I can't remember the exact details or specifications, but I remember Ra speaking about constructing a small pyramid shape, whether out of wood or plastic, or anything ( I got the impression the material did not matter that much). And that this could help with the head or of spiritual things. and then Ra gives the desired dimensions of this shape. Does anyone know of something readily available to buy with the said specifications, or a very easy way to make one? I'm not very crafty. Seems like I remember Ra saying this could be placed under the head for 15 minutes or so, but not much longer. Sorry thats all I can remember about it. Thanks in advance.

Today I went down and sat on the banks of the Kansas river for a while, enjoying the sun and a nice breeze, when I started picking small rocks out of the mud and flipping them into the water. After watching a few splash and enjoying the way the waves radiated outwards, I picked up another. My thought process was something like, "I wonder what events brought this rock here to this bank? What events has it seen? Where has it been?" I intended to simply send it on its way downstream, pondering where else its journey might lead. Then I got to thinking, hey, this rock contains some form of awareness. I thought how far ahead of the rock I was, in terms of spiritual evolution, and how far ahead of me others are. The more I thought about it, the more confusing the issue of awareness became.

In first density it seems that most of the elements involved have such wildly varying lengths of life (not quiet sure it could be called incarnation) that I don't see how advancement would be possible in some situations. Take my rock for instance. Presumably it is only a fragment of a much larger piece. I'll leave out the question of minerals vs rocks (which contain multiple kinds of minerals) and the unnecessary complications that entails. When that larger chunk of rock was shattered, was this the end of yet another stage of 1st density evolution, or does a part still live inside the smaller fragment? If so, is there a point when that developing consciousness would choose to leave its rock body, or would it hang around for the many, many long years it would take for the rock to erode/dissolve naturally?

OR, and this is only coming to me as I type and maybe I've misunderstood, has 1st density already moved on, and we're simply seeing the relics of it? In other words, 1st density is over, having progressed into 2nd, 3rd, etc., and that there is no 1st density consciousness on the planet?

Do we imagine that God/One Infinite Creator (hereinafter referred to as GOIC) ... (its quite alright to refer to "IT" as GOIC given that "GOIC" has an Infinite amount of humor) is still creating, or do we imagine that as the Big Bang infers, "GOIC's" creation (as in this single creation by this Logos) was created but once?

Question: Is GOIC still churning out souls, or did "IT" do this only once? Living in Florida I witnessed what is otherwise a daily event in Florida. Sitting on my porch yesterday while meditating on the beach which it overlooks, notwithstanding said distraction of girl in bikini below, I was further distracted yet again by a big juicy fat nasty cockroach attempting to send me a neutral greeting by crawling up my bare leg in shorts (my shorts, not his). Such is the way of meditation. The question that immediately came to mind after shaking it off (the cockroach, not the question) is this:

* If GOIC does not continue to create, then is GOIC "Green-Minded", and consequently said cockroach is a recycled soul?

* If my friend the cockroach is not a recycled soul, then is he such a severely handicapped laggard by being so far behind that after 4 billion years of earth's history he only now has learned to "crawl" (pun intended) up the spiritual ladder to attain the status of said cockroach? And who knows how old said cockroach really is given the penchant for the redistribution of souls throughout the galaxy? Imagine a planet like Maladek which exploded a millennium ago with 1D chunks of rock that did not have enough time to evolve to cockroach status necessitating the need for said 1D rocks coming here to earth to "pick up its pieces" (pun intended) to continue on its evolutionary ascent up the density ladder to graduate out of 1D rock-ness, but is still a rock nonetheless on earth? The rock in my garden may have been a rock for trillions of years by this count. Well, thats OK, but, is the rock slower, or is the rock newer?

* If the 1D rock is new, is then GOIC continually creating new stuff ad infinitum, which makes for an infinite number of selves infinitely and continually created (and j-e-e-z...lets keep it to this creation vs Infinity...lol).

* If the 1D rock is not new, and the Earth is at some 4 billion years old, then my pal the cockroach is quite the laggard in learning, as is his brother the rock, which makes the cockroach look like Einstein, and us as though Gods on speed.


Now, it my seem I offer these questions in jest only. They are humorous. But the question remains the same:
* Will the rock and the cockroach ultimately become a 3D being and then ultimately a Logos, and if so what is their problem in their lack of speed in staying with the program if we all started off at the same time?
* Or to to the converse, to you geologists out there, do rocks even continue to be created? We know that molecules and compounds are derivatives of elements, and that atoms comprise their make-up. As such they change. Given they change, does something then take its place given we don't seem to run out of rocks?

Greetings Fellow Seekers. Having just exited the thread "There isn't that much freedom" regarding questions of Infinity and wherein questions with respect to the LOO cropped up, I wonder if I may pose one.

