I did the Morning Offering and then got myself ready for the day. Today the Ra quote comes from 77.6:

“Questioner: I have three questions that the instrument asked me to ask that I’ll get out of the way first. She wants to know if the preparation for her hospital experience could be improved for the next experience.

Ra: I am Ra. All was done well with one exception. The instrument was instructed to spend space/time contemplating itself as the Creator. This, done in a more determined fashion, would be beneficial at times when the mind complex is weakened by severe assaults upon the distortions of the body complex towards pain. There is no necessity for negative thought-forms, regardless of pain distortions.

The elimination of such creates the lack of possibility for negative elementals, and other negative entities, to use these thought-forms to create the worsening of the mind complex deviation from the normal distortions of cheerfulness/anxiety.”

This was the second session that we had after a three-month layoff from sessions with Ra due to the surgery on Carla’s right elbow that she had the first week of November, 1981. In 75.25, Ra made a final suggestion for Carla’s upcoming hospital experience and advised Carla to see herself as the Creator:

Questioner: You probably can’t answer this, but are there any suggestions you could give with respect to the instrument’s coming hospital experience that could be of benefit for her?

Ra: I am Ra. We may make one suggestion and leave the remainder with the Creator. It is well for each to realize its self as the Creator. Thusly each may support each including the support of self by humble love of self as Creator.

In this session Don asked Ra a question for Carla: she wanted to know if her preparation for her hospital experience could be improved for any future experience. It was this suggestion from 75.25, that Ra said was not well enough accomplished by Carla while she was in the hospital for a few days after the surgery. The post-operative situation for Carla was a lot of pain, and anyone who felt this kind of pain would be challenged to endure it without complaint. In Carla’s situation she was also what Ra called a “sensitive instrument” as mentioned in 2.6:

This is a sensitive instrument, by which we mean the distortions which enter her mind/body/spirit complex come from any of her senses. 

This sensitivity was quite helpful in her role as the instrument for the Ra contact, but it made bearing this kind of pain very difficult for her. She never felt that the pain medication that her surgeon prescribed “even touched the pain.” When sleep finally did come, it turned out to be the best way to handle the pain, and we were grateful for that. But I guess what Ra was suggesting is that Carla could have done better by not giving so much attention to the pain and allowing it to build a kind of momentum. That would also have prevented negative entities from intensifying the pain. Instead, Ra said that if Carla had thought more of herself as being the Creator, and give praise and thanksgiving for just being alive, that this kind of attitude could also build a positive momentum and carry her beyond the pain. Carla always said that in third density we all have “feet of clay,” and we are all “bozos on this bus.” We may try our best, but we often fall short of the perfection that Ra described in 19.20:

The physical complex alone is created of many, many energy, or electromagnetic, fields interacting due to intelligent energy. The mental configurations, or distortions, of each complex further adding fields of electromagnetic energy and distorting the physical complex patterns of energy. The spiritual aspect serving as a further complexity of fields which is of itself perfect, but which can be realized in many distorted and unintegrated ways by the mind and body complexes of energy fields.

This morning I worked some on the podcast that Gary, Austin, and I will have next week on the topic of money, its dark side, and how to use it most effectively. I also enjoyed answering a couple of interesting emails that I was surprised to get. It was a pretty chilly day outside with temperatures in the 20s, so I was letting Dan D. Lion go outside when he wanted but then keeping an eye on the front porch as the cold weather brought him back in more frequently than usual. This was also my day for vacuuming the first floor of the house.

For Those Who Trust

I am the spirit of Jesus the Christ, the gift and manifestation of the Son of Man, the servant of all. I greet you in the full consciousness of love.

If you ask the outer world what conditions are pleasant for growth you may, perhaps, not find the conditions which appear before you this day. Much may seem out of place, disquieting and disturbing. The peace of the spirit of love is that peace which trusts that the consciousness of love abides in each and every situation and that, in the outworking of time, the justice of the sweep of the world’s actions may eventually be seen. From day to day, however, without the benefit of hindsight, the spirit of God lies in wait for those who trust.

May you trust the superior and final nature of love, both this day and forever. Amen.

“Questioner: I am assuming that on entering into third density, for this planet, disease did not exist in any form. Is this correct?

Ra: I am Ra. This is incorrect.

Questioner: What was the form of disease, and why did this exist at beginning third density?

Ra: I am Ra. Firstly, that which you speak of as disease is a functional portion of the body complex which offers the body complex the opportunity to cease viability. This is a desirable body complex function.

The second portion of the answer has to do with second-density other-selves of a microscopic, as you would call it, size, which have in some forms long-existed, and perform their service by aiding the physical body complex in its function of ceasing viability at the appropriate space/time.”

In the first question Don assumed that disease did not exist in any form at the beginning of the third density and asked Ra if that was correct. When Ra said that was incorrect, Don’s second question was to ask Ra what forms of diseases existed and why did they exist at the beginning of the third density. Ra replied that disease played an important role in the third density because it provided the body complex a means by which to cease activity at the “appropriate space/time,” which I would take to mean when the lessons of the incarnation had been learned as well as they could be learned, which may or may not have been as well as they had been pre-incarnatively planned. In 76.21, Ra gave the overall picture of the role diseases played as the third density progressed and catalyst was not being used efficiently:

Questioner: What I am trying to understand is the difference between the plan of the Logos for these second-density entities and the generation of what I would guess to be a more-or-less runaway array of feedback to create various physical problems that act as catalyst in our present third-density condition. Could you give me an indication of that; of whether my thinking is anywhere near right on that?

Ra: I am Ra. This instrument’s physical body complex is becoming more distorted towards pain. We shall, therefore, speak to this subject as our last full query of this working.

Your query contains some internal confusion which causes the answer to be, perhaps, more general than desired. We invite refinements of the query.

The Logos planned for entities of mind/body/spirit complex to gain experience until the amount of experience was sufficient for an incarnation. This varied only slightly from second-density entities whose mind/body complexes existed for the purpose of experiencing growth and seeking consciousness.

As the third density upon your planet proceeded, as has been discussed, the need for the physical body complex to cease became more rapidly approached due to intensified, and more rapidly gained, catalyst. This catalyst was not being properly assimilated. Therefore, the, shall we say, lifetimes needed to be shorter that learning might continue to occur with the proper rhythm and increment. Thus more and more opportunities have been offered, as your density has progressed, for disease.

