Meditation not in the nominal sense of the word, but I have been contemplating intensely lately.

And much balancing work in terms of love and light has been taking place in my mind.

I hop you had a refreshing break. Thank you very much for asking Smile

It was a good break Smile Debating esoteric abstract concepts online can be hard!

And give the meditation a try BigSmile When you close your eyes, you only see with your 'minds eye' - of which there is only one - and your body would be filled with light (at least, you can visualise anything you want).

Hey, maybe that's what Jesus meant about thine eye being single

You were sure of that all along, weren't you? Wink

And yes, I will definitely give meditation a try, Edinburgh. Thank you for taking interest Smile

The quote comes from Mathew 6:22. The wording has been changed many times as may be noted here.

It does indeed speak of the third eye activation, or better known to those familiar with The Law of One, as activation of the indigo ray energy body (chakra).

Quote:The next center is the pineal or indigo-ray center. Those blocked in this center may experience a lessening of the influx of intelligent energy due to manifestations which appear as unworthiness. This is that of which you spoke. As you can see, this is but one of many distortions due to the several points of energy influx into the mind/body/spirit complex. The indigo-ray balancing is quite central to the type of work which revolves about the spirit complex, which has its influx then into the transformation or transmutation of third density to fourth density, it being the energy center receiving the least distorted outpourings of love/light from intelligent energy and also the potential for the key to the gateway of intelligent infinity.

Ra stated that once this activation occurred, the entity was capable of being harvested. I would note, however, that Ra also stated that activation was only the beginning of what might be accomplished and even once activated, a good deal of further work could be done.

Quote:As the consciousness of the indigo ray becomes more crystalline, more work may be done; more may be expressed from intelligent infinity.

I might note that activation is also known as enlightenment, and just as is any state of consciousness, it will come and go unless one can sustain such consciousness with continued and further work.

Calcification is not the problem with many today when it comes to the activation of this ray, as this is a normal process which begins at about age five. Fluoride however, is. Fluoride collects in only one place of the human body, the pineal gland. Simply remove fluoride from your diet, bathe in Epsom salts for a month (increase magnesium) and take kelp tablets (the iodine flushes fluoride), and meditate daily for more than 30 minutes. The indigo ray will, if the lower rays are balanced, activate.

It's been said before, and I'll say it again - would you rather have enlightenment or cavity-free teeth and fresh breath.

Oh man! What is the secret to fresh breath?! Or is this a trick? Does 'fresh' not mean aromatic?

There is no proof that the ingestion of fluoride helps teeth; as a matter of fact, it is just the opposite. Here is a informative video for all to watch to understand what fluoride really is, aside from being an alternative to warfarin as a rat poison.

I want it all: Good teeth and enlightenment.

Here is a link to an advertisement for a bundle of videos. It's audience is brain professionals, and it isn't cheap. The video gives a pitch for each segment of the package. While you listen to it, scroll down to read a little more.

I'm not pushing this product at all; it isn't even aimed at non-health professionals. It does give me optimism that we continue to see positive breakthroughs in health that I choose to believe comes from our accelerating move out of 3D, probably with the help of Wanderers in the health professions. My favorite of the highlights:

So why did I post this in this thread? I guess because the brain hosts the pineal gland. I have no opinion regarding fluoride, but this brain research implies other ways to improve the physical home of our minds.

Interesting, they give us flouride which calcinates the pineal gland, blocking it. We drink alcohol which damages the liver, which is where the "silver cord" connects us to our astral bodies. It seems like everything that is legal this way is designed to block energy centers...