Raised in the Judeo-Islamic-Christian (hereinafter referred to as JIC) traditions that so many of us have been, and then having found the LOO, and having studied it so thoroughly, and then having struggled to have it fit seamlessly into the confines of the aforementioned JIC, wherein everything has been placed as nicely into its appropriate corners and tucked away as much as possible, do any of you who were raised in either of these traditions also at times stumble on at least one core philosophical principle, or more, of the LOO such that the corners of the LOO sometimes protrude slightly out here and there at times, or even come slightly loose at others, notwithstanding that some of the principles of the aforementioned books of JIC seemingly melt.

Specifically a case in point: STS vs STO - How do does one raised in said traditions of JIC reconcile that one may at mid 6th density merge into Heaven, so to speak, by in fact having traversed the paths of deprivation, depravity, degradation, and just a whole lot of general degeneration (lots of "D" words)...( basically Hell), and presumably in fact the deeper one descends into hell through these "D" actions the more then is one rewarded and the more expeditious his path to heaven is opened up to him?

*side note: please go with the JIC references of Hell, purgatory, sin, redemption, and Heaven in order to accommodate the humor if not the point.

Does it sometimes, even momentarily, stump you after you close your LOO books, study guides, sign off the forum, close down the Quo sessions, etc, and then turn on the news to see all manner of horrendous and dastardly deeds performed on the planet and its peoples at large, to know that these acts are part of the fast track to God as much are are Mother Teressa's?

I will be curious to see the responses to what otherwise seems to be an elementary question upon which the LOO rests upon...

I just finished watching a great documentary on super volcanoes (http://topdocumentaryfilms.com/supervolcanoes/). A super volcano is truly epic in size. On the order of a few hundred times more massive than the Mt. Saint Helen's eruption in 1980. They are so large that they completely change the climate of the entire planet. Anyways- Around the thirty minute marker of this documentary, scientists explain that the last known super volcano happened around Sumatra, approximately 74,000 years ago. At that time, it created a "bottle neck" in the history of our human population (it was large, then cut down to almost nothing with the eruption, and now large again). The species was nearly extinct in those times. But what struck me was the timeframe stated. In relation to the L/L material, this would be right around if not at the start of third density.

Can someone please fill the gaps with any relevant quotes, speculation or calculations? I offer the topic for your consideration and discussion.

I am working on clarification of the density/chakra link.

My understanding is that the first three density's relate to our first three chakra's and as we move through these density's we are in a physical 3d world like this one. And to move through the chakra's/densitys we need to relate to our environment mostly focusing on physical survival. Then as we go higher into third density we start our evolution into the higher realms of thought where we begin to put more importance on soul/spirit evolution which is the start of opening the heart (STO) in realizing we need each other and we all have an effect on the whole.


I was recently watching a video on youtube about the Mayans and 2012...In it William Henry (I haven't read any of his books but I recognize the name) say's that when we align with the galactic center what happens is a wormhole opens and only those who go through the wormhole go on to the next world. The one's who do not go have to start all over again.

The reason I bring that up is because that visual actually helped me gain an understanding of the Ra material.

I imagine the wormhole Henry speaks of to be the heart chakra and I see that chakras 1,2,3 and 5,6,7 are separated by the fourth chakra (I see it like the figure 8) and in opening the heart chakra it opens a gateway between the two spheres (eventually completing into a complete circle). So with this understanding I have a question. Maybe someone can point to the session- if there is one- that answers this...

Is fourth density an actual density or is it more of wormhole- gateway?

If the fourth chakra/density could be considered the veil (or the crimp in the circle creating the figure 8) then the widening of that crimp and moving through would be more of a door (gateway) than an actual density. Please feel free to clarify if I have erred in my understanding.

Also in visualizing the process in this way I have a limited understanding how one would get around such a gateway (STS). The only way I could see it happening is if one made the gateway so small that one moved past it or around it by force. So if this is the case then this is why Ra said that the STS path takes such disciplined dedication. (not an exact quote-my own words-)

I thought I understood when I read the books but actually being able to visualize this has made it more real to me.

I would very much like some feedback and discussion on this...I apologize if this has been brought up in another thread, I have not read them all.

Hello everyone, I've been reading book four again. There is so much info in the five books that I pick one and re-read it again every so often. I find it hard to retain all the information.
I was wondering if we could make a list concerning the chakras being over activated, balanced or blocked. I'm really interested to learn more about the first three.

Red ray : What is over activated like? What is balanced like? What is blocked like? How can over activation be dealt with?
Orange ray : Same Questions.
Yellow ray : Same questions.

Ra talks about blocked chakras but I don't remember reading much about over activation and how to fix it.

Also, I get confused with the attributions to the first three. There seems to be overlapping in my mind. Example: Sexual addiction, would it be an over activation of red ray or orange ray or both? Example: having problems dealing with a mate or friends, would that be orange ray, yellow ray or both?

I lent my copy of " Living The Law of One 101" to a friend and won't be seeing it for quite some time; although I wish I had it now.