Ra spoke of diseases as being brought about by “second-density other selves of a microscopic nature.” This is another example of the unity of all creation in which we are one with these beings of second-density who give us a doorway out of our incarnations at the appropriate time. It is also my opinion, and I could be wrong, that these microbes are also used to carry out pre-incarnative choices and always live within our bodies in a dormant state until needed to activate specific catalytic action by becoming one disease or physical limitation or another. Carla pre-incarnatively chose arthritis to limit her ability to do worldly things and focused her on inner work like meditation, prayer, and channeling. Franklin Roosevelt chose paralysis as a balance to his love of gaining power. It made him a humbler person dependent upon the efforts of others to live his life as Ra alluded to in 35.1:

This entity had some difficulty with continued green-ray activity due to the excessive energy which was put into the activities regarding other-selves in the distortion towards acquiring power. This was to have its toll upon the physical vehicle, as you may call it.

The limitation of the non-movement of a portion of the physical vehicle opened once again, for this entity, the opportunity for concentration upon the more, shall we say, universal, or idealistic, aspects of power; that is, the non-abusive use of power. Thus at the outset of a bellicose action this entity had lost some positive polarity due to excessive use of the orange- and yellow-ray energies at the expense of green- and blue-ray energies, then had regained the polarity due to the catalytic effects of a painful limitation upon the physical complex.

This afternoon Austin remotely took control of my computer and gave me a refresher course in how to use Track Changes to either accept or reject edits that he and Gary have made to the Prologue, Preface, and Chapter One of my first draft of Living the Law of One 102: The Outer Work. It was great to get this process started, and I was impressed with the quality of edits that Gary and Austin have made thus far.

What Is Holy?

I am the Holy Spirit of the Lord Jesus Christ, and I greet you in the consciousness of love.

The word “holy” is avoided by many who have felt that there is, indeed, a spirit which enhances the experience of humankind. We, ourselves, are careful in our use of this adjective. For it is not a part of the inspiration which love offers that it be understood as holy.

For in and of itself, love is not holy. For when all things are holy, then are none holy. Yet the holiness of the spirit of love resides in its sanctification of the ordinary in human experience. There is nothing that is not full of holiness. An instinct to love is the love of God. The principle of love imbues every particle of what you call matter and thought in creation.

Yet there must be the will to call that sanctification forth from within the skeletal walls of earth and rust that are so often perceived as the beginning and end of corporeal things. Call forth the sanctification of life by your will and allow your world to become holy. For as you see a holy world, so you shall share that vision and that truth with all whom you meet, inspiring each to the calling forth of that same sanctification. From such beginnings are worlds recreated and transformed.

“Questioner: Then we have a third density that is, comparatively speaking, the twinkling of an eye, the snap of a finger in time compared to the others. Why does the third density cycle so extremely rapidly compared to first and second?

Ra: I am Ra. The third density is a choice.

Questioner: Third density, then, it appears, is, compared to the rest of the densities—all of them—nothing but a uniquely short period of what we consider to be time and is then for the purpose of this choice.

Is this correct?

Ra: I am Ra. This is precisely correct. The prelude to choice must encompass the laying of the foundation, the establishment of the illusion and the viability of that which can be made spiritually viable. The remainder of the densities is continuous refining of the choice. This also is greatly lengthened, as you would use the term.

The choice is, as you put it, the work of a moment, but is the axis upon which the creation turns.”

In this session Don had begun a preliminary investigation into the tarot and the archetypical mind. After asking a few questions in this area he told Ra that he wanted to go back to the beginning of this octave of creation to see how we got to this point in the third density. So he asked Ra how long the first and second densities were. After discovering that they were billions of years long he then asked Ra why the third density was only 75,000 years long, and Ra said that the third density was a choice. In 77.11-.12, Ra snapped back to the nature of the archetypical mind and how it functioned to give us all The Choice of polarities to make in the third density:

Questioner: Thank you. I would like to go back to the plan of this Logos for Its creation and examine the philosophical basis that is the foundation for what was created in this local creation and the philosophy of the plan for experience. I am assuming that I am correct in stating that the foundation for this, as we have stated many times before, is the First Distortion. After that, what was the plan in a philosophical sense?

Ra: I am Ra. We cannot reply due to a needed portion of your query which has been omitted; that is, do we speak of this particular Logos?

Questioner: That is correct. I am asking with respect to this particular sub-Logos, our sun, in creating the experience of its planetary system and those sub-Logoi of it.

Ra: I am Ra. This query has substance. We shall begin by turning to an observation of a series of concept complexes of which you are familiar as the tarot.

The philosophy was to create a foundation, first of mind, then of body, and then of spiritual complex. Those concept complexes you call the tarot lie, then, in three groups of seven: the mind cycle, one through seven; the physical complex cycle, eight through fourteen; the spiritual complex cycle, fifteen through twenty-one. The last concept complex may best be termed The Choice.

Upon the foundation of transformation of each complex, with free will guided by the root concepts offered in these cycles, the Logos offered this density the basic architecture of a building and constructing and synthesizing of data culminating in The Choice.

In the second question Don repeated Ra’s answer and again asked if third density was such a short time, compared to the rest of the densities, so that this Choice could be made. Ra said that his statement was “precisely correct” as the prelude to this choice, in the length of the first and second densities, was for the purpose “of establishing the illusion” and determining what within the first and second densities could be “made spiritually viable.” Then Ra also said that the purpose of all the rest of the octave of densities was for the purpose of refining this choice of polarities and was “the axis upon which the creation turned.” In 78.29, Ra described how in the first density water and earth became spiritually viable:

Questioner: I understand your limitations in answering that. Thank you.

Could you tell me how, in first density, wind and fire teach earth and water?

Ra: I am Ra. You may see the air and [fire] of that which is chaos as literally illuminating and forming the formless, for earth and water were, in the timeless state, unformed.

As the active principles of fire and air blow and burn incandescently about that which nurtures that which is to come, the water learns to become sea, lake, and river, offering the opportunity for viable life. The earth learns to be shaped, thus offering the opportunity for viable life.

In 41.16, Ra described how the refining of The Choice could be carried out by individual mind/body/spirit complexes as they use the higher densities to activate and balance their higher energy centers in the process of increasing their polarity:

Questioner: And then what entity would be the simplest that would have red, orange, yellow, and green activation?

Ra: I am Ra. This information has been covered in a previous session. To perhaps simplify your asking, each center may be seen to be activated potentially in third density, the late second-density entities having the capability, if efficient use is made of experience, of vibrating and activating the green-ray energy center.

The third-density being, having the potential for complete self-awareness, thus has the potential for the minimal activation of all energy centers. The fourth, fifth, and sixth densities are those refining the higher energy centers. The seventh density is a density of completion and the turning towards timelessness, or foreverness.

This morning I went down to Walgreen’s Drug Store and picked up two inhalers for Dan D. Lion. The Albuterol is to deal with the inflammation caused by Dan D’s asthma, and the Flovent is to clear his air passageways to make it easier for him to breathe. I am so glad to have these inhalers as that means I won’t have to stuff a pill down Dan D’s throat twice a day, a process that is very stressful for him and for me.

