be wrong, could be wrong)
    But it should've been right
(It could be wrong, could be wrong)
    Let our hearts ignite
(It could be wrong, could be wrong)
    Are we digging a hole?
(It could be wrong, could be wrong)
    This is outta control

(It could be wrong, could be wrong)
    It could never last
(It could be wrong, could be wrong)
    Must erase it fast
(It could be wrong, could be wrong)
    But it could've been right
(It could be wrong, could be...)

    Love is our resistance
They keep us apart and they won't stop breaking us down
And hold me, our lips must always be sealed

If we live our life in fear
    I'll wait a thousand years
Just to see you smile again

Kill your prayers for love and peace
    You'll wake the thought police
We can hide the truth inside
    http://www.elyricsworld.com/the_resistan..._muse.html

(It could be wrong, could be wrong)
    But it should've been right
(It could be wrong, could be wrong)

(It could be wrong, could be...)

    Love is our resistance!
They keep us apart and won't stop breaking us down
And hold me, our lips must always be sealed

The night has reached its end
    We can't pretend
    We must run
    We must run
    It's time to run

    Take us away from here
    Protect us from further harm
    Resistance!

    Muse- Uprising
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w8KQmps-Sog
The paranoia is in bloom, the PR
Transmissions will resume, they'll try to
Push drugs, keep us all dumb down and hope that
We will never see the truth around, so come on

    Another promise, another scene, another
Package not to keep us trapped in greed with all the
Green belts wrapped around our minds and endless
Red tape to keep the truth confined, so come on

    They will not force us
And they will stop degrading us
And they will not control us
We will be victorious, so come on

Interchanging mind control, come let the
Revolution take its toll, if you could
    [| From: http://www.elyrics.net/read/m/muse-lyric...yrics.html |]
Flick a switch and open your third eye, you'd see that
We should never be afraid to die, so come on

Rise up and take the power back, it's time that
The fat cats had a heart attack, you know that
Their time is coming to an end, we have to
Unify and watch our flag ascend, so come on

    They will not force us
    They will stop degrading us
    They will not control us
We will be victorious, so come on

    Hey, hey, hey, hey
    Hey, hey, hey, hey
    Hey, hey, hey, hey

    They will not force us
    They will stop degrading us
    They will not control us
We will be victorious, so come on

Muse - - Map of the Problematique (Think of this from a Wanderers point of view and it works very well)
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rh3aZcc15ts

Fear and panic in the air
    I want to be free
    From desolation and despair
And I feel like everything I sow
    Is being swept away
Well I refuse to let you go

    I can't get it right
    Get it right
    Since I met you

    Loneliness be over
When will this loneliness be over

Life will flash before my eyes
    So scattered and lost
I want to touch the other side
And no one thinks they are to blame
    Why can't we see
That when we bleed we bleed the same

    I can't get it right
    Get it right
    Since I met you

    Loneliness be over
When will this loneliness be over
    Loneliness be over
When will this loneliness be over

    Love and light

I think The Moody Blues are very likely to be wanderers, so many of their songs are about spiritual things and outer space.

    Quote:Gazing past the planets
    Looking for total view
I've been laying here for hours
You gotta make the journey out and in

    Wonders of a lifetime
    Right there before your eyes
Searching with this life of ours
You gotta make the journey out and in
Out and in, out and in

Many Wanderers long to express themselves and share that sensitive inner voice of theirs. It is however not easy to do that in everyday life we experience here, so they take their escape into art/music/writing. My favourites is the Kelly Family, and favourite song is of course "Fell in love with an alien". Tongue And there must be many other groups/artists from the hippie generation that were in the same boat so to speak. The most striking lyrics that I found indicating approach of 4D+ is "Miracle of love" by Eurythmics. Though I am not so fond of this song I do however find lyrics qiute interesting:

    How many sorrows
    Do you try to hide
    In a world of illusions
    That's covering your mind?
    I'll show you something good
Oh I'll show you something good.
    When you open your mind
    You'll discover the sign
    That there's something
    You're longing to find...

    The miracle of love
    Will take away your pain
    When the miracle of love
    Comes your way again.

My absolute favourite though is Mike Oldfield. His music speaks not in words (mostly) but in sounds that evoke emotions.

    Love and light!

Peter Gabriel!!! A song to fit every conceivable emotion. He has the uncanny ability to dig deep inside and find your pain, then bring it to the surface where it can be released...and healed. His fans are upset at him though because he is so involved in humanitarian work that he doesn't make much new music anymore.

I know. I find the part in uprising where he says " If you could flick a swith and open your third eye you would see that we should never be afraid to die" interesting because this is talking about the pineal or indigo ray centre which Ra says is responsible for contacting inteligent infinitity and is the way of lifting the viel... What I also find interesting is that the symbol on the cover of the album is the symbol of the indigo ray centre..

I would imagine many artists are; they are the ones who express truths and give others inspiration and cause to change.

Will have to check Muse out, never listened to them.

I'm glad this thread is here.
Give this guy a chance. Great guitarist. His story runs deeper, as his purpose has found a way. His intense love for his brother is moving him to create awareness for widening cancer treatment past chemo to more natural possibilities. (I'm not clear on the details)

I quote from Saturday Meditation April 26, 2008:

In other cases, an entity may have great appreciation
and delight in portions of the creative process and
yet be unable, for lack of native talent, to manifest
that wonderful artistic vision that is in his heart and
    in his soul.
There is a certain percentage of your peoples, many
of them being wanderers, whose nature is such and
whose preincarnative choices of talents are such as to
    support the creative process.

Saturday Meditation April 26, 2008 is about art.

I don't know if anyone here keeps too many tabs on pop culture, but my wife makes me watch American Idol with her...

For some reason, I get this IMMENSELY strong feeling the show's participants are all wanderers. Nearly all of them are extremely young and talented ('Great Souls' maybe?), each shows crazy talent and poise well beyond their years, and already at the top 8 its a crapshoot (as a favorite already went home last week). It's like any of the remaining 8 would have won most other years... Could it be harvest coming to the surface in yet another way?

Just sayin'... methinks the crystal children are are starting to bloom.

Carla said that people born after 1970s belong to the third wave of wanderers, where did this information come from? It is everyone or a certain percentage of them?

Ha, I'm thinking the same thing but I remember in an interview she said they are all wanderers from 4d. I was thinking Ra would not be happy since they got pretty shaken up because of the small harvest in the last two cycles.
