This particular passage comes from later on in the sessions (Session 103) and serves to highlight a quite important point (in my opinion).

Namely this: polarity is less about the actual action taken, and more about the internal reasoning processes by which we come to such a conclusion.  It's an internal movement of inspiration and motivation.  That's why the outward indicators are of very poor guideposts as to polarity: the same action can be undertaken for many different justifications, not all of them externally and internally embracing.

I was driving around today and suddenly a thought struck me: why do those of Ra place so much emphasis on efficiency in our spiritual path?  They talk about STO being more efficient than STS, or a certain way of processing catalyst through experience being more or less efficient.  Maybe I'm being obtuse, but doesn't "efficiency" imply a scarcity, as if there is a need to economize somehow.  But what is scarce?  Where is the economy needed?  Why is efficiency even, for that matter, desirable by the Creator, if it is at all?  In an infinite Creation, what could possibly be at stake that would require efficiency?

It occurs to me that perhaps this is about efficiency from the standpoint of the mind/body/spirit complex, not the unified Creator.  But the same question still applies.  Why would I, from any spiritual perspective, want efficiency in my path?  After all, the inborn bias that determines our choice of polarity is wrapped in mystery, according to those of Ra.  It's not as if the choice is some sort of calculation.  So whence the significance of efficiency as such a frequent bugaboo in the material?

The Law of One uses some complex concepts, some words and phrases that are not normally part of our vocabulary. One of those phrases is "intelligent infinity". This one took me a while to conceptualize. It wasn't until I realized that Ra gave the simplest of explanations:

Each of the two types of meditation is useful for a particular reason. The passive meditation involving the clearing of the mind, the emptying of the mental jumble which is characteristic of mind complex activity among your peoples, is efficacious for those whose goal is to achieve an inner silence as a base from which to listen to the Creator. This is an useful and helpful tool and is by far the most generally useful type of meditation as opposed to contemplation or prayer.

The type of meditation which may be called visualization has as its goal not that which is contained in the meditation itself. Visualization is the tool of the adept. Those who learn to hold visual images in mind are developing an inner concentrative power that can transcend boredom and discomfort. When this ability has become crystallized in an adept the adept may then do polarizing in consciousness without external action which can affect the planetary consciousness. This is the reason for existence of the so-called White Magician. Only those wishing to pursue the conscious raising of planetary vibration will find visualization to be a particularly satisfying type of meditation.

The third discipline of the mind is a repetition of the first but with the gaze outward towards the fellow entities that it meets. In each entity there exists completeness. Thus, the ability to understand each balance is necessary. When you view patience, you are responsible for mirroring in your mental understanding, patience/impatience. When you view impatience, it is necessary for your mental configuration of understanding to be impatience/patience. We use this as a simple example. Most configurations of mind have many facets, and understanding of either self polarities, or what you would call other-self polarities, can and must be understood as subtle work.

These are the first four steps of learning mental discipline. The fifth step involves observing the geographical and geometrical relationships and ratios of the mind, the other mind, the mass mind, and the infinite mind.

The second area of learn/teaching is the study/understanding of the body complexes. It is necessary to know your body well. This is a matter of using the mind to examine how the feelings, the biases, what you would call the emotions, affect various portions of the body complex. It shall be necessary to both understand the bodily polarities and to accept them, repeating in a chemical/physical manifestation the work you have done upon the mind bethinking the consciousness.

The body is a creature of the mind’s creation. It has its biases. The biological bias must be first completely understood and then the opposite bias allowed to find full expression in understanding. Again, the process of acceptance of the body as a balanced, as well as polarized, individual may then be accomplished.

It is then the task to extend this understanding to the bodies of the other-selves whom you will meet. The simplest example of this is the understanding that each biological male is female; each biological female is male. This is a simple example. However, in almost every case wherein you are attempting the understanding of the body of self or other-self, you will again find that the most subtle discernment is necessary in order to fully grasp the polarity complexes involved.

How did life emerge on Venus, Maldek, Mars and Terra? How did life emerge on all those planets that eventually became ET's of the Confederation and Orion?

That's one of those perennial questions that captures the imagination and gives a sense of purpose and connection to the Universe. As the Ra group says "the Universe is alive and is one Being".

What a great statement and the development of this proposition should be pursued in a way that attracts the "common person" who isn't interested in new age disinfo and drama. That's one reason for developing this topic of emergence of life on planets -- it's of interest to popular culture and can be a bridge to quality new age info ie the IUP/AOP and the Ra group's LOO.

So on to the topic.

Since every planet is different -- different solar and planetary logoi -- this question is too vast to answer in detail. But with the help of the 4D physics and Reciprocal System thread and of knowledge of our Solar Logos there might be some way to explore the physics and metaphysics of Uranus and Neptune and to speculate on how they may evolve through 1D into 2D and further.

Another incentive to explore this topic is that our future 4D Terran society may become teachers and guides to the 3D societies of those planets just as the Venus 6D society was for 3D Terra. Attuning to those planets during our 4D transition and into full 4D is one way to develop 4D faculties and do STO work in our solar system neighborhood.

We'll be plenty busy here on Terra forming a stable SMC -- I know this, but there's always a subgroup of explorers who want to reach out to other planetary societies especially within our solar system.
 
Assuming the Ra group is correct, they are quite optimistic about the evolution of Uranus, and so I also include Neptune because it is like a twin of Uranus and it may be capable of evolving to 2D. But it may be the case that Neptune is limited in some way and cannot progress further through 2D to 3D.  

For now this thread will focus on their physical and metaphysical potential to evolve through 1D into 2D with speculation about 3D and beyond.