This afternoon I did my speed walk, bath, feeding the cats upstairs, and Camelot Journal entry early today because we have a channeling circle this evening that begins at 5 pm. Your Relationship With Your God

I am of the spirit of the love of Jesus the Christ. I greet you in that full consciousness which is love in living form.

Since before the beginnings of time you have been with your Creator. And until the very last tick of creation’s clock, you shall still be one with the Creator. This is the bedrock of your relationship with your God.

We are aware that your daily life does not often show evidence of this primal relationship. Yet if you may open your heart to the spirit of love, that spirit, asked within, may use that invitation to awaken, engage and fire the active relationship of humankind to deity.

May you, in humility, seek not things but principles, the principles of truth, love and peace. To ask the spirit of Jesus the Christ to move within your heart this day is to ask that you be used to set on fire the world around you with the power of love. Though this power is quiet and may be expressed by soft words and gentle smiles, the impact of the spirit of love is transformative.

And so you may be a source of love. In spite of all human frailty, you have only to ask. You have only to trust. You have only to be at peace with who you really are and why you really are here. May you as children of the One Father be about the family business of sharing love with all that there is.

“Questioner: Would I be correct in saying that our local Logos, in acting as co-Creator, distorted to some extent, for the purposes of experience, that which we experience here? And that the archetypes of this particular Logos are somewhat unique with respect to the rest of the creation—but are, of course, related to the all in that they are part of it, but are, I can only say, a unique part—and that the systems of study that we have just talked about would not translate quickly or easily in other parts of the creation. This is a very difficult question to state. Could you clear that up for me?

Ra: I am Ra. We may draw from the welter of statement which you offer the question we believe you ask. Please re-question if we have mistaken your query.

The archetypical mind is that mind which is peculiar to the Logos under which influence you are at this space/time distorting your experiences. There is no other Logos the archetypical mind of which would be the same, any more than the stars would appear the same from another planet in another galaxy. You may correctly infer that the closer Logoi are indeed closer in archetypes.”

In this question Don asked Ra if our Logos, that is, our Logos of our Milky Way Galaxy I am assuming, had created a unique though related set of archetypes which help us to understand the nature of our spiritual experiences on Earth.  Ra responded by suggesting that the infinite number of Logoi vary more in their archetypical mind the further away they are from us, and the closer Logoi have archetypical minds that are more like our Milky Way Galaxy Logos’ archetypical mind. In 90.16, Ra gave the basic purpose for our Logos’s design of its archetypical mind:

Questioner: What was the ultimate objective of this Logos in designing the archetypical mind as It did?

Ra: I am Ra. Each Logos desires to create a more eloquent expression of experience of the Creator by the Creator. The archetypical mind is intended to heighten this ability to express the Creator in patterns more like the fanned peacock’s tail: each facet of the Creator vivid, upright, and shining with articulated beauty.

If we were to travel beyond our Milky Way Galaxy we would find other Logoi which would have even more differences in their archetypical minds until we could reach a galaxy in which we would be quite lost in understanding the kind of evolutionary experiences entities there would have. In 90.17, Ra described the experiences of some of their social memory complex who have traveled to these distant galaxies:

Questioner: Is Ra familiar with the archetypical mind of some other Logos that is not the same as the one we experience?

Ra: I am Ra. There are entities of Ra which have served as far wanderers to those of another Logos. The experience has been one which staggers the intellectual and intuitive capacities, for each Logos sets up an experiment enough at variance from all others that the subtleties of the archetypical mind of another Logos are most murky to the resonating mind, body, and spirit complexes of this Logos.

Today I spoke for a good while with the veterinarian that takes care of Dan D. Lion. Dan D. had a depo shot last Friday to keep him from having asthmatic attacks, which he has had for about twelve years. However, he has continued to have these attacks every day since the depo shot, so we needed to decide what combination of inhaler and prednisone to give him between now and the next depo shot since he can only have depo shots every two weeks or so. I was fortunate in that the vet said that there was a type of steroid like prednisone that also could be administered via an inhaler so that I would not have to put Dan D. through the stress of having a pill shoved down his throat twice a day. So we will give Dan D. two meds via the inhaler and see how they affect his asthmatic attacks.

You Have Good Gifts

I am the spirit of the full consciousness of love in the vibration which comforts this instrument. I greet you in the love of Jesus Christ.

The nature of the Comforter is both particular and personal. Yet it does not expend itself in the movement from the winds of opportunity to the heart of one who prays that the Holy Spirit may therein enter.

The same principle which enlivens your heart and engages your attention in a spiritually rewarding manner may also then be used by you to show forth the glory of God to others. There is no deadness in the spirit, for all are alive in Jesus Christ.

Therefore, know that you have good gifts and are not going to find it necessary to act for your Lord without the help of the Holy Spirit. It was truly said that until the ending of the age Jesus would never leave His flock, for we are the principle of Jesus Christ and of the nature of Christ’s consciousness. Thusly you and we work together to shine the light of peace and understanding upon a world which does not yet understand that all that exists is, alike, holy.

“Questioner: Is there, in Ra’s opinion, any present-day value for the reuse of the tarot as an aid in the evolutionary process?

Ra: I am Ra. We shall repeat information. It is appropriate to study one form of constructed and organized distortion of the archetypical mind in depth in order to arrive at the position of being able to become and to experience archetypes at will. You have three basic choices:

You may choose astrology—the twelve signs, as you call these portions of your planet’s energy web, and what has been called the ten planets.

You may choose the tarot with its twenty-two so-called Major Arcana.

You may choose the study of the so-called Tree of Life with its ten Sephiroth and the twenty-two relationships between the stations.

It is well to investigate each discipline, not as a dilettante, but as one who seeks the touchstone, one who wishes to feel the pull of the magnet. One of these studies will be more attractive to the seeker. Let the seeker then investigate the archetypical mind using, basically, one of these three disciplines.

After a period of study, the discipline mastered sufficiently, the seeker may then complete the more important step: that is, the moving beyond the written in order to express in an unique fashion its understanding, if you may again pardon the noun, of the archetypical mind.”

So in this question Don is still attempting to decide whether or not we should undertake a study of the tarot as a means to grasp the nature of this rather nebulous concept of the “archetypical mind.” We had heard Ra refer to it for the first time in Session #66, but now Ra seemed to suggest that there is, indeed, good reason to study the archetypical mind. I say this because in their answer Ra went right into listing the three ways that the archetypical mind may be studied: astrology, the tarot, and the Tree of Life or white ceremonial magic. And they listed the ultimate goals of this study: “being able to become and to experience archetypes at will” and “to express our unique understanding of the archetypical mind.” In 74.4, Ra gave us the first indication that it would be a good idea for us to study the archetypical mind:

We may not teach/learn for any other to the extent that we become learn/teachers. Therefore, we shall make some general notations upon this interesting subject and allow the questioner to consider and further refine any queries.

