I am a relative newbie to this material. How am I supposed to know if I am truly moving toward green ray or am fooling myself.

I have been very much interested in healthy living and eating most of my life. Does that make me self oriented?

Is it negative to try to care for one's own body as well as possible, to eat well, exercise and meditate?

Also, when one becomes aware that we cannot really harm another without harming ourselves, or help another without helping ourselves, then the line between self and other is blurred, so how is this sorted out? In other words, it is impossible to perform a really selfless act if you know that every time you help someone else you are really helping yourself.

I thought I might dedicate this thread to those Q&A's where the answer given by Ra may be somewhat ambiguous, at least to human ears/interpretation.

this is my current working model, based on clues and hints that Ra left.

1) there is a mind/body/spirit complex which is a thing in itself, and overlaps with the 3d chemical body

2) the chakras are located in the mind/body/spirit complex

3) there is a silver cord which connects the third chakra (solar plexus) to the physical body (the one that we all see and know)

4) each chakra, as it becomes open and activated, then allows the connection of the mind/body/spirit complex to ANOTHER body that yet still overlaps with the physical body. Ra calls the 4th body the astral, the 5th devachanic, etc etc

5) obviously these extra bodies allow us to interact with higher subdensities of 3d, giving us the opportunity of accessing extra information, qualities, abilities

6) when the higher chakras (4th and above) are functioning, you really are experiencing a different reality from others.

this is a somewhat humorous passage that basically describes the Positive Confederation having installed some 3d equipment on this planet that responds to basic 'calls'. So for people seeking guidance in prayers or contemplation, these messages are automated, depending on what is sought.

when one advances a bit further, the 'higher channelings' become available, and one 'merits' the attention of a social memory complex.

I need help for an important meeting I have coming up. I will be talking to someone about the original thought of love. This meeting is very important for my incarnational plan. Kind of hard to explain, but I want to be ready and confident when the time comes.