The archetypical mind may be defined as that mind which is peculiar to the Logos of this planetary sphere. Thusly, unlike the great cosmic all-mind, it contains the material which it pleased the Logos to offer as refinements to the great cosmic beingness. The archetypical mind, then, is that which contains all facets which may affect mind or experience.

The Magician was named as a significant archetype. However, it was not recognized that this portion of the archetypical mind represents not a portion of the deep subconscious, but the conscious mind and, more especially, the will. The archetype called by some the High Priestess, then, is the corresponding intuitive, or subconscious faculty.

Let us observe the entity as it is in relationship to the archetypical mind. You may consider the possibilities of utilizing the correspondences between the mind/body/spirit in microcosm and the archetypical mind /body/spirit closely approaching the Creator.

For instance, in your ritual performed to purify this place you use the term “Ve Geburah.” It is a correct assumption that this is a portion or aspect of the One Infinite Creator. However, there are various correspondences with the archetypical mind which may be more and more refined by the adept. “Ve Geburah” is the correspondence of Michael, of Mars, of the positive, of maleness. “Ve Gedulah” has correspondences to Jupiter, to femaleness, to the negative, to that portion of the Tree of Life concerned with Auriel.

We could go forward with more and more refinements of these two entries into the archetypical mind. We could discuss color correspondences, relationships with other archetypes, and so forth. This is the work of the adept, not the teach/learner.

We may only suggest that there are systems of study which may address themselves to the aspects of the archetypical mind, and it is well to choose one and study carefully. It is more nearly well if the adept go beyond whatever has been written and make such correspondences that the archetype can be called upon at will.

I was somewhat surprised that Don didn’t suggest white ceremonial magic as a means of studying the archetypical mind since he had such a strong background in that area, and neither Carla nor I knew anything about any of the three ways of studying the archetypical mind. I think that it was a synchronistic and a happy choice for us to choose the tarot as this was actually the way that Ra developed to study the archetypical mind when they were at the third-density level on Venus as Ra described in 88.13-.15:

Questioner: Thank you. I would like to ask you, as to the initial production of the tarot, where this concept was first formed, and where the tarot was first recorded, where did this . . . the very first concept?

Ra: I am Ra. The concept of the tarot originated within the planetary influence you call Venus.

Questioner: Was the concept given to . . . let me ask . . . you say it originated there . . . was this concept devised for a training tool for those inhabiting Venus at that time, or was it devised by those of Venus as a training tool for those of Earth?

Ra: I am Ra. The tarot was devised by the third-density population of Venus a great measure of your space/time in your past.

As we have noted, the third-density experience of those of Venus dealt far more deeply and harmoniously with what you would call relationships with other-selves, sexual energy transfer work, and philosophical or metaphysical research. The product of many, many generations of work upon what we conceived to be the archetypical mind produced the tarot which was used by our peoples as a training aid in developing the magical personality.

Questioner: I’ll make a guess that those of Venus third density who were the initial ones to partially penetrate the veil gleaned information as to the nature of the archetypical mind and the veiling process, and from this designed the tarot as a method of teaching others. Is this correct?

Ra: I am Ra. It is so.

Ra’s final suggestion to us was that we should conduct our study of the archetypical mind as serious students and not pursue this study just out of curiosity. We really needed to commit ourselves to becoming that which we studied, at least in some degree. And for those last two years that we had together we did that as best we could. Carla and I continued to be amazed at the depth of this information in the years after the Ra contact. But I must admit that most serious study of the archetypical mind has come in the last couple of years since Carla’s passing as I felt that this study would embody all that Ra had given us about the nature of our evolution in mind, body, and spirit. Better late than never seems to be my situation regarding studying the archetypes. In 76.4, Ra gave us this same type of advice, to take this study of archetypes seriously as neophytes, as they also recommended to us when we were learning to use the Banishing Ritual of the Lesser Pentagram:

Questioner: Has our use of the Banishing Ritual of the Lesser Pentagram been of any value, and what is its effect?

Ra: I am Ra. This group’s use of the Banishing Ritual of the Lesser Pentagram has been increasingly efficacious. Its effect is purification, cleansing, and protection of the place of working.

The efficacy of this ritual is only beginning to be, shall we say, at the lower limits of the truly magical. In doing the working, those aspiring to adepthood have done the equivalent of beginning the schoolwork, many grades ahead.

For the intelligent student this is not to be discouraged; rather to be encouraged is the homework, the reading, the writing, the arithmetic, as you might metaphorically call the elementary steps towards the study of being.

It is the being that informs the working, not the working that informs the being. Therefore, we may leave you to the work you have begun.

Early this morning I used my broom to sweep my walkway, my next door neighbor’s walkway, and my neighbors’ walkway across the street free of about an inch of snow. Later in the morning I made an errand run to Walgreen’s to pick up some non-food items and then I went to Kroger’s to pick up some ice cream that I will take to a dear friend next Saturday. She is a long-time friend of Carla’s and mine who is in a nursing home in southern Indiana, and she loves chocolate ice cream on a little cake as a dessert after her noon meal.

The Eyes, Ears And Heart

I am of the principle of the love of Jesus the Christ and I greet you in the full consciousness of divine love.

You have heard many times of eyes which cannot see and of ears which do not hear. The principle of the love of Jesus the Christ moves in spirit where it is called to open the eyes, open the ears, and unstop the heart. For the world seen without the spirit of love is a world of illusion and shadow.

With all of your heart, pray that the spirit may come upon you this day, that you may gaze at the beggar and see Christ; that you may gaze at the woman in rags and see a woman in fair, clean cloth; that you may gaze at the starving child and see the most gentle and worthy of beings; that you may gaze upon your landscapes which have been so torn by war and see the peace that will swallow such degradation with love; and that you may have the eyes of Christ and the ears of Christ.

Pray and open your heart to the spirit of love. We are the way out of illusion.

“Questioner: Sorry we have had such a long delay between the last session and this one. It couldn’t be helped, I guess. Could you please tell me the origin of the tarot?

Ra: I am Ra. The origin of this system of study and divination is twofold: firstly, there is that influence which, coming in a distorted fashion from those who were priests attempting to teach the Law of One in Egypt, gave form to the understanding, if you will pardon the misnomer, which they had received. These forms were then made a regular portion of the learn/teachings of an initiate.

The second influence is that of those entities in the lands you call Ur, Chaldea, and Mesopotamia who, from old, had received the, shall we say, data for which they called having to do with the heavens.

Thusly we find two methods of divination being melded into one with uneven results; the, as you call it, astrology and the form being combined to suggest what you might call the correspondences which are typical of the distortions you may see as attempts to view archetypes.

Questioner: Then am I correct in assuming that the priests in Egypt, in attempting to convert knowledge that they had received initially from Ra into understandable symbology, constructed and initiated the concept of the tarot? Is this correct?

Ra: I am Ra. This is correct with the addition of the Sumerian influence.”

After a three month delay in having sessions with Ra due to Carla’s elbow surgery Don is now ready to being questioning Ra again. He begins with asking Ra where the tarot originated. Ra’s answer is focused on where on Earth the tarot was first used. We had not yet decided to use the tarot as our method of studying the archetypical mind, so they did not immediately tell us that they originated the tarot in their third-density experience on Venus because as they did not want to infringe on our free will as they said in 76.12:

Questioner: But I am assuming that the concepts of the tarot and the magical concepts of the Tree of Life, etc., were not in use by Ra. I suspect, possibly, some form of astrology was a previous Ra concept. This is just a guess. Am I correct?

Ra: I am Ra. To express Ra’s methods of study of the archetypical mind under the system of distortions which we enjoyed would be to skew your own judgment of that which is appropriate for the system of distortions forming the conditions in which you learn/teach. Therefore, we must invoke the Law of Confusion.

Later on, when we decided to study the archetypical mind by using the tarot, rather astrology or the Tree of Life, they could tell us that they originated the tarot in their third-density experience on Venus without infringing upon our free will. So Ra begins their answer here by saying that the priests of Egypt first utilized the tarot on this planet when they “gave form to the understanding, if you will pardon the misnomer, which they had received.” If we had asked about this “understanding which they had received” it is possible that Ra would have then revealed that the priests had received this understanding form those of Ra as they admitted in 89.16:

Questioner: The way I understand this, then: Ra gave these archetypical concepts to the priests of Egypt who then drew them upon the walls of one of the chambers of the Great Pyramid. What was the technique of transmission of this information to the priests? At this time was Ra walking the surface among the Egyptians, or was this done through some form of channeling?

Ra: I am Ra. This was done partially through old teachings and partially through visions.

Then Ra said that the influences of Ur, Mesopotamia, and Chaldea were those that were in the area of astrology or, as Ra said, the “heavens.” The astrological information was focused on divination, or the attempt to interpret the positions and influences of planets and stars in relation to a person’s life pattern. When this information was combined with the tarot, Ra felt that it distorted the purpose of the tarot as a means of describing the archetypical mind. We were able to question Ra in detail about the seven archetypes of the mind, and one of the results of this questioning was that we removed the astrological portions of each image to get a clearer picture of the archetypes. In 93.17, Ra stated that they did not have astrology in mind when they created the tarot:

Questioner: I was specifically thinking of the fact that Ra, in an earlier session, spoke of the tarot as a system of divination. Could you tell me what you meant by that?

Ra: I am Ra. Due to the influence of the Chaldees, the system of archetypical images was incorporated by the priests of that period into a system of astrologically based study, learning, and divination. This was not a purpose for which Ra developed the tarot.

Today was another Sabbath Day of Rest. As I ran my usual Sunday noon errands yesterday, because of the snow chances today, I had more time today to meditate, read, and dance. Dance has once again become a significant part of my life not just because it is fun—and it certainly is that—but because it is also good medicine for the osteoporosis in my right hip and activates the balancing function of my brain. It is just my opinion, but I think that rhythmic movement is a holy activity for the body in that it can activate its “tone poem” nature. (54.8) Allegorically, we dance our way through the densities in order to reunite with the One Infinite Creator which, paradoxically, is within us all along this dancing spiritual journey.

The Holy Ground Of Consciousness

I am the principle of Jesus the Christ which speaks to the world today. I am all those things that you think that I am, but most of all I am your own inner voice; your own inner comfort; your own inner peace.

Let us contemplate the holy ground of your consciousness.

Because of the troubles of daily life, the surface consciousness is littered with debris. The undercurrent of mind is littered with unspoken thoughts, unnamed fears, and unrecognized emotion.

Insofar as you may be able this day, return again and again, momentarily, to the holy ground upon which your consciousness, the very essence of your being, stands. It is no passing thing. It is, indeed, the representation of all that there is in creation.

Within you, abidingly and faithfully, that principle of love which is the Creator is your essence and constitutes the bedrock upon which you, as a timeless being, shall stand for eternity.

Return again and again to the peace, the strength, the power, the wisdom, and the love of love Itself. And from that spot within you comes a balance that shines in your vision and heals in the world outside of your eyes and inside your heart.

We began to us the Banishing Ritual of the Lesser Pentagram in Session #72, when our friend of negative polarity was able to stop two Ra sessions from happening. He was able to energize inner ear difficulties that Carla had from childhood and cause simple vertigo or fainting. But Don and I couldn’t tell that she had simply fainted. So Don decided to use this ritual in the next session, and it was successful in keeping our friend from causing Carla to faint again as it did indeed cleanse and protect our place of working as Ra said in 72.8: 

The use of the light forms being generated is such as to cause such entities to discover a wall through which they cannot pass. This is due to the energy complexes of the light beings and aspects of the One Infinite Creator invoked and evoked in the building of the wall of light.

In this question Don is asking Ra what the effect of our use of the ritual had been up to that point. It had been four months since the last session with Ra, and in that four months we had been able to reach the lower limits of the truly magical, according to Ra. So we were glad to continue on as beginners in this kind of working and used the ritual on a daily basis for most of the rest of our time together. In 74.5, Don asked Ra if it would “be beneficial for us to perform the banishing ritual more” in the Ra room:

Questioner: Would it be beneficial for us to perform the banishing ritual more in this room?

Ra: I am Ra. It is beneficial to regularly work in this place.

I think that the most important point that Ra made about this or any such ritual that a student might use is that the being of the student is the factor that informs the working of the ritual. It is not the working that informs the being. The ritual is the tool through which the being may perform its function and make the working work. The student enhances its beingness by concentrating on its spiritual path in various ways: some examples would be processing catalyst on a daily basis, by remembering and worshipping the Creator in some way each day, and by seeking to find love in every moment of the life experience. In 30.2, Ra gave the basic framework of how we manifest our beingness in our incarnations:

Questioner: Thank you. Would you define mind, body, and spirit separately?

Ra: I am Ra. These terms are all simplistic descriptive terms which equal a complex of energy focuses; the body, as you call it, being the material of the density which you experience at a given space/time or time/space; this complex of materials being available for distortions of what you would call physical manifestation.

The mind is a complex which reflects the inpourings of the spirit and the up-pourings of the body complex. It contains what you know as feelings, emotions, and intellectual thoughts in its more conscious complexities. Moving further down the tree of mind we see the intuition, which is of the nature of the mind more in contact, or in tune, with the total beingness complex. Moving down to the roots of mind we find the progression of consciousness which gradually turns from the personal to the racial memory to the cosmic influxes, and thus becomes a direct contactor of that shuttle which we call the spirit complex.

This spirit complex is the channel whereby the inpourings from all of the various universal, planetary, and personal inpourings may be funneled into the roots of consciousness, and whereby consciousness may be funneled to the gateway of intelligent infinity through the balanced intelligent energy of body and mind.

You will see by this series of definitive statements that mind, body, and spirit are inextricably intertwined and cannot continue, one without the other. Thus we refer to the mind/body/spirit complex rather than attempting to deal with them separately, for the work, shall we say, that you do during your experiences is done through the interaction of these three components, not through any one.

Today is the 41^st anniversary of the beginning of the Ra contact. It is hard for me to put into words all of the joy, peace, and sense of fulfillment that remembering those magical days causes me to feel after all this time. When I joined Don and Carla on December 23, 1980, I had no idea of what the future might hold. I had known them for a year and had attended their Sunday night meditations for all of that year, driving up from my homestead in the woods of central Kentucky to be part of their channeling group. I felt a real affinity for the messages that those of Latwii channeled through Carla, and there was this strong and easy feeling of familiarity with Don and Carla that felt like I had found my spiritual family. When the Ra contact began, it seemed like I was on a rocket ship headed for the stars. As time has gone on, that journey has become pointed inward, to the universe within, and I believe that it has no end.

Since there is a chance for some snow tomorrow I made my usual Sunday errand run this morning to pick up some food for the kitties at Feeder’s Supply. Then I stopped by Paul’s Fruit Market to pick up some food for myself. I also did my usual Saturday errands by stopping by the veterinarian’s office to pick up some medications for my kitties, and on the way home I filled Stanley’s gas tank.

The Perception Of Manyness

I am the spirit of Jesus Christ, the principle of the full consciousness of love in the vibration which comforts this instrument.

In your minds you know that all things come from one source and go to one source. And yet in your hearts you who peer into the gloom of the shadows of the world’s day perceive often that many things come not from one source but from many, and likewise that the fruits of action are scattered to the twelve directions, not moving once again into unity but shattering again and again into the chaos of unintended effect.

Yet we say to you that one of the great and overriding benefits of consciousness with which the consciousness of love has been intermingled is a realization of the incorrectness of the perception of manyness, either of the source or of the final disposition of the energies which move within your notice and awareness.

Seek first to know the consciousness of love when you wish, secondly, to know the nature of those things which occur to you which are played out in front of you and which depart from you. Only in that transformed consciousness shall your eyes see truly and your heart resound with the unity of love.

“Questioner: Will our continued communication with Ra be deleterious to the physical energies of the instrument?

Ra: I am Ra. We may answer in two modes. Firstly, if the instrument were thusly dedicated to this use with no transfer of energy of physical complex nature, it would begin to call upon the vital energy itself, and this, done in any substantive measure, is actively deleterious to a mind/body/spirit complex if that complex wishes further experience in the illusion which it now distorts.

Secondly, if care is taken, firstly, to monitor the outer parameters of the instrument, then to transfer physical energy by sexual transfer, by magical protection, and, lastly, by the energetic displacements of thought-forms energizing the instrument during contact, there is no difficulty in that there is no worsening of the instrument’s mind/body/spirit-complex distortions of strength/weakness.

It is to be noted that the instrument, by dedicating itself to this service, attracts greetings of which you are aware. These are inconvenient but, with care taken, need not be lastingly deleterious either to the instrument or the contact.

Questioner: Of the three things you mentioned that we could do for the instrument’s benefit, would you clarify the last one? I didn’t quite understand that.

Ra: I am Ra. As the entity which you are allows its being to empathize with another being, so then it may choose to share with the other-self those energies which may be salubrious to the other-self. The mechanism of these energy transfers is the thought or, more precisely, the thought-form, for any thought is a form, or symbol, or thing that is an object seen in time/space reference.”

This was the first session that we had after Carla’s surgery on her right elbow in November of 1981. Three months had elapsed, so Don wanted to know if Carla was still in good enough shape to be an instrument for the Ra contact. Ra gave us pretty precise directions for maintaining Carla’s condition, and the first one was that all future sessions should be preceded by sexual energy transfers so that Carla would never have to use her vital energy to power the contact. In 87.27, Ra revealed that sexual energy transfer offered Carla, or any female, physical energy which Carla was always low on:

Due to the veiling process the energy transferred from male to female is different than that transferred from female to male. Due to the polarity difference of the mind/body/spirit complexes of male and female, the male stores physical energy; the female, mental and mental/emotional energy. When third-density sexual energy transfer is completed the male will have offered the discharge of physical energy. The female is, thereby, refreshed, having far less physical vitality. At the same time, if you will use this term, the female discharges the efflux of its stored mental and mental/emotional energy, thereby offering inspiration, healing, and blessing to the male which by nature is less vital in this area.

In 79.4, Ra described how sexual energy transfers aided the Ra contact:

Questioner: In that case, she would like to know the function of the energy transfer during the session.

Ra: I am Ra. The function of this energy transfer is a most helpful one in that it serves to strengthen the shuttle through which the instreaming contact is received.

The contact itself will monitor the condition of the instrument and cease communication when the distortions of the instrument begin to fluctuate towards the distortions of weakness or pain. However, while the contact is ongoing, the strength of the channel through which this contact flows may be aided by the energy transfer of which you spoke.

Ra’s second suggestion that we should “monitor the outer parameters of the instrument” referred to balancing Carla’s physical activities to be sure that she got enough exercise, was able to participate in church activities, and that she had chances for social interaction without overdoing the physical aspect. In 66.3, Ra listed the ways that Carla could benefit by partaking in various activities:

The basic material has been covered before concerning the nurturing of this instrument. We recapitulate: the exercise according to ability, not to exceed appropriate parameters, the nutrition, the social intercourse with companions, the sexual activity in green ray or above and, in general, the sharing of the distortions of this group’s individual experiences in an helpful, loving manner.

And Ra’s third suggestion was that we always invoke magical protection before and during the sessions with them. Using the Banishing Ritual of the Lesser Pentagram was the first level of our magical protection, and then walking the Circle of One, which Ra gave us in 2.6, was our second level of magical protection:

The vibrations may well be purified by a simple turning to the Circle of One and the verbal vibration while doing so of the following dialogue:

Question: “What is the Law?”

Answer: “The Law is One.”

Question: “Why are we here?”

Answer: “We seek the Law of One.”

Question: “Why do we seek Ra?”

Answer: “Ra is an humble messenger of the Law of One.”

Both together: “Rejoice then, and purify this place in the Law of One. Let no thought-form enter the circle we have walked about this instrument, for the Law is One.”

Ra’s last suggestion was that we could utilize our empathy with Carla’s situation, as having to bear the brunt of the wear and tear of being the instrument for the Ra contact, by generating the “energetic displacement of thought-forms.” In 60.4, Ra said that serving as the instrument for each Ra session was like a day’s harsh physical labor:

Questioner: You are saying then that the physical distortions that the instrument experienced are part of a balancing process? Is this correct?

Ra: I am Ra. This is incorrect. The physical distortions are a result of the instrument’s not accepting fully the limitations, placed prior to incarnation, upon the activities of the entity once it had begun the working. The distortions caused by this working, which are inevitable given the plan chosen by this entity, are limitation and—to a degree consonant with the amount of vital and physical energy expended—weariness due to that which is the equivalent in this instrument of many, many hours of harsh physical labor.

This is why we suggested the instrument’s thoughts dwelling upon the possibility of its suggesting to its higher self the possibility of some slight reservation of energy at a working. This instrument, at this time, is quite open until all resources are quite exhausted. This is well, if desired. However, it will, shall we say, shorten the number of workings in what you may call the long run.

Regarding the “energetic displacement of thought-forms,” I had already been using thought forms to energize Carla as I meditated during the Ra contact. I would visualize energy entering Carla’s crown chakra and then moving downward through all of her energy centers and out her feet. I imaged this movement of energy as aiding Ra’s contact energy as it entered through her violet ray and activated her blue-ray center as Ra mentioned in 72.17:

We of Ra approach this instrument in narrow-band contact through violet ray. Others might pierce down through this ray to any energy center. We, for instance, make great use of this instrument’s blue-ray energy center as we are attempting to communicate our distortion-understandings of the Law of One.

This morning I took Dan D. Lion to the vet to get a depo shot to reduce the number of asthmatic attacks that he has been having lately. When I got home I pulled the old sheets off my bed and replaced them with new sheets and the pillows with new pillow cases.

In the afternoon I went around the living room where I have four spider plants hanging and removed the many dead leaves on each plant. These dead leaves always seem to occur in the fall and winter when these plants are indoors, although the two in the back area of the kitchen don’t have this problem. My last job was to vacuum the first floor of the house.

Sleep’s Communion With Spirit

I am of the principle of divine love. I greet you in the full consciousness of that love which is the love of Jesus the Christ.

Once more the day’s star shines and the activities of a busy round begin. And each soul, vertical, dressed, equipped for the day, moves into the rhythms of that vertical activity which is called living the life.

May we suggest that it is most helpful to realize that that which has been yours during your sleep, during your period of horizontal relaxation, is most valuable. For upon your bed you do not strive. You do not struggle. You do not mourn or praise. But as one who dives into deep water, you are covered with the blessings which sleep brings. For sleep opens the door to the spirit’s communion with that spirit which we are.

Allow the vertical part of your life to carry the horizontal member which lies within the heart and mind. Allow the consciousness of peace and comfort to interpenetrate each activity. For those peaceful lessons learned upon the nightly bed may so inform the day that your life finds more and more value in its happenings.

You see, your life is only yours insofar as you perceive it, and it is your powers of perception that are clarified and strengthened by obtaining the peaceful spaciousness of water whilst bounding actively upon the currents of the air.

Might this combination of action and rest offer you enhanced realization of peace, now and ever. Amen.

“Questioner: The three aspects of the magical personality are stated to be power, love, and wisdom. Is this correct, and are these the only primary aspects of the magical personality?

Ra: I am Ra. The three aspects of the magical personality—power, love, and wisdom—are so called in order that attention be paid to each aspect in developing the basic tool of the adept: that is, its self.

It is by no means a personality of three aspects. It is a being of unity, being of sixth density, and equivalent to what you call your higher self and, at the same time, is a personality enormously rich in variety of experience and subtlety of emotion.

The three aspects are given that the neophyte not abuse the tools of its trade but, rather, approach those tools balanced in the center of love and wisdom and thus seeking power in order to serve.”

Don asked Ra about the three aspects of the magical personality: power, love, and wisdom. Ra reminded us that the magical personality is our higher self which exists at the mid-sixth density level. These three aspects reflect the ability of the adept to access the love of fourth density, the wisdom of fifth density, and the power of the sixth density. Ra also suggested that the magical personality has a “rich variety of experience and subtlety of emotion”. This can easily be imagined, for the higher self has knowledge of all of the possible paths that we may travel in our journey through the densities. It also has all of the knowledge of all of our incarnations that we have utilized on this journey of seeking the Creator. In 36.6-.7, Ra gave an outline of how our higher self aids our spiritual journey:

Questioner: Then the higher self operates from the future, as we understand things. In other words, my higher self would operate from what I consider to be my future? Is this correct?

Ra: I am Ra. From the standpoint of your space/time, this is correct.

Questioner: In that case my higher self would, shall we say, have a very large advantage in knowing precisely what was needed since it would know what . . . as far as I am concerned, what was going to happen. Is this correct?

Ra: I am Ra. This is incorrect, in that this would be an abrogation of free will. The higher self aspect is aware of the lessons learned through the sixth density. The progress rate is fairly well understood. The choices which must be made to achieve the higher self as it is are in the provenance of the mind/body/spirit complex itself.

Thus the higher self is like the map in which the destination is known; the roads are very well known, these roads being designed by intelligent infinity working through intelligent energy. However, the higher self aspect can program only for the lessons and certain predisposing limitations if it wishes. The remainder is completely the free choice of each entity. There is the perfect balance between the known and the unknown.

In 85.16, Ra shed some more light on the balancing of love and wisdom that an adept would seek to accomplish:

When it is perceived that universal love has been achieved, the next balancing may or may not be wisdom. If the adept is balancing manifestations it is indeed appropriate to balance universal love and wisdom. If the balancing is of mind or spirit there are many subtleties to which the adept may give careful consideration. Love and wisdom, like love and light, are not black and white, shall we say, but faces of the same coin, if you will. Therefore, it is not in all cases that balancing consists of a movement from compassion to wisdom.

We may suggest at all times the constant remembrance of the density from which each adept desires to move. This density learns the lessons of love. In the case of wanderers there are half-forgotten overlays of other lessons and other densities.

In 75.39, Don asked Ra if meditations on power, love, and wisdom would aid the invocation of the magical personality:

Questioner: Then is it correct that a good sequence for developing the invocation of the magical personality are alternate meditations, first on power, then a meditation on love, and then a meditation on wisdom, and to continue cycling that way? Is that an appropriate technique?

Ra: I am Ra. This is indeed an appropriate technique. In this particular group there is an additional aid in that each entity manifests one of these qualities in a manner which approaches the archetype. Thusly visualization may be personalized and much love and support within the group generated.

This morning I made a trip to Kroger’s to buy another week’s worth of food. In the early afternoon I decided to take advantage of the 45-degree temperature and clean the filters in the fish pond. They were pretty dirty but cleaning the filters in the winter seems to be all that is needed to keep the clarity of the water high. The low winter temperatures keep any algae from forming, so pumping the pond out a quarter or so is not necessary. While I was outside I was glad to see that my last garbage can of leaves was picked up by the yard waste fellow.

Prepare A Way For Light

We are of the principle of divine love and we greet you in the love of Jesus the Christ.

My children, it may seem to you that the road ahead this day contains within it a situation which calls upon the very greatest that is within you. For there is within your life a personal situation which seems resistant to prayer and outside the realm of the Holy Spirit.

Yet we say to you in the name of love that it is you who may make the difference this day for that person, for that situation. For when you behold a person in conflict and despair and lost from the light and the peace of God, you behold someone who has within the mind the picture that is jarring and painted in such a way as to disturb.

Let the spirit fill your mind with a positive and beautiful picture for that person and for that situation. It is not a difficult thing to do, for it is not done within yourself but by calling upon the spirit of love to illuminate and lighten the darkness of confusion and human concern.

It is said, “Let your light shine.” Know you that it is necessary only to prepare a way for the light of the perfect love of Jesus the Christ to shine through you and all situations, all entities, may be bathed in that love as you pray to be a channel for love this day.

I said the prayer at the Gaia Meditation tonight:

We come in the name of Love and open our hearts, our minds, and our souls to send love, light, and healing energies to Mother Earth as she brings forth a New Earth in fourth density. We ask that the infinite love, light, and healing energies of the One Infinite Creator heal the heart of each soul in pain on Earth tonight. I did the Morning Offering and then got myself ready for the day. Today the Ra quote comes from 75.24:

“Questioner: The answer to this question probably has to do with our distorted view of time, but I see wanderers in this density who have come from fifth or sixth density— It seems to me that they should already be of a relatively high degree of adeptness and must follow a slightly or somewhat different path back to the adeptness that they previously had in a higher density and get as close to it as they can in third density. Is this correct?

Ra: I am Ra. Your query is less than perfectly focused. We shall address the subject in general.

There are many wanderers whom you may call adepts who do no conscious work in the present incarnation. It is a matter of attention. One may be a fine catcher of your game sphere, but if the eye is not turned as this sphere is tossed, then perchance it will pass the entity by. If it turned its eyes upon the sphere, catching would be easy.

In the case of wanderers which seek to recapitulate the degree of adeptness which each had acquired previous to this life experience, we may note that, even after the forgetting process has been penetrated, there is still the yellow-ray activated body which does not respond as does the adept which is of a green- or blue-ray activated body. Thusly, you may see the inevitability of frustrations and confusion due to the inherent difficulties of manipulating the finer forces of consciousness through the chemical apparatus of the yellow-ray activated body.”

In this question Don is trying to figure out if a wanderer would be able to manifest its abilities as an adept within the third density by traveling a certain kind of life path within its current incarnation. Ra began their answer by suggesting that not all wanderers choose to manifest the abilities of an adept within the current life experience. There may be some wanderers who choose instead to simply radiate love and light to all those around them rather than specifically focus that love and light into healing, or channeling, or teaching or any other specific avenue. In 58.23, Ra gave us a little more perspective on whether an adept or wanderer would manifest any abilities as a result of what I would presume would be pre-incarnative choices:

Contact with indigo ray need not necessarily show itself in any certain gift, or guidepost, as you have said. There are some whose indigo energy is that of pure being and never is manifested, yet all are aware of such an entity’s progress. Others may teach or share in many ways contact with intelligent energy. Others continue in unmanifested form seeking intelligent infinity.

Thus the manifestation is a lesser signpost than that which is sensed, or intuited, about a mind/body/spirit complex. This violet-ray beingness is far more indicative of true self.

Then Ra suggested that a wanderer may indeed be able to learn these skills of the adept if it chooses to focus on them and begin the learning process as a neophyte. Many of the abilities of the adept can be rediscovered by concentrated study, but all wanderers incarnate in the same yellow-ray body as all entities in third density do. This means that even if the wanderer is successful in mentally remembering its skills as an adept it will have to deal with a body that is not capable of allowing these energetic concepts to flow through it in the same manner as the green, blue, or indigo body is capable of doing. Even though wanderers may have the same road to travel in becoming an adept as any other third-density entity, in 65.12, Ra said that each wanderer does come here with certain skills to offer in service to others:

Questioner: Then each of the wanderers here acts as a function of the biases he has developed in any way he sees fit to communicate—or simply be in his polarity—to aid the total consciousness of the planet.

Is there any, shall I say, more physical way that he aids in— What I mean is, do his vibrations somehow add to the process, just as electrical polarity or charging a battery or something? Does that also aid the planet, just the physical presence of the wanderers?

Ra: I am Ra. This is correct, and the mechanism is precisely as you state. We intended this meaning in the second portion of our previous answer.

You may at this time note that as with any entities, each wanderer has its unique abilities, biases, and specialties, so that from each portion of each density represented among the wanderers comes an array of pre-incarnative talents which then may be expressed upon this plane which you now experience; so that each wanderer, in offering itself before incarnation, has some special service to offer in addition to the doubling effect of planetary love and light and the basic function of serving as beacon or shepherd.

Thus there are those of fifth density whose abilities to express wisdom are great. There are fourth- and sixth-density wanderers whose ability to serve as, shall we say, passive radiators or broadcasters of love and love/light are immense. There are many others whose talents brought into this density are quite varied.

Thus wanderers have three basic functions once the forgetting is penetrated, the first two being basic, the tertiary one being unique to that particular mind/body/spirit complex.

Today I signed the thirty thank you letters that Gary brought over yesterday for people who made donations to L/L Research in response to our fall donations drive. Our readers are so very generous with their love and support, and these letters can be used to get a reduction on their tax forms. The temperatures were back in the 50’s this afternoon, so I was able to use my backpack blower to blow the previously frozen leaf dust off the walkway between the house and garage where recent rains had deposited it as that area is a low spot in the driveway and walkway. While I was outside I took the recycle bin and the last garbage can full of leaves to the street for pickup tomorrow morning.

Lost In Love

I am the principle of Jesus the Christ that speaks to the world this day. I greet you in love, peace and joy; the full consciousness that is divine love.

Each of you has this same divine love, this same voice, this same inspiration, and this same consciousness. This principle that speaks through this instrument is the immanent Creator. And each may open the heart and limber the ears inwardly to listen to that consciousness which is the Father.

To seek inspiration from sources which you trust is a good and blessed activity. But each of you is a child of the Father. And to each of you the Holy Spirit may come. Indeed, that spirit is with you. It is your choice whether or not to pray to hear that principle of Jesus the Christ which is the essence of the consciousness of love.

Value this within yourself. Honor, treasure and use it. Then you may move through your day and through your life in a blessed and purposive path, a joy to others and a growing joy to the self, lost, at last, in the Father and in love.
